Surfcomber On The Ocean Hotel

Love this place, very clean, right on the water. Our room overlooked the pool. I would look to go back again with my family. Very relaxing family vacation.

Definitely an overall good energy from the time of check-in with Pat. Property is extremely well maintained, practical furnishings and tasteful decor. Rooms are spacious, quiet and well stocked. I would say the location and price can't be beat.

The location is perfect! Right on the beach, beautiful grounds. Family friendly and reasonably priced for the location.

We stayed here for our very first trip to Cape Cod. We could not have been any happier. It was very clean. The staff was friendly. We will absolutely be coming back again. Looking forward to booking a stay next year. Thank you for helping us to make wonderful family memories.

Timeless memories made here under the sturgeon moon. I found the woman describing the place over the phone to be refreshingly modest! She described the rooms as though they were average but tidy when mine turned out to be huge, gorgeous from bed to kitchen and in pristine condition. Low price for my stay and cozy lil private beach made me even happier. Thank you to the staff for accommodating my needs and finding my sandals.

Beautiful place, well kept. Pool and ocean are close and convenient too. And everything from food to attractions, are within a couple of miles. Highly recommend!

The fridge Is in the closet, low resolution TV, and pool is small would not come again don't waste your money.

The rooms are very clean and quite nice pool about one hundred ft from the water depending on your room. Very family friendly place to stay. There a nice restaurant with in walking distance.

Beautiful and peaceful! It is meticulously clean and the staff is very caring tries to be helpful. It's more effective and efficient to inquire about activities at the visitor center.

Clean as can be, and you can't get much more convenient. Beach right outside your door, a nice heated pool, beach chairs and walk to some nice eating places too. Right off Rt 28 makes it SUPER convenient to some great places to have fun. Staff is amazing!

Had to leave, the rooms smelled like mildew and the air conditioner would not cool. They didn't have another room and refused a refund, refused to give the managers name and hung up on us. Very unprofessional.

This is our 5th year here and we are already booked for next year. Perfect location right on the water… just a short walk down their path and you're on their private beach. The rooms are nothing fancy, but we don't go there to sit in our room. But they are clean and ours has a mini fridge, microwave, and keriug. Some rooms have full kitchens, but I don't go on vacation to cook! Room 27 has it's own back porch so you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the grassy area and see the water, but not the beach. It makes for a very relaxing stay. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful when needed. Already looking forward to next August.

What a fantastic get away. If you book this place, you will not be disappointed. Just steps to the beach. Nice, comfortable rooms. The friendliest staff around. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

Whenever we plan a trip to Cape Cod, this is where we stay! The location is ideal with a private beach that is rarely crowded. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable, but the bathrooms are small. Many of the rooms have an ocean view, but the better the view the farther you have to walk to get there (and carry your luggage) from the parking area. However, they have wooden carts you can use to pull your stuff to or from your room. There is no breakfast service here, but plenty of places to eat somewhat nearby.

Nice hotel, small pool, but right on the sea front! Good roomservice, clean and big rooms.

If you are looking for the Cape Cod experience, quiet, relaxing, gorgeous grounds, and 10 steps to a fantastic walking beach, THIS IS IT. The pool is just steps from the beach, shuffleboard and those chairs you see in the pictures are just as comfortable as they look. Great family run business, they are extremely helpful. The quaint rooms, especially the ocean front, were huge, very clean, and had all the ameneties you needed. Relax, listen to the waves putting you to sleep and enjoy beach feeling.

5th year here… no better place to enjoy the beach. Rooms are always clean and are a good size. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year!

I loved the grounds… very lush, nicely maintained with pretty flower beds. The beach was nicely kept and absolutely gorgeous. Extremely friendly people… guests and staff. I thought the location was nice and quiet and close to lots of interesting places. The room I had (an efficiency) was ok… just kind of a standard hotel/motel room. That was a slight disappointment for me, but overall it was a very good experience… I would recommend this place to anyone.
