I would give 0 stars if possible. I booked online before arriving. We arrived about 10pm after a 5 hour drive. I walked into the lobby & told the "gentleman" I needed to check in. I saw a sign stating they do not allow pets. I informed him that I have a very small service animal. He then told me he needed paperwork verifying that she was actually registered. (Which is illegal) I told him I did not have the paperwork & according to federal law, he could not ask that I provide any, especially after paying & it not being stated any where but inside the hotel that pets aren't allowed. He gave me an ignorant look and argued with me. He then calls the owners & explains the situation, being sure to let them know that I told him it's illegal to ask & was quick to tell them he told me I was wrong. While on the phone 2 gentleman walk into the lobby. He starts getting louder on the phone stating why my dog is a registered service dog. The owner agrees for one night. After getting off the phone, he says twice, fairly loudly that he will be putting me in a handicapped room because I have a service pet. He also answered 2 phone calls from guests saying their air was out & told them no refunds & he had no more rooms. When on the phone with the owner, he says these customers refused another room. The entire time I spoke with this man, he had a chewed up coffee stirrer in his mouth, which had accumulated spit on the end.

My wife and I Paid a little over $70 bucks for a room with a king size bed. Walked in the room immediately turned on the air and took a shower. About an hour later I noticed the air was barely blowing and it was hot in the room. I called the front desk and reported it. I was informed there was nothing that could be done and I couldn’t have a refund or a discount for having to sleep in a hot room all night. Basically once the get your money… screw you… so as I am lying here right now in their bed… sweating like a slave… feeling robbed I hope the owner gets a case of raging uncontrollable diareah that requires hospitalization from dehydration and while in the hospital the freaking air quits. Yeah if I could rate it. Negative 5 I would but I can’t so here’s your 1…

We could not stay because they refused to serve Ascension Parish residents.

Not clean. Neighbors were very loud and up all night. Was only vehicial in parking lot but alot of guests.

The air conditioning in the first room they put us in didn't work at all and the air conditioning in the second room barely kept the room cool. Nice enough.

It was good for me and my People's.

Room was nice for the money. Nice area right off the highway and it was quiet.

This place is better than any motel in the world!

Mice place clean rooms and good price.

Clean and very friendly staff.

No cooking areas outside and no cooking allowed in the rooms.

The beds and toilets were very gross and the manager did not want to give us a refund. We switched to two different rooms and the same thing.

The ladies that cleaned the rooms was very friendly the people at the front seat was very rude and always had excuse why I coudnt speak to the owner or the manager because me & family got ate up by bed bugs while staying here and they oils care less!

Good for the price. Bring your own towels. No vending machines. But do have washer & dryer for the$1.50. Staff was nice.

They would have gotten three and a half star had I been able to access their Wi-Fi, but the signal was too weak. It's newly renovated, and everything was new and clean when I got here. They gave me value for my money. I felt safe, because they had electronic security monitoring. I would come back again, providing they are able to hire good cleaning crew to keep the place up. It was a pleasant visit this time around.
