It was very a lovely experience to be there and we had an amazing stay and everything was very high maintenance like we like it.

Got to the room and someone else is laying in the bed. After being told it’s supposed to be a clean room.

As a titanium elite member, I expect clean rooms which was not the case here. As you can see in the pictures, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and apparently someone’s earring. I used points for my stay and would like them credited back.

Clean and friendly says hello to everyone who enter.

Comfortable restful night.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is amazing and friendly. I would give it 5 stars but. The AC was odd. I would turn it to 72 and it would jump back up to 74 randomly. I had to get up multiple times a night to reset it down cause I would wake up hot. And if I left the room at all. It would jump back up and be very hot and muggy when I came back in. I tried setting it to constant fan but it still would maintain 74 instead of 72.

Absolutely love place. Smells good, and the staff or very attentive respectful and helpful.

Friendly management and front desk staff, would have given this location 5 stars, if only the room was cleaned thoroughly. There were spots in the carpet full of dirt and grime, we had to cover those spots with towels. Blinds and curtain was extremely dirty full of mildew or mold spots (not sure which, just know it was black). The coffee, tea and sugar packagings were stuck together with brown wet stains. Disgusting! Especially after paying $170. For 1 night.

Very dissatisfied with final bill due to hotel charging me $75 in addition to my paying a dog sitter. She was in the room for 30 mins (in order to prevent her from having to sit in the car on a hot summer day). This was my last week after paying hotel fees for a month.

Eager to please and be helpful. Love the extra early breakfast time.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very welcoming. Shawna, the manager took care of our every request. My son does not eat sausage which was served for breakfast so the hotel made bacon especially for him. He was a happy camper. Just a small, kind gesture makes vacation memories forever.

Nice staff! My room haves a small kitchen with everything you can have on a regular kitchen. I highly recommend the biscuits with there delicious gravy. Having a great experience.

Overall, excellent value. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly front desk. We like the location because of the access to the freeway. We stop here to break up our trip from Houston to NOLA.

It's usually an excellent value. The fours are clean and the workers are friendly. It Has good location with good access to the freeway.

Nice hotel, relatively new and near lots of services like restaurants and shopping. Some within walking distance.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room is nice and cozy but dust in very obvious places. Housekeeping came in and left the mirror with streaks it didn't have before but still the same dust. Pool area is not very kept up and complementary breakfast is alright. Not something to rage about.

Normally, this is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are very well kept and the building is quiet. This stay, however, the desk clerk ended up charging my personal card instead of my company's card which caused a huge inconvenience to me.

Really not great service. House keeping was really bad. Had to call front desk multiple time for towels. One night we came back to stripped beds with old bedding piled on air conditioners, had to call to get beds made. It took over a hour to get house keeping to make beds then one of the beds had a huge clump of lanudry soap on the sheets. Took hours to get a new sheet and even then it was the wrong kind.

Excellent service, style, comfort.

We came in town for a family emergency so did not have reservations. The staff was friendly and courteous. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suit. It was nice, clean and had all the comforts of home. PLUS, they are VERY pet friendly. Will definitely remember this on the next trip.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in area. I will be traveling to Louisiana about every 6 weeks and I will keep staying here.

Friendly staff good location and great rooms.

Stayed here many times over the last 3 years. The staff is still for the most part the same and in a business where high turnover is highly common that in itself says a lot but even said. It's always a safe and quiet and nice very clean home away from. And I thank you for that.

I was very pleased with the room. It was a good setup and seemed comfy.

Great place for longer stays with good amenities in room. Kitchen with cooktop, great desk setup, well appointed.

Everything was great except they were cleaning the carpet and all floors were wet. I think this could've been done overnight not at busy times.

This hotel is a great place to stay whether hurricane evacuation, business trips or just an over night stay. I will rate things by stars from 1-5 Staff: 5 stars Rooms: 5 stars Room conditions: 5 stars Internet speed: 5 stars Everything was great here including the food. I would personally rate the free breakfast here a 4.3 stars. Not to mention they are a pet friendly hotel, so that's very nice.

Nice suite, the kitchenette, work, living and bed areas are really great, the bathroom is the only portion of the room not quite up to par with the rest of the amenities, not that big of a downer considering the scale.

This is our second stay here as we travel to our daughter's appointments in New Orleans. The staff has always been very welcoming and accommodating. Tonight we are staying to head to New Orleans for our daughter's surgery in the morning. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk when she suggested we could grab a "to go breakfast" in be morning. When my mother-in-law had stepped outside this evening she brought a care package for our daughter she had put together. Thank you, Lanie!

It was great! Everyone was very kind and efficient. The room (studio) was awesome. We used the BBQ area which is nice.

Surprised to find a full kitchen (Apartment fridge, stove top, sink, dishwasher, fully stocked cabinets of kitchen wheres), dinning table, a large double door closet, a great shower, very comfortable beds, and expanded cable. Wifi was sub-pare.

Wi-Fi is horrible. Can't get one bar any where inside or outside of hotel.

The hotel was great but the pet friendly rate of twice the amount of the room wasn't. I have stayed in hotels where there was a pet deposit, but it was returned if there was no damage. I paid 100 dollars to have my pet stay in the room. Outrageous. I would not recommend staying here if you have pets.

Like my past reviews I can not say enough good things about Marriott. Awesome rooms, great TV channels, and superb staff. I guess this is the reason I go out of my way to stay at a marriott! A little pricey for the location but very happy.

Awesome hotel! Pet friendly, Super Courteous staff, cant say as much for night audit guy. Would give 5 stars except for Weird, unfriendly night audit dude.
