I stay at Hampton's all the time and normally love the consistency but this one was a little worn. It could definitely use a remodel. In addition to this the hot water went out one night and it took almost 24 hours to repair. The staff was very friendly.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient to a Starbucks and several restaurant options.

Wonderful place and loved the indoor pool. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The suite on the 4th floor was LARGE with 2 bathrooms. One had a huge jacuzzi tub. Very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. Basic fare, but a good selection of pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage. The hot water took a Long Time to get hot. To the point that we wondered if we would get hot water. Also, the staff was very strict about checkout time. We slept in and got 2 calls asking if we were checking out that day.

It was an okay hotel stay. Employees are polite, but some are more friendly and give better customer service. The rooms are clean, but the hotel’s been around for sometime. Free breakfast is offered and is good. There’s ample parking. Hotel is located near restaurants and shops. It also quickly connects you to I-10 and Hwy. 30.

Same consistent service and quality expected from a Hampton inn. Only complaint is the gentleman that works at night plays on his phone the entire time. Donald Trump's could walk through the door and this guy would be brain dead deep in his phone. Besides that, I will continue to stay at this Hampton on a regular basis.

The Hampton Inn in Gonzales Louisiana is close to the highway and to several restaurants from fast food to sit down. The hotel is clean and everything appears almost new. Staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the standard Hampton Inn breakfast very much. The only downside was the rooms are less than sound proof, otherwise a great room and a great night.

Hampton inn Gonzales is a nice hotel. Staff and service are as expected from Hampton. The hotel has been there for some time. Room was warm, clean and quiet. Big TV, and shower only. There are several newer hotels in the area, and this Hampton could update to remain competitive.

My company hosted a training event here for 2 days and the experience was wonderful. I was the coordinator for the event so I interacted with the hotel staff a lot. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you Hampton Inn Gonzales!

Good location, close to many good restaurants. Breakfast is really good and always fresh.

Arrived 3 hours early an was allowed to check in early. Tony at front counter was so accommodating. Got mini suite and its FABULOUS!

Great lobby and waiting area for conferences and events.

Everything under roof and no TV by pool and Wi-Fi not working.

Nice hotel, good location. I do hate Hampton Inn comforters, they weigh as much as I do. Thank goodness there is a blanket available.

Can't say much for the breakfast. Guess you need to be there by 6 to have a choice. Also, much noise filters in late night from other rooms. At least it was clean.

Rooms have no Microwaves. I'm going back to Holiday Inn by by Halfway Hampton.

My family and I stayed for one night and it was amazing. Great location from the Tanger outlets and near restaurants. The room was very pretty and the beds we're very comfortable, aslo the breakfast was delicious!

A great location near the highway, Cabello's and the outlet mall. Clean quite normally with a great staff. Under renovation right now but still very accommodating. Plenty of food choices within walking distance.

Good location, nice clean rooms, good service, awesome heated pool, the blinds to the outside are sheer material so it was impossible to block any outside light.

As A Diamond level member I was treated really well. My room was excellent and better then some Hilton hotels.

We spent March 10th at the Inn. It was just great, neat and clean. The staff did such a great job taking care of us. We had breakfast also. The lady in charge of the buffet seemed to go the extra mile to have everything just right. I would say you have a keeper. The pool was great. We really enjoyed the warmer weather. We live in New England. There have been many days below zero this winter.

The food on the happy hour bar was sparse and the room was just ok. The pillows are bad. Feathers on me in the morning.

I stayed at the Hampton inn in Gonzales and sneezed the whole time. Wtf. The room was semi clean and they did eventually change my room. This place was so so.

Above and beyond, take it from a guy who travels 40 weeks out of the year these guys go out of their way to make a good experience! After a bad experience at a Hampton in FL this place reminds me why I always stay Hampton. And this one is at the top of my list. Thanks guys.

Everything was perfect. Has a working indoor pool, gym, bed and room was clean. Large bathroom. Room was tidy and well organized, small parking lot.

Great service, great parking, and great breakfast. I have to give it 4 only b/c it was just opened the week we stayed and they did not have the hot water heater turned up. We could only take warm showers. Other than that. I LOVE HAMPTON INN! Never been to a Hampton I any major issues w/.
