Very nice greeting from employees. Very nice rooms spacious and clean smelling. Located in a great part of town with restaurants with great food.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was awesome. I would stay again.

Been staying in this hotel off and on for the past 8 months and it has been a wonderful stay. Clean room, clean hotel, good service.

Had no major issues with this hotel. The only things I noticed was a slight lack of maintenance. In my room there was some significant drywall cracks in the bathroom and other small cosmetic items. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall this was a decent hotel.

Loved it! The most comfortable and relaxing place! It's also the best bang for your buck. I will definitely stay there again.

We live staying at the Candlewood Suites! It'd always clean, comfortable & well appointed. The staff is cordial & helpful. I wish there were more Candlewood Suites across the country!

First floor queen room with normal times of check in and out. No breakfast but there is coffee. Room was very nice and the full kitchen was nice. Dvds you can check out along with board games. Several chain food places within walking range. Right off the interstate. It was a really good visit.

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed at. And for the price, I don't think you'll find anything better. Very clean and comfy and the kitchenette is great for long-term stays. Hotel is super clean and well laid out. Staff is well informed and friendly. I've stayed here on two different occasions and will be back. Highly recommended.

Immaculate spaces, very well appointed. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Located in a safe, newer part of town… a great place to launch sight-seeing trips into New Orleans or the plantation homes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It’s a good, clean, affordable hotel. It offers features that one can appreciate: full-size kitchen in every room, free laundry with almost new machines, complimentary coffee/tea near hotel lobby, very comfortable bed that cradles you to sleep, a very long table convenient for desk work, a nice gym for a really good workout. Employees were nice & friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the weekly housekeeping schedule. Oh, and no breakfast included. It’s not so bad as the hotel is very near many eating places. Parking is free and ample.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. Amenities were excellent.

The laundry was free, which was awesome. The room however had some issues — the toilet kept getting clogged and the door didn't always latch completely.

We have 10 guys here working nightshift. Maids work 8 till 2. So for 7 weeks we have had no maid service. We change our own sheets. No moping, sweeping, or vacuuming being done. You would think they would do something to acomidat us since we pay so much to stay here. But unless we wanna get up in the middle of your sleep you stay in a funky room! Our crew won't be staying again.

Friendly staff and comfortable room with stove, sink and full size fridge. Reasonably priced and a great location.

I have stayed there twice… my room and keys were ready when I arrived… the rooms are very comfortable… love the little kitchen… kinda makes you feel more at home.

Absolutely awful. I made a reservation for a specific room 8 days prior to when I needed it — the king suite — for the reason that it had a separate room with a king bed and a bedroom door that closed it off. Also because of the kitchen area. This was the only present my daughter wanted from me for her 13th birthday so that she could have a friend stay there with us. However, on the date I was supposed to check in, I happened to call to check on everything. Despite the reservation and the confirmation number and confirmation email I had showing a King suite, my room had been changed to a room with two queen beds. NOT what I wanted. They would not go back and see how this happened and give me my room back. No manager was there to talk to me. I ended up calling corporate and guest services. After being on the phone for a very long time, I was told that there was no room like I wanted so I cancelled the reservation. A report and complaint was filed. I had to end up going somewhere else, which wasn't our first choice. Two days later, I see that $145 is pending in my checking account from Candlewood Suites. I called the hotel and was told it was the preauthorized amount and since I cancelled it would take a week for it to show back up in my bank account. Unacceptable. I cancelled because they gave my room away. Of course, no manager was available to talk to me at this point either.

Nice rooms. Good for long term stays. They keep the hallways way to cold though.

Beautiful, clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. There was one small mistake with the billing but Daiz-ey was very kind to get that sorted for me right away with the manager. I will recommend anyone passing by to consider staying at this hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. Stayed for a basketball tournament so the free washer and dryer were very helpful. Friendly staff. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful clean up to date hotel. Place to buy food. Fitness area and laundry area. Comfortable beds. Would defiantly stay here again and will recommend to others.

I had an awesome experience. Love Sharon and those who work at the Reservations and front desk! Just great hospitality! Need to keep bananas or fruit in the store though if you offer them. I think that there was no fruit for two days! Enjoyed my stay, the fitness center, being able to do laundry without there being a cost attached.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped with a nice apartment like feel to them. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

I thought this Candlewood Suites was pretty good. I stayed for several days on business. The staff was friendly and everything I encountered was in good working order and maintained well. The only reason I would give this hotel 4 stars is because I thought cleanliness of my room left something to be desired. The towels seemed to have noticeable stains on them, there was long hairs on the towels and bedspread, and floor had toenail clippings, dirt, and food crumbs on the ground. It was not disgusting by any means, just off-putting.

Great place to spend the night. Very clean and friendly staff. The only downside is that there is no pool and no breakfast but other than that its great. Slept like a little baby.
