Great clean nice staff good area.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were super clean and the amnesties was very helpful. Breakfast was on point! My family and I will definitely return.

ALL THE STAFF WERE GREAT FOOD WAS GOOD The first night Sofa Bed broke down The next day My Daughter reported it to the Front Desk they put US in another room My only complaint is The sofa Beds could be More Comfortable didn't get much sleep.

I love it here and will come and plus I love they personality.

Charging a service dog a service fee is against ADA policy. Your employees didn’t even know what the ADA is. I will be contacting your headquarters.

The people are friendly it's a very clean hotel breakfast area clean it's the place to stay.

I stayed here 8-15-18 to 8-28-18 A week into my stay I was checked out of my room with out me knowing make the story short they check another man into my room with my belongings scattered all across the room from clothes to toiletries to my personal computer… I walked into my room around midnight to find a man sleeping in the other bed (completely not his fault he was there to share a room with a fellow coworker that would of worked day shift and he was night shift… so it was normal for another person belongings to be in the room when he showed up) My room key didn't work that night so the woman said her card machine was down so she walked me up to the room to let me in… she never checked the computer to see if I was actually a guest at that hotel or that room So my room was never cleaned before them checking in another person They did give me 3 free nights because of the incident but I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The first thing I noticed was the smell. I am very sensitive to smells and can't be anywhere that smells stale or unclean but I didn't have to worry about that here. It smelled fresh and clean all throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly. The rooms were Spacious, and had internet TV with Netflix and Hulu. Breakfast was free. Definitely going to stay again.

Worst Marriott property I've stayed at. Rooms were large though slightly outdated and in need of more renovations. Also, the room was not very clean and not up to SpringHill suites standards. The staff was reasonably friendly and the pool looked nice. Breakfast was not good and did not have a large variety of choices. There were only two hot options. Even a Fairfield Inn that was cheaper had twice as many hot options.

This hotel had clean and quiet rooms, the fitness center was ok, and the breakfast was pretty good. There are only a few places around for food, if you don't have a car, and its mostly fast food. Few places deliver, even via uber eats.

No great placees to eat in area. Evening snack is lacking and not consistent on time when served. A/C unit is loud this is from a guy that lived in hotels for 30 years. Had to shut it off to sleep. Mattress way to soft. Staff are very nice though.

Great place to stay while on mini vacation! Great guest services staff! Always friendly with a good breakfast! Weight room needs to be updated a bit but still able to accomplish good workout! Room was clean and efficient! Bed felt great noise was minimal even with 3 baseball teams being in the building! Overall great hotel to stay in!

This was a clean, new property close to the airport and had spacious and comfortable rooms and amenities. The location was near several fast food options, a gas station/convenience store and restaurant chain. My only complaint was they were understaffed in the evening and did not have a driver available for the hotel shuttle.

It was a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and the surrounding was very peaceful.

Had a flight cancelled and booked last minute. They had nice friendly staff and accommodated getting me from and to the airport since I had already turned in my rental.

The stuff was nice. The rooms were clean with the exception of a dead roach in the bathtub. Parking was not all that great. I had to to switch rooms because my first room the door didn't latch.

Rooms are very clean. The hotel has a convenient location to the airport. The service desk has very respectful and friendly staff.

My girls and I evecuated Florida due to Irma. We called ahead and spoke to a younger sounding man who assured us although pets are not normally accepted by this hotel that due to these circumstances exceptions are being made. So we made our reservations and enjoyed most of our stay. Tried to be as considerate as possible by taking the dogs down the stairs and using the side doors to avoid disturbing other guests in the lobby. Several times we saw and spoke to workers at the hotel while taking them out.
On our last day, we picked up the entire room and even stripped the beds to make it easier on the housekeeping staff. While we were packing up the car to leave and a hotel worker approached my youngest daughter and very rudely proceeded to question her about what room we were in. When my oldest was told what had happened she went to the front desk to ask who had approached my child and questioned her and what the issue was. The Operations manager Chanelle proceeded to tell my daughter that pets were not allowed and we would have to pay a $250 fee for special cleaning that would now have to be done.
She then admitted that one of their employees misinformed us by saying we could bring our fur babies. She apologized for their miscommunication but stated they still were going to charge us. After further discussion she stated that it was our fault we were being charged as she had provided us other options of pet friendly hotels in the area.

Very convenient location. We could get all over baton rouge very easily from this location. The staff is very friendly and profession and acknowledge us every time we came back from being around town. Rooms are very clean but the layout is a little wired but not worth taking a star off for that. All in all would stay here again without hesitation.

The room that I stayed in was large and quite nice. The bed was comfortable, the separate living room was nice, and the TV was large. The staff was outstanding.

Breakfast didn't start until 7 which was too late to be useful to us as we had to get an early start but the room was quiet and comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The staff was courteous. They didn't replace our towels the first day. But they did on the subsequent days and gave us extra thereafter. The breakfast was good. They had complimentary snacks and drinks on our first night as well. The air conditioner in the hallway of our floor was not on for our entire stay. We were on the fourth floor. We had to adjust the tv, turn on the refrigerator.

This is a very nice hotel. The suites are clean and spacious. The hotel front desk employees carried themselves with the utmost professionalism. We had a church conference, and our members were treated with great courtesy. The shuttle was available to transport us anywhere within a 5 mile radius. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel.

The staff was so polite and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was accessible, as well as the shuttle service. Continental breakfast was a beautiful variety and surprisedly an evening meal was offered. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was great service on front desk attitude on food line if she can't service everyone she shouldn't service at all. If she can't service she needs to call in sick.

Ms. Francis is the bomb best service person ever and they had the best hash Brown sausage dish… She didn't just say good morning she wrapped my bowl and but it a bag so I could get it back to my room then she even stepped in the elevator push my floor and told my to enjoy my day as she stepped back off to go service the other guest… Phenomenal…

HORRIBLE! Stay here at your own risk. These people are crooks and liars and will put bogus charges on your credit card. My room was paid for by a friend of mine through priceline. I swiped my credit card for incidentals. When I got home I noticed that they charged me for the room. I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Baton Rouge North/Airport on March 28-29, 2015 and they charged bogus fees on my credit card. I have called them and Marriott Customer Care over 10 times. The General Manager, Craig Schroeder lied on April 17, 2015 and said, "We have corrected you (typo his) billing issue please allow 2-10 business days for this credit to reflect on your credit card statement or online account. " I waited 10 days and still did not get my refund. He is a liar. I will NEVER stay at another Marriott and neither should you!

Stayed 2 nights. Good looking room that was clean when I got there and after room service the next day. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've seen. Would definitely stay here again.
