It was very nice. The room was clean, the bathtub needed fixing as the grout was coming off. But other than that it was very nice.

We stayed here for two weeks and let me two you, this was by and far one of the best hotel's I have been ever stayed! The breakfast lady Ms. Rose was a literal God send, and Alonzo was awesome! Housekeeping was helpful and friendly as well, and the maintenance man was kind and always busy. There front desk agents I honestly couldn't review as they never made an effort to interact with us. Although we were there for an extended time and came down for breakfast every morning. The rooms are probably the best we have stayed in, top notch for the price, and feature a small sitting room that makes it feel more like home. The bathroom is larger and the room is beautifully decorated and comes with a safe. There is a slight moldy smell from the super cold AC but it is a super hit and humid state so it may not be avoidable. The pool is large and shaded, just needs cleaned more often. Plenty of outdoor lighting for smoker's at night, and they have an outdoor porch in back for you to sit, smoke, chill, or even BBQ! And there is Plenty to do nearby including beaches, casino's, and plenty of places to eat. It was truly a home away from home! Just try to avoid starting when there have baseball tournaments, as it gets Packed with lots of kids, they tend to get a bit loud and eat up all the hot food lol. Thank you again Rose and Alonzo!

The room's are spacious but not super clean. The carpets could use a shampoo. The workout room is amazing. The staff is incredibly nice. This location is very handy, right off the highway.

Dishonest employee. Left something behind. Not even 1 hour after check out time, I called to see if they could retrieve and item was not found. Left several messages for Manager Paula Brown to return my call and she never did. I even left my contact information in person and a staff member told me “good luck her calling you back, several people have said that she will not return a simple phone call”. I understand leaving something behind is on me to begin with, but a simple phone call would have been greatly appreciated.

Nice, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast that the whole family enjoyed. Plenty of electrical sockets and usb port on lamp for easy charging. Staff was helpful when asked. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 was because dust was hanging from the vents, no trash bags in the garbage cans, and the refrigerator wasn't cold so our drinks didn't cool down. Outside of that, there were no issues and we would stay there again.

This place and the people working here were amazing! We were displaced from Hurricane Harvey and found a place to call home for a bit. The people were more than kind here. The entire staff was very helpful. Very clean!

The staff and management of this hotel have been great! Very helpful to me and my entire family! The rooms are clean and well kept. Extra towels as we needed, internet worked perfectly! Breakfast was delicious.

I came into the hotel and it looked nice. Upon coming into my room I checked out the room and came upon a mess in the fridge and on the counter. The counter was sticky and the fridge was close to not wanting to run. The beds are not comfortable at all it had a extremely firm mattress. Now to each person the bed may be better but for this client it was like I was sleeping on the ground with nothing between me and it but two sheets. The room was mid-temperature at best when I first showed up. As the day progressed it cooled down thanks to my personal fan. A/c acted as if it hadn't been cleaned and upon checking the vents I seen why it was acting so rough. The vents were so dirty I don't see how air was getting through it.

They are very friendly and I love going there. Its a wonderful place to stay.

We have been here for almost three months for work and this hotel is slightly expensive but it's one of the best ones we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is always quite. The breakfast is pretty good. But the staff is absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. Almost like family since we see them day in and day out. We will definitely be back.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and did her job because we waited 20 or so minutes for our room and we booked it two nights before. The person that is suppose to put in which rooms had been cleaned had not done her job and we got there around 3:30 p. M. The front desk clerk decided to upgrade out room for our inconvenience. Breakfast was very good… but our room was very disappointing. The room smelt like mildew, mold… The suitcase holder in the closet had mold all over it… I took to the front desk and they sent us another one. It was obvious the room had water damage. The tiles in the bathroom did not have mortar/filling in between them, like they did not finish the job? For $100.00 (that is without the tax added) to get a room like this is very disappointing. We are Choice Hotel Members and try to always stay at a Choice Hotel when possible.

Rooms have a stain Oder when u walk in. And a big stain on mattress. Not sure what from. I slept on top of covers.

Had a good stay here. Nice size room, clean and the ac was great and fairly quiet. If we are in the area we will stay again. T at the front desk was great always asking if we needed anything when we came or went.

The rooms are nice, the BBQ pit outside was great to use. Breakfast was good. Only bad thing was that the pool was green and when I asked if it was going to be cleaned they told me yes but it never was while we were there for 4 days.

I'm currently staying here as we speak. I see a few bad reviews and to those people, bad experiences can happen at any hotel. This hotel it's very nice and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay 2nd visit to same location. Staff was excellent. Room was spacious and very clean. Comfy beds. Hot breakfast. My only complaint is the fitness room. Equipment needs to be updated and repaired. Fix that and this little jewel would be on my 5 star list.

My husband and I are driving from New Orleans to Houston with our two very young children when we decided to stop for the night. My oldest woke up in the middle of the night very sick to her stomach. She ended up soiling the sheets. When we called for new bedding they sent us sheets for a double bed. We were in a king. When we called for the correct size we were told that's all they had. My husband had to request a whole new room (an obvious solution) because the lady at the front desk couldn't seem to figure that out on her own. We have finally made it to our new room and it smells like a bottle of cologne was poured all over the floor. So here we are with a very nauseated child in a room that smells so awful and strong that I can taste it. This is a trip we make often and sulphur is a great stopping point for us. It would be nice to find a good hotel. This hotel, however, is not it.

Just checking in been bad so far, one didn't thank me for being a Dimond member, 2 check me in my room wasn't clean yet, people that work here are kinda rude, that's why I always use comfort suites point blank!

Friendly service. Good breakfast. Only complaint is the location is a little inconvenient to get to.

The hotel is easily accessible from I-10. Very inviting upon walking into the lobby. The staff is very nice and helpful to everyone. I was very impressed with the room, large with mini fridge, microwave, sofa sitting area, and the bed was super comfy! This is a definite recommend for anyone!

The room was very clean and quite large. We got in very late, but the staff was very nice and accommodating. Location is easily accessible from the highway.

This is a Great place to stay, rooms always clean, staff always friendly and helpful. Best hot breakfast anywhere they even have the little creamers for your coffee you got to love that. Like to say thanks to the assistant manager Paula Brown for help with a lost phone charger cord, I lost it and she found me a replacement Thanks.
