The staff were very friendly. The facility was extremely clean. The pool was very nice. Rooms were very large. I would love to stay here again!

Clean. Comfortable. Really nice staff. Didnt do much more than sleep there, but enjoyed the breakfast both days.

If I could give this hotel no stars and still write a review, I would. I checked out of the hotel with a receptionist who's name was Abby and paid cash. After checking out, paying for my stay in full via cash and receiving my receipt, my card that they had on file for any incidentals was charged for my stay. I called the hotel the weekend after my stay and spoke to the receptionist who answered the phone named Taylor who said that she saw the receipt where I had paid cash for my stay and that no other charges were due so my card should not have been charged. She did not have the ability to refund my card and said that the general manager, Laurie, would be in contact with me to rectify the situation and issue a refund. I never received a call from the general manager and had to call back myself. Laurie was arrogant, rude and zero help. She told me that despite someone who did not check me out (Taylor) being able to see that I had paid cash in their system, she did not see any type of receipt showing the cash transaction. She had every excuse there was for her not being able to see a receipt that someone else had and seemed bothered by fact that I was even calling to have a mistake made under her management fixed. I have now paid for my stay twice, once by cash on checkout and once via my card on file. There is no sense of urgency from Laurie at all in helping fix this situation, get my card refunded or even wanting to listen to, acknowledge or care about the error made.

Wonderful stay, good breakfast. They even had little lint roller for my black slacks. Front desk ladies are so attentive to our needs.

We stopped in for the night on our way out east. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was large with comfy beds. Small fridge, microwave and kuerig machine. The breakfast buffet was $10 but not worth the price. Not a large selection of offerings. Two complaints: ice bucket had not been cleaned from the previous party. While it is nice to have a heavy door in the bathroom for added privacy, it makes it hard to air out the bathroom after a hot shower. I see mold cropping up in the room.

Hotel room was very nice and staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. I left behind some clothes, called them and they had them bagged and ready for me to pick up at the counter.

We were told about this hotel by a co-worker and it was everything she said. Everything I ask and request was available although we only stay one night it was amazing, the staff was pleasant and friendly, everything was clean everything and our room perfect the bed very comfortable and the bathroom also very clean. I would highly recommend this place it's now our weekend getaway. Thank you Holiday Inn Express in Lafayette.

Nice Hotel, great staff, particularly good breakfast. Be prepared to drive for food … you can walk, but nothing is convenient. Also, watch the front parking lot, it's just a little tricky in the corner. But really, a pretty good place and a decent price.

Everything was great, the parking is the issue. There is only 1 exit/entrance. Its a pain to get into the hotel.

I accidentally reserved the wrong date, and the hotel quickly fixed the issue. It was great of them to help out since I was exhausted from driving for 8 hours.

Nice rooms. Breakfast had actual sausage gravy. Folks working there were friendly.

Poor management, low pay for housekeepers $7.50, unorganized they use their employees, they hire and fire people quick and use them, no regards for people's families.

Really nice people, fantastic room and bed, hot breakfast. Just a lovely place to stay.

If there was a way I could rate this hotel less than 1 star I would! My father is in a nursing home and we stay at a hotel every weekend, preferably Holiday Inn Express on Ambassador Caffery have been doing so for the past 4 months, but this past weekend there were no vacancies so I booked with the one on Kaliste Saloom thinking that it would be ok. Let me start by saying me and my family are very respectable people and I don't understand why or what 3 women and 2 toddlers were kicked out for in the middle of the night for. First we were told that it was because the almost 2 year old and 3 year old were making too much noise, so we left the hotel. After 2 days passed their story went from the kids making too much noise to the noise coming from adults! There never was any noise coming from any adults in our room. I think that when they looked like idiots kicking us out because of 2 toddlers supposedly making too much noise, they had to blame it on something else whether it was the truth or not. We were treated with nothing but rudeness with the host Margaret from the start and when calling the General Manager it was even worse. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as long as they treat people this way. As a business owner I would never treat people this way!

Very Very Very rude staff! Especially “Margret, ” the front desk host. We had two children one was barely two the other was three and they were WALKING around the room and had complaints on them. This hotel is supposed to be kid-friendly, and they kicked us out because of two infants playing in our own room. Let it be known we weren’t even there 5 minutes and she came and told us she had multiple complaints on the kids. Of course we made sure they stayed quiet after our first warning. I can only restrain a two year old so much, I did what I could and he settled down after a while. The second time she came to the room one kid was in bed watching television and the other was on my lap eating. One hour later we were kicked out because of the kids, not to mention we had to leave with them at 1 in the morning and find another hotel. They were only walking around. NO SCREAMING whatsoever. NEVER will I ever stay at Holiday Inn Express on KALISTE SALOOM again. We are in the middle of filing a case against these horrible people. Thankful for Candlewood Suits right down the road who took us in, and were completely awed and in disbelief at what happened.

Great Hotel, the rooms are always clean and fresh. Great location for food in all directions and shopping is close by.

Yes, if we could Wed give it a 10, rooms are nice, clean, roomy, continental breakfast, everything you could ask for, for the price. Actually I think the higher price hotels you get less, enjoy your stay.

A bit far from town, but pleasant staff and a good stay. The floor above me wad extremely loud, but when I notified the front desk, they stopped.

Worked there, it was one of my favorite places to work, great staff, they work very hard to accomplish their main goal which is customer satisfaction and all employees work as a team to maintain cleanliness an comfort and that southern hospitality that Lafayette Louisiana is known for. Go experience the best place to rest in Lafayette.

Good location and friendly staff but the room doors are not soundproofed at all and if you're unlucky like we were and have kids running in the corridor, you might wanna have good earplugs.

It was beautiful and the maids are So very hot lol. The place was well maintained and pretty but first lady I met at desk was very short with me so that knocked off 2 stars.

The front desk attendant was very pleasant but after gaining entry to our room we discovered everything extremely damp and mold growing in and around the ac unit. We switched rooms only to find the exact same problem as well as smoking in a non smoking room. Finally snuggled all 4 family members into a king bed (only room without the mold) and found the room to be less than acceptable. Unfortunately by this time we were all exhausted and made the best of it. We have stayed at many holiday inns and they are always our go to on a trip, this one really missed the mark and is in desperate need of repairs and cleaning.
