Serving a half size bottle and a ROTTEN banana. Front desk are more concerned with their cell phone conversations than clients. I understand the grab and go breakfast, but a rotten banana. I took pictures.

Grab bag for breakfast ok. Water and banana! No coffee going on 3rd day. I wish I had gone somewhere else. And the front desk is like to bad so sad! Never again, and my grandson loves Kentucky Kingdom and we will be returning Season passes etc for years to come since he's only 7 but we definitely will NOT be staying within this chain of hotels. Big mistake.

I’m out on company business from a completely different state, and from the time of check in to me asking the young lady at the front desk for coffee I was disrespected. For this lady to have this magnitude of an attitude and not know me some is truly wrong. I’m sitting in the lobby because I’m not interested in staying on the property. My one night stay amounted to $309.00, and to be treated like crap before even checking in is unexplainable and unacceptable. There’s at least 5 hotels in walking distance to this property, take my advise and stay elsewhere. Shame on you Hilton.

I made reservations for 2 nights at the rate of $180.00 per night. Without telling me, They charged me $192 per night instead. I have a confirmation email with the $180.00 rate, but the front desk still refused to adjust my bill or offer any assistance. I have emailed the corporate office, and they still have done nothing! I showed them my confirmation email from them, so this should have been an easy fix. NEVER stay at this Hampton-they have HORRIBLE customer service.

Great hospitality, very clean, good variety of food offered at breakfast. They treat us like we’re friends not just a customer! Always enjoy staying at the Hampton!

For the past several years we attended the Street Rod Nationals in Louisville. We have stayed every year at the Airport Hampton. The hotel is nice but the staff is why we continue to return each year. Stephanie Cooper goes above and beyond what is expected to make us feel welcome and comfortable! We appreciate Stephanie’s kindness and helpfulness! She makes us feel like family! Thank you, Stephanie!

Front desk guy with no customer service. He was not nice dealing and speaking to the customers. No restaurant, and we did not have water service One day.

I was in town on business and stayed here. Easy to get to and free parking even though it's an airport hotel. Spacious, clean and well-furnished rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Louisville area!

The Hampton Inn Louisville Airport was a great stay for business. I spent three days here and enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast offered me lots of variety to get my day started and was close to everywhere I needed to be. The bed was comfy and the room was spotless. I enjoyed having a mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks cold. Parking was abundant, right next to my room. Staff was also very lovely as well.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Louisville-Airport with my wife and had a great stay.
Spacious room, decent sized fridge, the bed was super comfortable and the fresh hampton bed feature is great, really feels clean and unused. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, the soap smelt great. On a personal level, we also had a pleasant experience, the receptionist was kind enough to give us bottles of water and a late checkout since we arrived at the hotel quite late.
We had a good night sleep and woke up fresh and ready for our day. Thanks!
