Poor communication, dirty, very rude staff, and apparently they keep up on their own Maintenance. There are much pleasant places to stay, I am glad they screwed up my reservation!

Staff was very friendly and understanding and very professional I been stay here every since that remolded this building and we stay again this is the only place I feel home away from home.

I believe this will be the ONLY hotel I reserve for my stay in Wichita. Friendly helpful staff clean rooms great breakfast buffet and clean pool.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I was very pleased with their amazing staff on hand and their outright kindness towards me and colleagues alike! I highly recommend staying at this best western by far!

Best Hotel I've stay in a while. Wonderful breakfast… but… internet is lacking premium quality.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and guest service are some of the best I've seen. Breakfast was good with a decent variety and room was very clean and inviting.

I think this hotel is new but everything was so clean and modern looking. The water feature in the front lobby was surprizing in such a low cost hotel. I did not use the exercise room but it looked good too. The rooms were as nice as many hotels I've stayed in for twice the price. And the breakfast was awesome.

The rooms were clean and provided the needed amenities. The black out curtains in the rooms were necessary as there was a parking lot light right outside our window. It did show some light around the edges, but tucking the curtains against the wall behind a chair did the trick. The continental breakfast was good and had lots of choices. It was nice.

Was in town for the weekend for a family gathering, room was super clean and breakfast was awesome! Space in the room was spacious! Outdoor pool was great for the kids! Only complaint, when I asked housekeeping for towels, she had told me she couldn’t give me any I had to go to the lobby, that’s fine no problem, front desk said she wasn’t able to give any out either. So couple of my teens had dry off with wash towels.

I checked out Saturday morning a day early told them once, watched them put my number on a piece of paper. Then I went back down there with our room keys to make sure they checked me out. Sure enough they still charged me for Saturday night! When I called Sunday I was told to call back Tuesday to get my money back because no one there could process it! Good thing I am not depending on the money I have tied up for for the next week.

The Best Western Plus Wichita is an excellent place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mobile service is a plus if you do not wish to drive. The breakfast is great. They have a lot of selections you do not get in other hotels and the food is good quality. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Pillows were a little hard for my liking but that is the only criticism I can find. My stay was very pleasant.

By far the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Real eggs, even had a scramble with peppers and ham which was delicious along with French toast and some other great options. Room was nice and clean, everything looked in good shape. Staff was very friendly, even the housekeepers were kind every time we passed them in the halls.

Overall, we like this hotel. However, the king-size bed in our room (201) needs to be replaced. No matter where we started out in our sleep position, we ended up in the middle of the bed because of it being so much lower in the middle. That being said, we would have no problem staying there again and have stayed there before.

This was an amazing place! The rooms were spacious. The fitness room was clean and had a great selection of machines. The bathroom in the room felt like it was for a luxury hotel! The staff was helpful and kind! Breakfast had many options and tasted good! Sometimes the Wi-Fi was spotty, but I didn't mind. I would still highly recommend this place!

Just as others have said, this is a nice hotel for the price. I was very impressed with how clean and how quiet my room was. The bed was comfortable. The TV monitor had a black line that ran down the screen regardless of the channel. I did get used to this and was able to watch TV just fine. They should fix that though. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly high quality, with a selection of healthy options. The general manager even greeted me personally; he was very friendly! It was weird to have to pay for snacks at the front desk; I would have preferred a vending machine.

I am a rewards member and my husband and I travel with my service dog. We were in town for the Weird Al concert and have ALWAYS had great service at this hotel. It's easy to get to, which helps. They have a no pet policy, but were very accommodating for us with my service dog. They have a free breakfast in the morning which is always wonderful and not the basic continental breakfast. They also had a kettle of either beef stew or vegetable stew last night for dinner as well! We weren't able to enjoy that because we were running late to get to the concert. We have stayed here multiple times as they also partner with the American Cancer Society and offer free or discounted rooms for cancer patients who have to travel for doctor appointments, surgery, treatment, etc. And since I am a breast cancer patient, we first stayed with them through this program. Great place!

Excellent stay, all clean and very rich.

I stayed three nights here very comfortable beds. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, nice variety. I used the shuttle a few times and it was very convenient. I used the gym twice it was one of the better ones I've been to. Very good location.

Good price for good quality. Room was well organized and most everything worked. I think a few outlets didn't work. Overall, would use this location again.

Very comfortable Hotel with helpful staff. Made me feel welcome. Breakfast is an exceptional experience here. Rather enjoyable stay. The room was newly remodeled, all furniture and fixtures in excellent condition. A couple of interactions with the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average in content while the dining area was quite pleasant and well bussed and cleaned. Overall we were quite pleased with the value received and would recommend the hotel for a budget place of lodging.

The service was exceptional friendly and helpful. Wonderful and yummy breakfast! The pillows were amazing and I'm a bit of a pillow snob. Would definitely return they had many amenities and my stay was overall wonderful!

Very clean quite hotel. Everybody that we ran into greeted us and always had a smile on there face. My hisband had surgery and had to go back the next day but it wasn't till 2 and the front office clerk allowed us to stay in the room till 1:30 even though checkout was at noon. Which helped out so we didn't have our kids and him out in the cold waiting that long to go back to the Dr. Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay. Maybe next time I'll have time to use the fitness room.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle driver was very prompt and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room exceeded my expectation. This hotel is updated and beautiful.

Underpriced in my opinion. Got the room for under 60 dollars. Would've been happy if I had paid 100. Everyone was super helpful and happy. Breakfast was way more than expected for a 60 dollar hotel. Super clean and looks newly remodeled on the inside.

I stayed in 4 hotels in a 6-night period during my trip south last week, and this was my favorite of them. The hotel room was cleaned to perfection. The toiletries provided were top-notch. The breakfast had large selections, and Julie the sales manager even came out during breakfast to ask each one of us who was eating how our stay was. I noticed the awards hanging on the wall as you enter, and they were definitely deserved. If I ever travel to Wichita again, I will be staying here again!

Stayed on Christmas Eve night. Key option when picking this hotel was the hot breakfast since most places are closed on Christmas morning. We were told breakfast served until 10:00. When we went at 9:30 all of the hot food was picked up and gone. We were told there had been a mix-up about when breakfast would shut down on Christmas morning and people were told wrong. I'm sorry, that is a HOTEL mistake. They should have honored their word. I was otherwise very pleased with our stay. Just the last 30 minutes kind of dulled my pleasure, as I had two hungry kids with nowhere to eat a hot breakfast.

Clean & friendly. I will stay here again with my family. My toddler loves the lobby: there are partitions that have water with bubbles and color lights. Only complaints are mostly silly: the pool is an outdoor pool. There is not an indoor pool. And the pillows are too over stuffed (this is a great complaints since hotel pillows are usually flat! ). The room that we stayed in had very thin walls. When the neighbor showered, it sounded as if the shower in our room was going.

Was very satisfied with my stay at this Best Western in Wichita Kansas. The staff was very nice to me and everyone else that was around me. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Hotel looked clean and inviting Update as of December 13th 2017 pit This hotel is no longer a trucker friendly. After staying there numerous times I was told today by the general manager that he has no truck Parking. I informed him that I have stayed here at least 5 times at this has never been an issue. He stated that he has told the websites numerous times that he has no truck parking but I informed him that his staff always tells me where the park and I've never had an issue. He was at least a little cordial about it but As of right now I cancel my reservation for the night and he has officially lost a Customer.

Place to stay when you are in Wichita! Amenities great! Staff are informative, helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were great. Room was as requested with our needed options. Clean, fresh, bed comfortable and bathroom clean and well stocked. Easy access off freeway both ways. Variety of eating establishments down the street. Well done BW!

Enjoy my stay in all best western plus. Accommodation by all staff members surpassed my needs. Only the amminites lacked was mini refrigerator and microwave not available in all rooms as travellers as myself who stay for extended periods is a welcoming convenience, but staff members accommodated with them putting me in a room that had them. Thank you!

This was our first stay at this hotel. We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here with other members of the family and wedding party. We found the location of the hotel to be ideal, the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the staff was extremely attentive, and our overall experience was exceptional. One of the nicest things about this hotel beside the reasonable price was the number of pillows in our room and the different firmness of the pillows, which allowed us to pick the pillow (s) that were the most comfortable for each of us. We travel to Wichita often for our junior hockey games and this hotel will definitely be a consideration for our next visit!

Great hotel! The staff were extremely professional and courteous. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were plenty of tasty choices for breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean, modern and comfortable! Staff very friendly, even the grounds keeper spoke to us and wanted to make sure we were happy with our experience here. We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The pricing was very good too.

The motels outside and inside were very clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was plenty and a good variety of foods and drinks. The people at the breakfast room were helpful and helped my grandson make pancakes.

Nice, quiet room. Grounds are neat and staff very pleasant. The orange juice is better than most hotels. Breakfast staff is attentive and keeps breakfast buffet stocked.

My father was recently in Wichita and I booked him a room at this hotel. They treated him like he was their family. I was impressed by the professional staff and the great rooms. Breakfast was available and fesh. Very Tasty. Thanks for taking such great care of my father.

Excellent hotel-Wonderful free hot breakfast with real eggs and other great items to choose from. Kids love the big outdoor pool area! Great staff and very clean property. We'll be back!

Good location for families. Only 10 minutes from Exploration Place (science museum). Several family restaurants nearby. Not too near the airport or downtown and by a major road. Good breakfast. The morning we were there had both sausage & ham.

Great facility. Property easy to get to, close to Friends University where our conference was. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms clean and up to date. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

An ok place to stay. Great value for what you pay. Had a couple of issues with the room that I should have brought to the attention of the staff but I didn't. It was an incredible convenient location for our needs. Nice sized fitness center. Friendly staff.

I really enjoy staying at Best Westerns for work travel. I can always rely on the rooms being clean and comfortable. The Wichita West location has great staff and the breakfast is good, too. The gym and pool are an added bonus.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The beds are wonderful with fluffy pillows and soft covers. The staff are courteous and helpful. We will stay here again!

Beautiful, clean facility.

The staff was great and the room was nice. However, in broad daylight between 0655-715 AM someone broke the window in our rental car and stole all our luggage. The vehicle was parked within 75 feet of the front entrance and would have been visible from the counter had the shuttle van not been obscuring the view. Our vehicle was not the only one that was broken into that morning and a call to the police ended with a police report and the statement that they were not sending an officer out "because that is common in this area". Additionally, the maintenance man indicated other vehicles had been broken into in the past. The motel had no security cameras. Stay away!

Very pleasant clean room. Extremely easily to deal with staff. The Inn is very nice place to stay and will stay here next time as well.

This is a pretty good hotel. It is very clean and modern. The rooms were nice and there was a decent fitness room. Breakfast was average, but overall a comforting stay.

If you are ever in this area of Wichita, stay at this hotel! The staff is wonderful, they took very good care of us and were very genuine. They did everything in their power to ensure we had a comfortable stay, including bringing a gift to the room for one of my travel companions birthdays. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet, and the free shuttle is a plus. Every time we come to Wichita we will be staying here from now on.

We also stayed here after reading the reviews. My sister and I stayed here while on business and was just thanking the heavens for a nice place to stay, finally. If you haven't noticed there aren't alot of clean and nice places to stay on west side of wichita, so thanks to The Hampton Inn we finally got to sleep instead of fighting off all of the noise and bugs all night in the others.
