Reviews of LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton 4*
Everything was perfect and convenient. Shopping is walking distance. We have several choices to dine in without leaving the hotel. Staff was friendly. The rooftop view was ahmazing. Dining at Ocean Prime on New Year’s Eve was beautiful. We will be back. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here. My husband and I booked for 2 nights.
Had the worst experience. Nothing is explained, lots of hidden unexpected charges. Staff treated us terribly and sheets were dirty. Will never book at ANY of their hotels again.
Awesome roof top Christmas lights and best view of Chicago.
Great service, great view and an amazing cocktail menu!
Fabulous stay, excellent location, great atmosphere, can wait to be back!
The Rooftop offers a wonderful view, and it is amazingly beautiful!
Great spot Unfortunately not the best waitress But all the support team was amazing and save the night.
One of the best city life experiences I ever had. From the service to food to the fantastic ambiance; everything is top notch! It’s chic like Chicago!
Great time at the rooftop bar great views good drinks.
This rooftop bar is SPECTACULAR! The service was wonderful! Great people and a very cool vibe! Phenomenal choice for a special celebration or if you want to wow someone with hipster inside secrets!
The ONLY hotel I will stay in when I come to Chicago. Their customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied.
What a great place to stay. Service was spot on.
This hotel was beyond sophisticated. From the entire to the lounge, the rooms were perfect and elegant. So close to everything. We upgraded to a Riverview and wow was it fantastic. Highly recommend to say at this place. We will be back Chicago.
The LondonHouse Roof Terrace is one of the most sought after and breathtaking locations downtown to have a cocktail and take in the amazing city architecture. Not to be missed!
Awesome Hotel. Friendly staff and Perfect Location. Walking distance to restaurants, Millennium Park, River Walk and Shops. Just perfect 👍
Loved it. Great drinks and cool atmosphere!
Everything here is great! Located in the center of the city and the views are worth it. Services, food and the staffs are very professional! Highly recommended!
Everything! I can definitely see why this hotel is on TripAdvisor. The views, the staff, the attention to detail and the location. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.
Gorgeous views, kind and helpful staff, and in the heart of downtown close to everything. We will be back!
Beautiful hotel and great view.
The hotel was close to everything, everyone was so nice. Everything was clean & beautiful. I wish we would have known that the roof top would be closed that was a bummer.
Worst meal I’ve ever paid too much for. 5 shrimp with a burnt lemon and one piece of French bread. Drink was good, but asked for more bread to soak up the alcohol and it took forever. Not the server’s fault, since the kitchen is in the 3rd floor!
Our favorite downtown Chicago hotel. Great location. Excellent service. Always a pleasure to stay here.
We had a luncheon meeting and chose the Rooftop at the London house. Although all our food items were appetizers, every bite was fabulous! The views were breathtaking and the service was amazing! We highly recommend!
This is our 4th stay at the LondonHouse. One for each season! Each time has been a lovely. The building is spectacular, rooms are spacious and have the most amazing river views. Staff is always so accommodating. And the roof top bar …. The best in the city!
Amazing views, and amazing food 🏙☀️💫
Amazing. Highly recommend.
Roof top dining service was horrible the only good part was our first waitress which was awesome other than that the service for the food was slow it took a hour for our food to come out and staff was trying to push us out.
Beautiful, centrally located, friendly staff.
We stopped by to see the view and we’re able to get a table on the rooftop. Fabulous drinks and a delicious shrimp cocktail appetizer. Courteous snd attentive waitress. My favorite place in Chicago. I’m from Boston.
Service is terrible. Nasty service, they forget there are other places with nicer peoples. I don’t recommend this place.
I recently went to LH 21 for cocktails. The service was great and the drinks were amazing! It is a prime location with a beautiful view and the perfect ambiance for a night out! Whether you’re visiting from out of town or a local looking to enjoy the city, I would definitely recommend this place.
Our stay was very comfortable, were happy with the free-upgraded corner room (it was our anniversary). Center of it all, walking distance to lot of attractions, on the riverwalk and the magnificent mile. The rooftop bar was nice, would be much more fun in warmer weather! Amazing views, clean room, comfortable bed and sheets!
Awesome experience on the rooftop! Great service great drinks great food. Highly recommend it. D Tyler was an awesome host.
Fantastic View, Great Wine & Wasn’t much of a wait time.
Amazing place. Great food. Great staff and fabulous drinks.
Amazing view, delicious appetizers and exquisite drinks.
Great Atmosphere, very polite staff.
Great couples massage at their spa… The staff was very friendly.
Very friendly staff and great views on the rooftop bar. Definitely recommend.
Always a good time. Amazing views!
Great atmosphere & great service!
I only stayed one night but would conclude: Great hotel, reasonable rates for downtown Chicago. Tremendous service from friendly staff.
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.
We dined at the rooftop for our first anniversary and it was the best experience! The staff was friendly and they complimented us with champagne. With the enthralling sunset. Food was enjoyable! Best place to enjoy the night view of Chicago with delicious food. Will definitely come back! — Jo and San.
Very nice hotel — great location! Staff very accommodating & as Gold members we were treated very well! Will definitely be back for future stays!
Incredible ambience, rooftop views, excellent staff, delicious food, great service and fabulous entertainment! Definitely will recommend to my family, friends and colleagues.
Awesome hotel! Phenomenal service and great location!
Great place to stay. Friendly and attentive. Great rooms.
Great bar good service, friendly people.
Awesome view. Great food! Friendly service!
AMAZING service, staff is impeccable. Totally accommodating.! Service is beyond excellent, personable and went above and beyond! we will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommend.
Awesome views, very upbeat and lively!
Always love visiting LH. Great food and service.
Beautiful view great environment/people I will be back and kids can go too you can’t lose.
This place is beautiful, has vintage decor feel to it and the location is amazing, but… to get to the 21st floor for the restaurant with nice view takes forever, 6 elevators and only one takes ppl upstairs. They are slow, but when u get to 21st, you still need to walk upstairs some moore. Also very touristy, many youngsters, kinda pick up place, mixed crowd. Not yr romantic couple dinner… music is crappy, annoying. Had to leave after 1 drink.
Great hotel and the rooftop bar is amazing. April the hostess is fantastic and our server Christina R. Was so friendly and both of them made it a great experience.
Excellent food with excellent service
We will come back when weather will be better :)
We paid extra for a view… Trump was staring us in the face… seriously? We asked to be moved… nope! Then asked for a refund of the extra we paid… nope! Further we never got our coffee or glasses refreshed by housekeeping. The room has two very small, dim sconces on the wall. Very dark! Location is very good. Second floor bar great; rooftop not so much.
The rooms here are very nice. Location is great as well for walking distance to everything. Anything that is a little further, you can take a taxi or Uber for a reasonable price. In regards to staff and accommodations, they lack here. I requested many things from the front desk and never received any. My food had additional items that I didn't order (but they took care of that for me) and I couldn't get a room with a tub (instead of a shower only bathroom). The guy at the front just wasn't willing to do anything to swap rooms and the woman on the phone as well. The guy also in front seemed like he may have been lying to me when I was reading him. They were just not willing to take further action. Also I've never seen such aggressive up-seller at the front desk trying to convince people to upgrade at an additional price.
Can I leave more than 5 stars? This place is amazing. The location is top notch. The service is second to none. Valet remembered me from 4 months ago. Front desk staff was more than pleasant (Martha I believe was the lady who checked me in. I forgot the other guys name). This place is the real deal. They over exceeded my expectations. Great place.
We had some business meetings at the rooftop bar here and it was pretty great. They have a good selection of alcohol and some great views of the cottage, it certainly. Impresses. The service was attentive and helpful. This is definitely a place I will be back to and bring people to as well. It is worth checking out whether you are visiting Chicago or live in Chicago.
Really nice hotel located on Wacker at Michigan. The hotel has a historic feel and the rooms are fresh and clean. Room coverings, furniture and amenities are upscale. I was fortunate to have a room with a nice view of the river, though I imagine all rooms have nice views of the city. The exercise facility is nice, though not big. Also, don't miss the rooftop bar, where you get incredible views of the river and Chicago. The hotel is in a great location with excellent bars and restaurants within minutes walking distance in every direction. Be mindful of the elevators that ask you to enter your floor then tell you what elevator to go to. It will catch you off guard if you're not paying attention. Also, the elevators are a little loud and can be distracting if you have a room near the elevators. Overall, the Londonhouse is a choice hotel in Chicago and is my new go-to for my trips to the city. You will not be disappointed.
We went to the rooftop and the views are SPECTACULAR! Took about half an hour for us to be seated, which wasnt too bad. But it took the waitress 40 minutes to come to our table to introduce herself and take our order. And that was after I complained. It's a good thing the views were amazing and we brought over a drink from the bar or we would've left. There no sense of urgency. While we were eating there was 3 tables open that needed to be cleaned and it took them 15 minutes to do so. Service needs to be quicker. Menu is limited but drinks are delicious.
The hotel is located in a great place, really accessible if you’re a tourist. The rooms are kind of small and if you want a view, you have to pay an extra fee (which didn’t surprise me). The internet is free but you have to enter the code every single time. Overall I liked the hotel and service, although my room wasn’t cleaned for two days for some reason. The only thing that was weird to me was that anyone can enter and go as desired. There was no security to go to the rooms and if you were in the rooftop you could easily go to whatever story you wanted (without being a guest) the security issue should be addressed, in my opinion. Also there’s a back door and there’s no one there to keep it.
This was a great find on a busy summer weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed living conveniently on Wacker and Michigan. Room was comfortable and bed was amazing for a great night sleep. Views from our room was of the river and felt amazing. Will definitely put this on my list of preferred hotels in the downtown area. Roof top bar has amazing views and great ambiance. Would have preferred a preferential treatment and service to hotel guests as we were made to wait in the same line (for more than an hour) like other guests even after being told that we will be bumped up the queue.
My daughter and I have made this a yearly stop on our annual summer trip downtown (coming from northwest Indiana). We love the rooftop bar! The drinks are amazing and the view is spectacular! Some have complained that drinks are overpriced, but I found them to be very comparable to other nice bars in downtown Chicago. My only complaint would be that the waitress didn't come by as much as we wanted, but she was great when she did. I have recommended London House Rooftop to everyone I know and will continue to stop there whenever I come downtown.
I love this hotel so much. From the second you enter the lobby, it's obvious how much thought and detail went into the Londonhouse experience. The rooms are huge, gorgeous, functional, and if you get a view, it's guaranteed to be amazing. I didn't need to order room service or speak to guest services so not sure if that process is good, but I'd imagine it is.
The LondonHouse Chicago is a neat boutique hotel located perfectly at Wacker and Michigan. It's within easy walking distance of shopping, good restaurants, Millennium Park and the Navy Pier. It has great architectural elements and both the staff and the Rooftop restaurant are excellent. The elevator system is uniquely programmed and the linens and furnishings are quality. The biggest area of improvement, IMO, is the dining options and hours. The Rooftop restaurant and lobby bar don't offer regale dining hours, especially on the weekends. Also, room service is only available from 7am to 10om. If you return late or have an early departure, you'll have to obtain food elsewhere.
My wife and I have been to the Rooftop many times… always have a great time. Food is great… drinks are also great… service is awesome! We love this place… all around it's always great! We always go there when we are in the city… highly recommend going there!
I would have given 5 stars if there were not some small flaws I did not like. It deserves more like 4.5 stars. I was given a nicely decorated but small room. But it was cozy and I liked it. If you have elite Hilton membership, you will receive a coupon that gets you a cup of juice and fruit bowl or something in the restaurant downstairs for breakfast. Nothing impressive but better than nothing, I guess. Fitness center was great! But seems like the center is not soundproofed well. One of the guests on that floor came into the fitness center because he was hearing loud banging or something from his room. At that time, I was just walking on treadmill.
My brother and his wife stayed here last night. There was a wedding party on the top floor with a band. Music was so loud it shook the table in their room. Management refused to have them turn the music down. Manager called my brother in his room and threatened to kick them out! Are you kidding me?! $600 a night and treated like that! I’ll never stay there and I’ll tell everyone I know what happened! Unbelievable!
Our first stay at Londonhouse was on our wedding night and we had a breathtaking view of the river and Trump Tower. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by such a joyous and fun valet group and bellman. The size of the hotel was so overwhelming and grandiose — I was mesmerized. All the guests and staff were so amiable and check in / check out were so swift! The decor of the hotel is definitely something we took into account prior to booking and we were severely overwhelmed by the fine taste and small detail in everything from the lounge chairs to the elevators. The one thing we wished we would have seen was a complimentary gift for our wedding night stay — — given that we already had spent a generous amount on perhaps the nicest room (I'm sure that there are hotels that do this? ). The valet parking was $72 which is quite a high price to pay, but nonetheless, understandable. Finally, it did take almost 20 mins for our baggage to arrive upstairs. Otherwise, we were pretty pleased.
This is the greatest place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was phenomenal, room was exquisite, and the view was breathtaking. I cannot wait to return!
Location is awesome here. We were first time visitors to Chicago and stayed 3 nights. Really couldn't imagine there's a better location to be centrally located to so much. Clean rooms, well equipped. Roof top bar with the expected high drink prices but you're paying for the view so just enjoy. Would certainly stay here again!
Really enjoyed my stay at the LondonHouse. Amazing riverside view of the city, top to bottom windows. Visited the rooftop bar, it had good bar food, liked the cheese sauce that came with the tatter tots. The bartenders where friendly and efficient. This hotel is on the pricey side. Overall great location, amazing view, good staff. I would stay again.
One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff is super friendly and kind, they upgraded my room to a room with a view of the river. The food is amazing, I was served breakfast in bed. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and they were cooked to perfection. The rooms at Londonhouse Chicago are pristine and well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Chicago or just looking for a short getaway you won't be disappointed!
Great hotel! Room had an amazing view with floor to ceiling windows looking down the Chicago River — probably the best view I've ever had in a hotel. Staff were very good and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the whole suite felt very upscale. Internet was fast and the shower was great. The breakfast was ok, but priced for Chicago. I'll come back for the view alone, but there are lots of other reasons that this hotel has just beaten the Palmer House out as my new go to hotel when I'm in Chicago.

The room we had was an absolutely gorgeous modern look. The view of the city from our room was picturesque. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real thing that bothered me was the outrageous parking fee for overnight valet parking that was heavily pushed on us. Other than that, a wonderful experience.
This hotel is a mix of awesome and awful. Terrible lobby. Staff are shooting for hip, cool, and aloof, but hit snide and annoying instead. Acceptable rooms. Good bathroom, but the power went out while I was there. Second floor lobby is inconvenient and they've got live music to yell over. It's also above the hotel restaurant, so it smells like breakfast 24/7, but that restaurant is actually pretty good. Good downtown location. Bell staff are some of the best. I'd probably stay here again.
Great room, great views and excellent location. I love the attention to detail in everything I saw. Love the soap, the lotion, the hair care products, the light sensors, the coffee and even the nice hair dryer. The bathroom was so large. Our view of the river and lake was so awesome.
The hotel is really centrally located and also a very great hotel. But the service is horrible. I did upgrade to a better room at checkin. I have asked several times for the price. When I checked out, I asked for the price, where I was confirmed. I didn't get a bill or receipt. Then few days later my credit card was charged almost twice the price. On the homepage you can find a live chat. My booking was not found. I then got the direct mail address of the hotel. I also wrote them. Unfortunately, I have not received an answer here. Despite a second mail there was no answer again. I will not book this hotel any more and advise you of it as well.
On the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. The only parking they offer of valet parking so just pay for the package that includes parking. While you are there be sure to visit the roof, as it offers a excellent view of the area, you have to take a second elevator to get to the roof, but the staff at the rooftop restaurant will be more than happy to point the way. The service is excellent. When you arrive they will text you and you can ask the front desk anything you need right from your phone, which was more useful than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience that I would highly recommend, assuming you are up to pay for it.
Great hotel with great view. Room service could be slow but the counter was great and fast even allowed early check in which I am grateful for! The best thing is the location is spectacular. Everything is accessible and walking distance. Next time I will book the Vista room as that offers the best view. Would highly recommend anyone to visit this hotel while in Chicago!
Beautiful hotel located on the Chicago river. Rooms are well appointed with a nice modern decor. Room was quiet even being on a corner with two walls of Windows. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable enough. Staff is amazing and were extremely efficient at bringing things at our request. I will stay many more times in the future.
Rating it only for the photo opportunity of the Chicago skyline and and the view of the city from their rooftop. It was pretty stunning. The front desk was super nice to let us visit the rooftop to photograph early in the morning. And the view was really worth it. On the way back, we visited their bar — phenomenal bar layout — very colorful. Quite a thrill to photograph it.
The location was easy to find. The decor was beautiful, with Christmas tress for the holidays. I saw both the lobby bar and the bar on the 22st floor, both were well furnished and had pillows everywhere. The staff was pleasant. The rooms are very nice, decorated tastefully and with many amenities.
Stayed here for a business trip. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in downtown Chicago. The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. I liked that the bathroom light came on automatically for me when I got up in the middle of the night. There is also a Nespresso machine in every room. The staff are very helpful and eager to provide recommendations should you ask. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chicago for business or pleasure.
My overall experience at the London House was phenomenal. The location is great, minutes from Navy Pier, Millennium Park, many restaurant options and points of interest. The first room is modern, well maintained and offers smart home features. There hotel itself is really nice and modern. The rooftop has bar and can be used as s good spot for awesome pictures. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
This is a fantastic hotel, in a great location. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. Great view from the rooms facing the river. The restaurant downstairs is a good place to eat and the bar on the second floor serves great drinks.
I stayed there for 6d, great location, team at the top.
Spacious room.
I recommend it.
The rooms were fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying at the hotel again soon! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago. The location was perfect for shopping and the view was unbelievable.
We stayed here for a bachelorette party and were severely disappointed. When booked, we were told it was a suite with a couch and upon arrival, it wasn't. When we went to clear things up, they could only apologize that the person who booked the room booked it incorrectly, and they would not be able to give us a different room. We received a credit to the roof top bar, where the server literally rolled her eyes and never came back when we asked for water to accommodate our $14 vodka tonics. The next morning, one girl went down to ask for more towels and asked that they get left outside the door because it was 8am and everyone else was sleeping. Instead, the door was knocked on until I answered. Then house keeping came at 8:50am on a Sunday. The last straw was discovering that the credit had actually never been applied. For a high-end hotel, this hotel has terrible communication and service.
Great location! Nice addition to the Hilton portfolio. Very modern. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. Valet parking only. Good restaurant and great rooftop bar. Will definitely return.
Great newly renovated hotel in the center of downtown Chicago. About a 10 min walk to a train, but the general location is very convenient for tourist attractions. Rooms were very clean with modern decor. Both bellman and front desk were also very accommodating and always checking in with us to make sure our stay was satisfactory. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.
Nice, recently renovated hotel. Room was very comfortable, felt very technology oriented. TV had the ability to Chromecast, but I couldn't get it to work. The bathroom was nice. Bed is okay, was pretty firm and the sheets were kind of scratchy. The bell staff misplaced our bags when we checked in, took awhile to get them. Our room had a great view of Michigan Ave, and out to the lake. Didn't check out the rooftop as it was pretty cold during our stay, but I heard it's a cool bar.
Location — one of many great views of the city, phenomenal view from the rooftop/patio bar, loved the fire feature for the colder evening. Rooftop bar service — bartender seemed disinterested in his job and a little passive aggressive. I get it, however I'm not there to spend that kind of money and have to deal with attitude (minus 1 star). Room — the view toward Michigan & Wacker and the river still amazes me as a Chicago native. Fairly nice sized room for a romantic evening should the opportunity present itself. I would definitely recommend.
My group wanted to enjoy the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, on blacking hot days it's not a good choice unless you get a table with shade. They have some seating that is in the Sun, and it was simply too hot to sit there. The table top was blazing got, so you couldn't touch it. The Sun was sizzling. We had to leave since they didn't have a way to shade us. As far as their menu goes, they have a small but choice menu. It will suit someone with a taste for a large variety of foods. Picky eaters of American cuisine should avoid this menu.
We had brunch at the restaurant and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. The atmosphere is great, but the service was horrible. One of the drinks we didn't like, a bloody Mary, and tried to fix it by asking for pickle juice or tomato juice to offset it. There was none at the restaurant and the waitress didn't offer any other assistance to remedy the drink. The food took a very long time to get and drinks were not kept full or even checked on often. The did was good, although the eggs were kind of cold.
Great room, great views and excellent location. I love the attention to detail in everything I saw. Love the soap, the lotion, the hair care products, the light sensors, the coffee and even the nice hair dryer. The bathroom was so large. Our view of the river and lake was so awesome. I would for sure recommend this hotel and will come back again sometime.
Amazing staff; Amazing views; amazing rooms. Valet parking is $71 a night so be aware. Despite being (ahem) violated for parking I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such an amazing and underrated establishment. (I should keep my mouth shut if I want it to stay that way… drat)
I frequent LondonHouse during my business trips to Chicago. I have tried other hotels (attempting to keep options open) and always return to LH! The hotel staff is always very friendly and accommodating! I have stayed in a variety of rooms within the hotel and they have all exceeded our expectations. The rooms are always clean and bathrooms as well. Comfortable beds! The corner suites are absolutely spectacular with direct views the river. We stayed in the suite during a St. Patrick's visit and it was an awesome view! Other rooms without a view, are also great and just as cozy! The hotel is highly recommended!
The single best hotel I have experienced to date. From initial reservation to the departure my partner and I were treated like royalty. Greeted with smiles, friendly hellos, and warming goodbyes. Oh, and then there is the room… amazing. Well appointed luxury style with not a single smudge or speck of dust. Great food, exceptional drinks, top notch staff. Thank you to Shannon, Jose, Anthony, and Tori for making the stay truly one we will never forget. If your looking for a luxury hotel downtown Chicago coupled with an amazing guest service experience… please stay at the LondonHouse! A+++
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Visited the rooftop bar for some Saturday afternoon cocktails. Spectacular views of Chicago. Good mix of crowd ranging from mid twenties to late forties early fifties. Bar keeps super fast and friendly, good solid drinks. Expect to pay $15 /cocktail. Tasty Moscow Mules, I recommend asking for one in a rocks glass vs the copper mugs to get more bang for your buck. Reserve a table in advance if you have 3 of more, but usually can find a tall stand-up table or railing. Inside area looked very cool and chili.
Great price, high end boutique feel. Rooms are excellent, supremely clean, and stylishly furnished. Rooftop bar is amazing, just a bit crowded! Lobby bar service is average. Location is PERFECT. If you're deciding between other hotels in the area, this one is 100% the best for the price range.

We found this at this at the last minute very late in the day. There was still sufficient staff even though it was late. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and and a good size compared to others downtown. We had lunch at the rooftop bar after checkout, food and service were great. Close to the River walk, and Michigan Ave. Great location.
I am a visitor from Scotland and went here with family that are local to Chicago so that we could have a couple of drinks on the roof top bar. We were so impressed. From the staff at the entrance to the staff at the roof top bar they were all very very good. The drinks prices were good and the views were to die for. Great views of the river and Trump Tower. Will definitely return when back in Chicago and will recommend.
This lovely hotel makes good use of its historic building while offering updated modern interiors. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable; there were nice amenities. We has a fine view of the city. The rooftop bar/restaurant is gorgeous and has a perfect vantage point over the Chicago River. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around… This hotel is in an exceptional location. It has great views overlooking the lake loop. Central to the magnificent mile and the rooms are very comfortable. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because that you can hear the sirens from Chicago's finest whenever they are blaring their sirens, which is often. But would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone anyways. We will be repeat guests of this hotel for sure!
We were entertaining friends from outnofntoen and visited London House for the rooftop view. The decor was modern but elevators seemed to be original equipment with modern technology infused. The drinks in the lounge were moderately priced and did not disappoint. Service is there at your every turn to keep you happy. The views from the roof are a great new vantage point on the city. The outdoor fireplace was a nice touch with the evening winds turning cool this time of year.
The hotel is very high tech, with many elevators and excellent room tech (televisions, etc. ) I had no issues with the service, it didn't stand out but no complaints. Hotel Wi-Fi was extremely impressive. Rooms were comfortable, but it was a little strange having a bathroom with no lock on the (frosted glass) door… Overall an enjoyable experience, entering and leaving the hotel couldn't have been easier.

Very good experience, comfort, excellent views, good location, impeccable!
Nice upscale hotel. I found the LondonHouse as a last minute option after my flight was cancelled. The desk staff were efficient and helpful (once I found them). The common areas are all nicely appointed and very clean. My room was excellent. Just as a note, the rooms are smaller than say a Hampton or typical Hilton room but the amenities are on par with a Hilton. I peeked in the fitness area but did not have a chance to use it. The lobby bar was also nice but I did not partake. Unfortunately I also did not have time to explore the area. The property is located close to a lot of attractions but I had to get back to the airport.
Good location, good service and attentive, very good views from the room and from the roof. Plus our plane landed at 6 and when we got to the hotel at 8 in the morning we got room. Very happy.
A great house, the Hilton Group Hotel. It just makes something visually at this point.
