I don’t normally leave reviews, especially about a hotel. However this one is deserving of an honest review. Easy on/off location to interstate. Close proximity to food stops, and gas stations. Plenty of parking in a well maintained and clean parking lot. Parking lot has plenty of lighting. The night staff was absolutely pleasant, she was also so helpful with our family in locating the extra sheets and blanket for the pull out bed. We did come in for a super late check-in around midnight. The morning staff for checkout was also pleasant, breakfast was warm even at the end of breakfast hours and well stocked. Tables and counters were very clean around breakfast area. The room was impressively clean, seemingly new mattresses with absolutely no signs of any bugs. Pillows were fluffy and comfortable. Toilet paper, towels, cups, coffee all well stocked. Locking mechanisms were all in tact and functioning properly on the door. No issues with key card in opening the room door. Air was properly working and got the room cool, with no smell of mildew from the unit. In conclusion, we will be saving the address of this location to be return guests at Comfort Suites in Byron, GA.

Pleasant staff and clean and modern rooms.

From first looks everything was great! Nice and clean. However, the toilet lid was up when we came in which is fine. However, this morning got up to get shower and closed the lid to lay clothes on top of toilet and their was what looked like period blood on the top of the lid where someone has sat down on it. Grossed me out. But other than that everything was good. Just hate the breakfast are still bagged and not waffles or cereal and milk. My grand baby is very picky so cereal and milks would have been nice to have as a breakfast option. I under stand COVID made a lot of limitations but milk cartons and cereal packs are things that can be offered. Sounds As if I am being very critical. Sorry just trying to give some ideas to Comfort inn to help out. Like I said I still recommend this Comfort INN.

It was a nice room but you could tell their hot tub had been broken a good while and the pool on bottom was half way green and they had alot of pool towls stink really bad like vinegar so deffentually for the price it should have been much better and got woken up early morning with pipes in the wall banging from the floor above us while running their water.

We love our room! We are here for a night, we had a Christmas party across the street. The beds are comfy. The rooms smell BRAND NEW. Nice bath products, nice towels. Extremely clean!

Great customer service. The room was larger then other hotels and clean. Complimentary breakfast was so good. I will be back. Rooms prices were affordable.

We were here for about 3 months for work and Bob and his staff treated us like family. They are very accomadating to our ever need. Hope to be in the area again to stay with them again. A big thank you to the whole staff.

Nice place to stay on our way to the beach. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot breakfast was good (the mini waffles were great). The staff was friendly.

Housekeeping took extra care to clean my room by touching it up and making it smell really nice.

Stopped for the night during traveling from Missouri to Florida. Was with my parents, and sometimes my father needs help with walking and use of wheelchair. Lady that checked us in was awesome, friendly, nice and went above and beyond for us the entire stay! Comfortable room and beds!

I love and enjoy the Comfort Suites in Byron this location is Great it's right off the interstate and easy to find and the front desk staff is wonderful they really make you feel right at home.

Nice telly. Staff was cool, decent pool and acceptable workout room. (Not much in the way of weights though). Clean rooms, nice little breakfast.

Room was nice and clean with a jacuzzi, room 104. But the walls are paper thin. I could hear the stomps of the guy upstairs getting up and going to the bathroom and then I heard the toilet flush and the water go down the pipe. Made for a sleepless night.

Rooms were nice and clean, very nice staff that went above and beyond. I lost one of my diamond earrings there. When I realized it in the car after leaving, I called the hotel and told them what room I stayed in and she said she would check with the cleaning staff after they were done. The next day they called and said they found it. I asked if they could mail it to me and they did. A big thank you to the staff for being honest and turning it in and mailing it to me!

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Very clean and Quiet rooms. Nice pool even though we did not have time to enjoy it. Air conditioner was the only issue. The thermostat must have been messed up because we were unable to control the air. It was either a little warm or too cool. It was always 74 in the room by the thermostat.

This hotel was very good! The staff at the fromlnt desk helped us with everything we needed and we asked for a lot. Also the hotel layout and everything is great.

It was very high quality and the rooms were a good size and also there was great breakfast food selection and overall it was an amazing experience.

Wonderful place to stay … room 105 with Jacuzzi tub nice and spacious right off lobby so easy to get too.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER! we stayed at this hotel for one night and checked out the next morning. Two days later I find a $50 charge on my card and call and ask what for and was told “a pillow was missing”. I politely asked to speak to a manager and he called back two days later telling me I took the pillow and there’s nothing he’s gonna do about it?!? First of all I don’t like being accused of something I didn’t do. I asked by chance if the cleaning person may have misplaced it and he rudely ignored that and said she’s been there for 5 years. Like that means anything? I then took it to corporate and since they are individually owned and he refused to refund me, there was nothing she could do. In all honesty, the hotel is not worth the price and he must’ve needed that 50$ more than me. Hopefully he replaces the stained up couches and dirty floors with it. My mother in law is a travel agent and I advised her to stay away from this hotel just like I would anyone else. Stay away!

We stayed at this hotel as a stopping point from Illinois to Florida. We like it because it’s a nice quiet hotel, clean and has a friendly staff.

Good basic hotel. Clean and soft beds. Lodging was full on base so we needed off base lodging. This fit our price point and our standards. Breakfast is simple but good (and included with the room! ) eggs, cereal, toast and a waffel maker. If you're like us (military family in need of temporary lodging while house hunting) this is a good place to be. Definitley would stay here again.

Hotel has no problem keeping your money when accidentally booking the wrong dates! Called, emailed & wrote letters… but zero response.

The inside of the hotel was nice. The security however needs work. Woke up to find our van that was locked was broken into. Luckily we had taken almost everything in when we checked in. They only got away w/ $200 worth of stuff. The front desk was of no assistance, I will never stay here again!

We stayed at the Byron GA location, the room was nice, clean and roomy. They had a small shop in the lobby that was extremely convenient. There are quite a few resturaunts within walking distance and a gas station just opposite the parking lot. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in so far.

The suite was awesome. Comfortable, roomy, well designed. The service was very friendly. It was clean and overall a fantastic experience.

Very good hotel and at a good price. Comfort Suites in Byron is my go-to place anytime I am staying in this area. It is convenient to Macon, Warner Robins, and Perry and you have most dining options within 20 minutes or less.

This is an excellent place. Great breakfast and pool with hot tub. Peaceful and quit. I would recommend it for any and everyone. Loved it.

Overnight stay on the way to Disney World. Very clean! Best hotel I've ever stayed in at this price range.

We had a fabulous suite South of Atlanta GA. The suite was clean, easy to get to from the highway, convenient to restaurant, had comfortable beds for six, at a great rate! Five stars out of five!

Room was comfortable and very clean. The lobby was extremely stuffy and it almost felt like the heat was on. The breakfast only lasted until 9:00 am which is a bit early for some.

Location right off 75 was perfect for our needs plenty of nearby restaurants. The room was decent, but Wi-Fi was spotty. Hot breakfast bar was fine as long as you ignore the unsupervised children given free reign by their parents to grope as many food items as possible. Solid 5/7, would stay there again.

Comfort Suites Dunbar Road Bryon, GA The staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The property is well maintained. There is an indoor pool and spa, a fitness room and computer access to print boarding passes etc. The complimentary Wi-Fi was indeed high speed. Will definitely stay there again.

If we ever go back to Byron, we will definitely stay here again! The rooms were nice, the staff was awesome and the free breakfast was pretty tasty. I believe the manager's name is Mr. Parham? He is absolutely wonderful. Any request I had he tried to accommodate it. We were visiting my brother and his family in Byron and picked this hotel due to proximity to his house. We stayed from checked in December 23rd and stayed through December 26th. We had to get adjoining rooms due to our family size (my wife, myself, and our 5 children). After the initial excitement of the kids exploring the rooms, we explored the rest of the hotel. The pool is nice and has a heated spa. I'm not sure the pool was heated, but having an indoor pool was nice as it helped the kids have a good nights rest. The rooms were good size and having a semi divided seating area from the sleeping area was a nice touch. The bathrooms weren't your typical hotel bathrooms. Real granite surround in the shower and I believe the counter top in the bath was granite as well. Standard hotel appliances were the norm in both rooms (mini fridge, small microwave, hair dryer and coffee pot; also iron and ironing board in the closet. Christmas eve night was eventful. There were some pretty bad storms going through middle Georgia and some people in the hotel were running their heaters in the rooms. The heaters evidently had not been run in some time and the smell of 'hot dust' was present throughout most of the first floor.

The hotel and rooms were very nice, the breakfast was not as nice as some other hotels (like Drury inn). It was on par with holiday in express. Basic food options like cereal and fruit, plus a waffle iron.

Best hotel stay I have had! The room was very roomy, clean, bigger fridge and the staff was very helpful. This hotel exceeded my expectations and the price was good!
