Hotel is brand new. Across the street from Beach access. Absolutely beautiful beach, hard packed almost white sand, very fine and soft sand. The hotel is very nice, rooms are big. Only knock is the restaurant or cafe, it has long lines in the morning as there is only one line to buy food. Recommend getting breakfast elsewhere. Also, only 1 parking space per car but they have a grass lot next door in case you had another car like us. Nice staff and hotel overall though!

Great location close to the beach. Staff is friendly. Rooms are small but clean and stylish. Minus one star: Weird tasting coffee places in rooms. Had to go downstairs to buy a coffee.

I like this Courtyard by Marriott Scott at the front desk was great as well as all the front desk staff. The hotel is definitely nice and clean my only complaint would be the bed is in front of the air conditioner and blows cold air on you. If you go to this hotel move the couch in front of the air conditioner so it doesn't blow on you all night long. This hotel is definitely a good location a very great staff and has great employees.

My family and I flew out to Florida for a week for a family vacation. We booked a room here and had a wonderful experience. From booking over the phone, checking in, room maintenance, everyone was awesome and super helpful. The staff is beautiful and super nice and friendly. We felt right at home during this whole trip. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in town again. If you are in town and looking for a hotel, look no further. This is the one!

Clean. Modern room. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Close to town and beach is a couple blocks away. It's a great Sandy roomy beach. Lots of shells. Friendly helpful staff. This is a welcome find at the end of the day.

This past weekend I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard and I just have to comment on a member of the front desk staff. Upon arrival, there were two women and one gentlemen, named SCOTT, working the front desk check ins. The women were busy so we were forced to deal with SCOTT. We attempted to ask him about early check in as were previously told it would not be a problem. However, he wouldn't even look at our reservation and proceeded to say that can't be done. We then asked about late check out and got the same unhelpful, unfriendly response. He offered NO assistance or information. Feeling quite rejected, we actually drove up and down A1A to check for friendly accommodations. Unfortunately, most places were booked. We went to grab a bite to eat and went back to the Courtyard and made sure we spoke to a different front desk clerk. She was friendly, helpful, and everything it should have been our first attempt at check in. I am surprised that Marriott hired someone of SCOTT's personality, as in all my experiences with Marriott, I have never encountered a less helpful individual. As I said, it was unpleasant enough that we looked elsewhere. Just a heads up. If you go to this particular Marriott Courtyard at St. Augustine Beach, DO NOT GET IN SCOTT'S LINE! Otherwise, very pleasant experience and great place to stay.

Stayed a week. Leaving in the morning. Pool was awesome. Across the street from the best restaurant in St. Augustine (Obi's). Easy access to beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Disappointed with the "restaurant " on premises and the selection in "the market" but overall a great hotel.

Great service here they take care of their guests! I have nothing bad to say about this place definitely recommend for families. It’s very close to beach across to street but we drove you can drive onto beach as well cone heads ice cream is across the street it’s very good too.

Amazing stay. My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. The day of checking in I called ahead to see if the staff could add something special to the room to make it more romantic. I originally booked a king size suite but after speaking to Melissa, she switched our room which was facing the parking lot on the side on a lower level to one of the bigger 2 queen bed suites that had an amazing view of the ocean, 2 love swan decorations on the extra bed, and 2 complimentary cakes with a hand written card that read “Happy Anniversary” My wife was at a lost for words and it made our stay that much more special. The room was clean and spacious, the decor was beautiful, and finally a hotel room where the shower is big enough for 2 people. Lol The beach is literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel and across the street from Obi’s Little station, a garage themed restaurant, that serves awesome breakfast and they actually have mimosas.

The condensation the staff has towards its guests is out of this world. I've never felt so belittled by hotel staff. From the management all the way down to the front desk needs to be addressed. It's feels like they are feeding off of the manager (I didn't get her name, she's blond, overweight, and obnoxious). Being told by a young male staff member that I "better watch my language" (i accidently use the word shit in a funny conversation I was having with my wife) is uncalled for, we were the only ones in the lobby. My wife uses the Marriot chain of hotels every week, all over the USA for business. This is the only one that treated us this way. We wont be bad to this one.

Beautiful view of the beach if you get one of the few top floor east-facing rooms. The desk was very helpful, and even let us push checkout an extra hour. Walking distance from the beach and the pier a little bit further down. It's a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine which is nice. The room didn't have any odors. Bed was clean and comfy. Shower was hot. Actually, it was so steamy it set off the smoke detector. Make sure the ceiling vent is on! Overall, I would recommend this location.

This is a nice hotel, but I found it very uncomfortable all around. From the wacky furniture to the atmosphere, this place screams form over function. I wish they had thought more about the customer in some of these choices.

Very nice hotel. Has not even been open 2 years. Nice lobby area with a bistro that is open for breakfast and dinner. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We were very impressed by the bathroom. I only wish the water pressure was better in that shower and that they got hotter. The hotel should also consider upgrading their luggage carts.

Great Location, new hotel, friendly staff, but housekeepers should be explained how to park their carts so guests would be able to walk through the hallways. Pillows are bad for your neck, I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of dough. Would come back… but with my own pillow.

Room was very nice. Service was great on front desk and Bistro. Housekeeper asked if we wanted room done late afternoon. I thought that was a given. Toilet seat needs to be fixed and mattress needs to be turned. Overall, a good experience.

Nice comfortable experience. I enjoyed the room, the only thing I wish they had was a hot tub to relax in.

Visited here on a cold December week but thoroughly enjoyed our time.   When we arrived there was a problem with our first room and they were kind and easily moved us to a new room no questions.   The rooms are modern and seem newer and the bathroom was very nice.   Although we never used it the gym was large with dumbbells and cardio machines.   The pool area was very nice, but it was missing a hot tub which would have been nice on a cold day.   It's location is great with easy beach access you can walk to (just across the street) and easily get to the pier and a few restaurants in St. Augustine Beach.   The only other thing that was annoying was we got no cell phone service in our room.

The hotel is quite new so it's clean and smelled nice. It's 5 minutes away from the beach.

The room was modern and very comfortable. I liked the design, how they used a local aesthetic for the art on the walls. The coffee was a little weak though, I think it might have been the coffee machine malfunctioning.

Didn’t get a 5 Star because they don’t have coffee before 7am (paid or complementary) … I know it’s vacation, but I still a morning person. I ended up driving down to DD down the street. Now that the unpleasantness is out of the way: Nice, clean room. Smart TVs. Clean shower with plenty of pressure. Bistro is a descent pay option but no pre 7am coffee. Pool looks nice, but shouldn’t need since the beach is across the street. Fitness room ok for a hotel.

Very friendly with great access to the beach. The hotel is clean and hospitable. I'd definitely stay here in the future.

Brand new hotel, very clean and nicely decorated. The room had a bed and giant TV and not much else, I like that. The lobby looked amazing, however it was all closed for the night when I saw it.

Great front counter staff. Starbucks Bistro/bar had a girl mostly interested in her phone. Clean room. Asked for and received late check-out. Super comfy bed. Walking distance to restraunts. Will stay here again.

Our vacation at this hotel was an awesome experience. The room was beautifully designed and decorated, clean, neat, and a 3min walk to the beach. It is also in walking distance of restaurants that serve delicious food. I would highly recommend!

New hotel. Staff has been friendly & courteous. They've been helpful on recommendations on local restaurants for my family. The pool area is big & spacious and really warm, but there's no hot tub. This hotel is just a 5 minute walk from beach access and a couple of restaurants. The bistro is a nice restaurant to get a bite for dinner too.

Large, fun pool area with towel service. No bar, but drinks are allowed in cups. Rooms are nice, with nice television and decor. Fantastic food within walking distance, as well as two dive bars for music, pool, and stiff drinks. Beach is an easy 5 minute walk.

The staff and the rooms were impeccable. Truly a nice experience. Would give this hotel a 5 if it weren't for the whole coffee situation. Went down shortly after 6. Yes they had coffee LUKE WARM! Coffee shop wasn't open until almost 7. Ugh. No help if you have early meetings. Please coffee is important to some 1st thing, "no matter what time" you should have it available. (terrible little packets in room are not real coffee). While not on the beach it's just across the street. From some rooms you can actually see the ocean.

Excellent experience. Gorgeous rooms. I went for Mother's Day with my 94 year old grandmother and they upgraded us to a suite. The staff was incredibly nice. It's a great location right across from the beach, and a short walk from a great restaurant, Beachcombers.

Love the location… Walk to the beach. Hotel and room clean and the night clerk remembered my name… Attentive to my needs. Very personal. Will return to this location.

I called and spoke with Melissa the assistant manager, and with short notice she made sure our weekend beach getaway was absolutely perfect. From check in, to check out everything was fantastic. This Marriott property is directly across from the ocean and just a 3-5 min walk to the main St. Augustine fishing pier, with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Just about a 15 minute drive to Historic St Augustine. I highly recommend this location and hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel renovated within the year with contemporary furniture in an open lobby setting. Lobby sitting area opens out to a large pool patio next to a sports pool (5ft max depth). Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of parking space. Relatively large bar for a medium sized hotel with large sitting/lounge. Internet was complimentary, but was not the best quality. Not much of a gym, but a clean and spacious hotel. Just cross the road and you're at the beach!

My stay at Courtyard was very pleasant. The staff were all very helpful. We arrived late Sunday evening and were helped right away. Both ladies at the desk were very nice. The lady that helped me directed us to our room abd the quickest way to get there, which was very helpful since it was a bit chilly outside. The room was very nice and clean. Checkout was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was simple, although they couldnt find our reservation. The room is spacious and clean. We had requested a crib in the room, which never was provided. There was a problem with a double billing, which took a bit to resolve. The pool is clean and cared for. The beach is across the street and easily accessible, though it is a busy street. A pleasant experience.

Stayed at the Courtyard St. Augustine Marriott hotel two weeks ago when we wanted to travel to Orlando we stayed one night at this wonderful hotel. Upon arrival, we found the hotel very quiet and cozy and the staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. We were two couples and asked them if they could give us the room with resort view. They accepted and gave us a very clean and spacious room. Moreover, they guided us how to go to the beach and showed us the restaurants near the beach to enjoy much the beach view. The room had two queen beds with refrigerator, TV, coffee maker, and very nice bathroom. They provided us adequate towels for four people. The beds were comfortable, and after walking along the resort, we enjoyed our mattresses. The only downfall was the Bistro. I would rather have a self-service breakfast instead of order a plate with the small portion. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed there and had a great time. Hotel was beautiful and staff was great. Would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
