Great accommodations. Helpful clubhouse and fun environment.

The house is great — area is nice. Standard vacation home, well kept etc. However, we stayed here in August 2018. (Gobi drive) There is heavy construction in the area. You cant drive on the street in front of the house let alone park. Don't expect to sleep in — weekdays the construction crew stats early. Other points: cell phone reception is weak in the area, both T-Mobile and At&t. It's quiet at night expect for other people partying away… but that's vacation… so it's ok. This is my 5th time in the area in Davenport, what I've learned is not to book anything that's brand new — there is always construction and many details are still to be worked out.

My family and I went down to stay at this resort for a week. Initially it seemed wonderful nice spacious house for the 17 of us. The first half hour being there we discovered the alarm system kept beeping we called for help but no one came. On the Sunday we noticed the pool jets weren’t working so we called the management company multiple phone calls and emails and there was no response except once when they said they sent someone and it was fine. The pool turned green we had multiple small children we didn’t want to get sick. After days of the alarm system and unworking pool a contractor showed up and told us it was a broken filter and he fixed it on the Thursday and we left the sat early Morning. There were multiple loud parties in the area allowing our family to get next to no sleep. And there was also construction that started as early as 5 am sometimes. Sheets and bedding were dirty had stains. My family Made the best of what we had but it was disappointing for an expensive week away. The management company is awful at getting back to people which is ridiculous in my Opinion.

Beautiful property and we had a great time there. However, when we arrived home there were multiple unauthorized transactions posted on our credit cards. During our stay they were having trouble with their credit card system and kept telling us that our card wasn't working. They ended up charging our card over and over again. The receptionist basically said there is nothing they can do until the charges post and the manager never even spoke to us to apologize or address the issue. Beware when using a credit card or debit card at this place!

Great houses. Central pool was very nice great for kids. The construction was on a few streets but should be out of the way soon.

The whole family loved the trip and the house this year. We usually stay in Champions Gate. Thinking about buying a home here.

Had a party of 15! The place was amazing to stay at. Everything was in walking distance if you stayed on the premises. Private pool was great if wanted to swim in private.
