Pros: It was cheap with 2 queen beds, hot water, friendly front desk staff & house keeping, & room was had working cold A/C. Cons: Wi-Fi sucks for all three routers you could connect to as I was never able to use, toilet was coming loose from the floor every time you sat down, the shower head was old and look like it was going to fall out of the wall, lamps all rusted, stand up lamp was leaning on the wall cause it was broken and couldn’t stand on it’s own, mini fridge was frozen up, rusted on the front, wobbly, and dirty. Clothing rack all rusted with rust hotel hangers. Lack of plug ins near the two beds and the paint job looked like a five year old did it as was a cover up of the old paint when the hotel was built. Narrow stairways and hallways, with no elevator. Along with the pool is so tiny.

Nice room, clean, big bed… very nice.

This us a decent hotel for its type. There was an odd smell in the room but I let it air out for a few hours while I went out and it was fine when I came back. There us a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The bed was fine and cleaning up the room while I was out for the day was also done well. The smell did not return for my seccond night.

It was a horrible experience. The hotel looked like is hasn't had an update since it was built. The bed was very uncomfortable. We felt and heard the springs in the bed. The ac unit was a window unit that everytime it kicked on it sounded as if a storm and a jet was outside the window. There was a terrible odor in the hallway outside of our room. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and looked like it was going to fall out of the wall. There was pieces of wall chipped out. Not to mention the curtains ans bedding was hideous. I do not recommend that hotel and will not ever stay there again.

Do not let the pictures fool you this looks and feels like a rent by the hour motel. Low quality rooms and low security. Only upside is its walkable to downtown.

Enjoyed my stay here for 3 days everything was good Diane was very nice and a guy that was African American he was great also with helping me and I will return clean comfortable bed and room.

Decently priced, clean rooms, recently renovated. Quiet, close to many places in Orange Park. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Gas Station (for snacks) Small breakfast in the morning. Cold AC units!

It was in Florida so that was good enough for me since it was my first time here. The front desk clerks were very nice the hotel is clean. I had no problems staying here.

For the price, it is just okay. The hotel does have a bit of a funky smell to it because I'm sure it's hard to completely mask the smell of smoke. The water pressure in the shower is pretty poor and if you're like me and like extremely hot showers, this ain't it. The rooms are cute (the one I stayed in anyway) and it was clean. There were only 3 pillows on the bed but we wanted another and had to wait 30 mins to get it, but the front desk woman was very pleasant. The rooms seems a bit muggy even though you blast the ac it's just really humid for some reason. The ironing board is laughable, it was only about as long as my arm. The bed was comfy enough, and it was relatively quite so it served its purpose I needed for 3 nights.

Nice clean place to stay. Front desk personnel were great. They were very considerate of senior citizens and those with physical challenges. Went out of their way to make sure everyone taken care of in a timely manner.

Check in was quick and friendly, King room was nice and clean with no odor and internet was nice.

First of all I'll come down for work and for a little bit of leisure in the afternoon and I will say that walking to the room first thing I smelled was is the hallways full of smoke that's a big turn-off. Secondly the room had a musty smell to it just wasn't par with a 70 plus Dollar Room. And lastly the most disappointing thing of all the whole reason we stayed at this room was because of leisure and work and the biggest thing that brought me to this place was its complimentary breakfast when I think of complimentary breakfast I think a little bit more than a box of cereal that they give kindergartens. I mean I'm not going to pay extra for a couple cheap Debbie cakes this place to be is a one-star and should be around $40 a night if you're looking for somewhere to stay that's decent I would go elsewhere.

The hotel is functional but DO NOT stay here if you need the internet at all. They have 4 networks, none of which can maintain a connection for more than 5 mins. It's like a psychological experiment in frustration and rage management, I nearly threw my laptop across the room every day. Also, the water smells like sulfur and leaves your skin feeling slimy. The water pressure in the shower was barely a dribble. There is no laundry facility for guests. There is no elevator to the second floor. Our room was always steamy and humid even with the AC blasting. The pool faces the parking lot and a truck lot, so any ladies wanting to hang out there alone better be prepared with death-stares and possibly some kind of weapon. The only good thing about the place was the friendly staff. I feel bad for them having to work in such a crappy place.

Very clean. After places like Quality Inn being infested with bugs and obviously not even vacuumed, coming in here where even the air smells clean is great.

Given the low price the room was excellent. Luckily for me they even had smoking rooms.

They did several remodeling. It'S a good state. I recommend it was a good deal.

The location of the hotel is very convenient but difficult to get too. When I finally got there, pulling up my reservation and checking in was very quick and simple and the person in the lobby was very kind and courteous. The stairway leading to the rooms was dirty, old and always had a weird smell to it but as soon as I got into my room, everything was tidy and clean. I had no issues with anything in my room and housekeeping was very good at their job. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at some times, and kicked me out randomly but overall it was convenient. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't really speak for that. Also it was extremely cold when I visited so I didn't get to try the pool however it looked clean. For the price, it was definitely worth it.

I booked a four day stay at Days Inn Orange Park/Jacksonville, Fl through Expedia. My plans changed and I subsequently cancel my reservation 5 days before check in (Verified by Expedia) The hotel charge my card for a nigh stay and refuse to refund my money. This not only was robbery it set off a insufficient fund on my checking account and I was penalized for insufficient funds. Expedia attempting negotiation on my part and Days Inn refused to honor my cancellation and kept my money. Buyers Beware there are scammers even in the hotel industry. But they will regret this decision.

The front desk attendant was awesome. I apologize but I forgot his name. Wonderful gentleman and very helpful. He was attentive checking in and out! The room was very nice and housekeeping did a awesome job my 3 night stay!

Clean comfortable, reasonable. Breakfast really poor, pretty good coffee! Staff are probably best thing, their friendly always smiling and very helpful!

This hotel is not in compliance with federal ADA laws. No elevator 3 stories! When someone in my group couldn't get up to our 3 floor room. They were unwilling to switch. We had to make a new reservation at another hotel. They did not refund money. Unfortunately profit is more important than the safety and well-being of their guests. There are better options in the area. Avoid at all costs!

Have to say it was great being back here. Was here last week and everything was great. The rooms, staff and the cookies. (I am the one who asked if the pool was open. ) Hope to see you next year.

The room had an overwhelming smell of dampness and moldiness. The air conditioner kept cutting off on its own all night as well. This caused us to wake up several times extremely hot. The front desk person was very polite and professional but it couldn't make up for the horrible smell. Changing rooms wasn't an option as it was a holiday weekend and they were full.

Nice people but could hear walking from upstairs and outside of room.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the bed is comfortable. My room had a weird smell to it that reminded me of when my moms house had a mold problem. The staff cleaned the AC unit, which so far has fixed the issue. The breakfast is nothing to get excited over but it's free. The pool is small. My biggest thing is there is no way to do personal laundry here, not even coin operated machines.

Clean great food rooms prices and the restaurant was so cool!

Room is a decent size and they match military lodging price which is great. Place stays clean if you keep it clean. I have no complaints about our room. However, due to my husband PCSing we decided to book from Thursday until Friday the following week. Within the first four days of stay, I noticed my gold earings went missing and later the next day I realized my oakley shades went missing as well. I am extremely upset and disatisfied with this place for that reason. I just got married and the earing were a gift and the glasses were just over $200. I do understand that it is a common rule to never leave important things laying out because of housekeeping but with so much my husband and I have been doing settling into his new base, the move, and our marriage all within a two week period, it can be overwhelming and the last thing you think about is a room you're paying for to be entered by someone who is has sticky fingers. I suggest management do a much better job hiring and keeping eyes on their employees. Not to say, a better response to me as someone telling them that my things have been stolen yet their attitude is passive. Never have I ever experienced something like this until now. Come down and stay here if you're okay with theft.

It's a satisfactory hotel. The breakfast was a joke and the water pressure for the shower left something to be desired, but it's a place to sleep.

This hotel was great. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They offered snacks in the evening which included cookies. We were down in the area on vacation and found this nice club/casino just down the street. Very good location right off the highway. Can't say enough good things about the staff there, you all were great :)

Location is handy to the naval base, but there us not much else positive to say about it. Although there are large no smoking signs in the halls, it doesn't stop patrons from lighting up. If you like the smell of mildew, just open the door to your room. Terrible odor that does not go away.
