The rooms was nice the front desk clerk is friendly but my turn of from this motel that plenty lofters hang around there and it feel like I was living in the projects the kind off ppl I see pull up in there I did not sleep comfortable I couldn't wait to check out.

A mess. I Don't recommend it at all. There were No cockroaches or bedbugs. It Was what Was missing. All dirty. Messy. Nor pass them by their mind as an option.

There's a reason why this motel has such bad reviews here! Palacio Inn motel is disgusting and the employees are unprofessional. The place smells bad. Rafeal the "manager" has a disheveled appearance and smelled like alcohol when I saw him. He seems to not care. I will not be returning to this establishment again even if they payed me. Do not reccomend this place to anyone!

Large files floor plan with walk in closets. Its a bit dated, but very comfortable and I can't complain about much. TV has good selection. Mini fridge, Wi-Fi, Flat screen tv. Beds are firm, pillows are down. If you like firm support bring your own. Fair priced. A bit dated but its cute. Family and group friendly. Only con is German cockroaches bit they stayed away from me. I would stay here again. By the airport and train station.

Deplorable. CSMA expensive, dirty and poor attention. I didn't have half the things the offer said.

The rooms were very nice and clean The beds were sooooo comfortable! Price was perfect, room at thise price in Miami, man it rocks, We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, we spent most of our time in south beach, Just 5 miles from motel. Great atmosphere. Front Desk Great staff. Miami International Airport Only 1Mile from Motel I would suggest it to anyone who is there on a holiday or business. We enjoyed our stay!

The place is clean and the people helpful the air works well the bed is soft The breakfast is included we paid $95 the night.

Despite what is written as a description for this place, THEY DO NOT OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT. Also it is located in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and the dead bokt lock on our door was BROKEN. I understand the location is good, but $75/night was way too much to spend on this place.

Very bad condition of the rooms has reasonable price but no longer offers a minimum of comfort. He's already lived better days.

Classic for families on vacation. You get both a touch of Victorian elegance and full modern amenities. Great prices and safe environment on premises. Parking could be better. Plenty of spaces, though.

Awful, I was charged 100 for a night. So overpriced. The bed and pillows were Soo uncomfortable. It's very noisy. People yelling all morning and it's very close to the road so you hear traffic all night. Parking is super limited and uncomfortable. The floors were clean but everything else was dusty, broken and disgusting. The sheets are Soo thing and old. Stay away from here. ONLY good thing is that it doesn't have carpet.

Tupision in the bathrooms and bad dealings with customers.

This motel is horrible! The toilet is not working, the bed and the lamp was broke. Felt super unsafe and ignored with my needs by the staff.

The male staff was very rude the room was very tacky the they advertised that the room had Wi-Fi and it was no Wi-Fi it was not worth the amount I paid to stay overnight.

Rates where a little high but it is in Miami. Walls thin could here next door making out. But beds were comfortable and shower was good. Would stay there again.

Surprisingly clean and nice and bed was comfortable. I saw no roaches or anything crawling on the walls. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

U get exactly what you see one the outside on the inside. The rooms smelt so bad I couldn't even last 20 minutes in the room the bedding is old and felthy. The bathroom was molded and needs remodeling. Everything old and needs upgrade. Dont go there a waste can't even get comfterable.

Worst motel ever! This place has bed bugs and the place is really dirty, also its located in a bad location.

It was dirty, holes in walls. Had bugs it. I would not let my dog stay there. My company booked this room for me for 3 day I did not even stayed a day. Went to work came back and now way am I staying herr. A/C would not work had a hard time getting the front door open. I would not lay on the bed afraid that there was bed bugs. And they call this up dated rooms. Want a joke. I do not think they now want is clean. You had to rent your TV remote so they would get them back. They still use keys. I travel a lot and been in some bad motels but this was the room from hell.
