Great clean rooms! Beautiful scenery outside! Speed bumps are too big though; they scrape the bottom of my truck!

It's a really nice place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Upstairs needs a bit work on the floors. I could hear all my kids walking at night.

Was a home away from home. Very convenient to get to Disney world. Reasonably accommodating to guests with limited mobility.

Very clean community. Friendly people. I would like to see a tiki bar by the pool with a food option.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and secure. I will definitely stay here again.

Love this place. The rooms was clean, everything worked, the kid's loved it. Great location for my family. Very close to restaurants store's and close to Disney. My family and I will definitely make this a yearly thing.

Very well kept and clean environment that's pretty centered to a lot of things. There's outlets literally 7 minutes away on both sides and it's less than a 15 minute drive to all other Disney resorts and parks. Definitely worth the stay, especially considering there's an on site pool and hot tub. Would recommend 9/10. That's other 1/10 goes to the fact that there wasn't enough toilet paper in the condo I stayed in.

We absolutely loved our stay at Windsor at Westside. First and foremost, the amenities were amazing! Our kids could not get enough of the pool area, but the soccer field and basketball courts were an added bonus for our other two! We rented a 5 bedroom villa with a private pool. The house was so nice! We loved that we were all together yet still had privacy from the other family we shared with. The only negative thing I have to say was that the couch was badly ripped on the back part when we arrived. It didn't change our experience there and probably isn't even worth mentioning, but it did make me nervous that it would rip more every time we used it. Also, it would be nice to have access to a broom or vacuum cleaner. We would've purchased one when we did our big grocery run at the beginning of the week, but assumed there would be one there. That said, those are the only two complaints — — and definitely neither are deal breakers. The house was decorated beautifully and was an amazing place for us to stay! The private pool was great for when we came back to cook food and there were plenty of towels, linens, etc. Overall, I give the place 5 out of 5 stars. Both the house and amenities were more than we could've hoped for, it was a close drive to Disney, the grocery, and Wal-Mart, and the pool/bar staff were super friendly! We will definitely come back to stay and I highly recommend the resort! Thank you for making our Spring Break so memorable! 2046 Rome Rd. Kissimmee FL.

Very quiet swimming pool and air-conditioned yacuzzi, ideal for the family.

Location was tremendous, close to all the parks. Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was more than adequate and price was very reasonable.

There was not nearly enough hot water for the occupants of a 4 bedroom home. There were no sponges or dish detergent. We tried to order pizza but the companies didn't seem to deliver here. It was also difficult to find our unit.

We got a 4 bedroom townhouse through Air B&B. It was clean and had plenty of space. The only complaint any of the six of us had was about the hot water. Showers must be turned all the way to the hottest setting or the water won't get more than lukewarm, and it doesn't last long enough for two people to take average length showers.

Had a pretty expensive meal for its food quality. Steak was bad, no taste at all.

Great location and amenities at this vacation rental community a stone's throw away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom.

The rooms are beautiful, but a bit aged. The TVs are definitely from the early 2000s, and the internet is extremely slow. Overall, a decent stay!

Rented a condo… excellent value.

The house is exactly what we are paying for. It's very clean, spacious and homey. The security is impeccable and the pool and jacuzzi is great relaxing fun. I'll definitely be back with my family again!

We had a few problems when we first got there but it was all rectified fast. Great time and aweso. E place. Didn't want to leave and will definitely be back. No room service but full kitchen to do whatever we wanted to do.

I had a 3 night stay with CND Holiday Homes LLC. My check in day/time was Friday 08/29/2014 at 4pm. Due to prior obligations, we did not arrive until 12pm Saturday (approximately 20 hours after our scheduled check in time). We arrived after our 10 plus hour drive ready to shower and relax. We found this not to be possible once we entered the unclean facility. The beds were unmade, dirty towels swept the bathroom floors, the toilet was full of filth, and there were dishes in the sink. It took quite a while to find out that the onsite office was only there to maintain the HOA. Once we had this information we reached out to the number provided for CND Holiday Homes LLC. I spoke with someone who said that check in is not until 4pm and I explained that our check in was 4pm the day prior. He then checked his system and realized that they had forgotten that they had a group coming that weekend. He arranged for a crew to come out to clean. Extremely tired and hungry, our group left to go get food. When we got back the cleaning crew was just getting started. They still needed another hour before we could even enter the home. This was a huge inconvenience to us. There was a $100 cleaning fee associated with the stay. I reached out to the company in order to have this refunded or negotiated and all they continued to say was, “It’s not refundable. ” I found this unfair and not right.
