Great hotel, our room was spacious as it’s an all suite hotel!. Really clean, just be wary if you have mobility issues all rooms are up stairs and there is no lift. Staff were exceptionally friendly, pool are was very clean. There is free water by the pool and also in reception. To access the beach you walk across the road and through another hotel. But it’s at most a 3/4 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

I found this hotel on Trivago and booked it because the price was great! $94/night! After I booked it I read through a lot of reviews and there were a lot on there that was negative! “Loud/Noisy”, “horrible staff/service”, “dirty rooms”, etc. I got worried thinking I made a mistake! But I had already booked it so my friend and I went. Our experience was amazing! For starters, it was NOT noisy at all! It was so quiet in the bedroom at night that I missed the noise of my fan at home! They do not allow noisy guests, they warn you about that in the beginning. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with Palm Trees and very island like plants that made you feel like you were in your own tropical paradise! Our room was HUGE, and extremely clean and comfortable! I was shocked at the size of the room! Very spacious with separate bedroom and long hallway and full kitchen and bar area. And a living room with pullout couch. The first night we were there we made dinner and put the dishes in the dishwasher. The bottom of the dishwasher filled with water. We called down to the office and a very sweet girl answered and offered to get someone up to fix it immediately. I told her the next day would be fine. The next day a man by the name of Mike called and told us someone will be there to fix it as soon as it is good for us. So they came right up and fixed it. With no problems. The location was perfect! Right diagonal from Shepherds which has a club and bars etc for nightlife.

Spacious Room. Family of 4. Two queens with a pull out bed/sofa. No elevator. Clean. No daily housekeeping, so you have to sit dirty laundry outside your door, in a hamper, to receive clean towels etc. Free bottles of water 24/7. Very strict about No Noise, hard to do with Kids, but we managed. The Beach is about a 15 min walk, more like 20mins with Kids. Excellent, Friendly Staff! Safe & Secure. Did not like having to fill out a towel card everyday for pool towels & you have to return the towels to the front office or you will be charged $10, for non returned towels. Pool area is nice & clean, nice set up, pool is only open from 9am-9pm.

Beautiful hotel for great prices! As soon as I set foot in our suite I was amazed by how clean it was, the kitchen is big and has got lots of room. The room I booked has two TV’s which wasn’t really necessary, and the hotel offers a free taxi cab service to wherever you want FOR FREE. Of course you’re not considered polite if you don’t tip the driver. The hotel shares a beautiful beach with two other hotels, the beach is a 1 minute walk from the hotel if even that. The other hotels across the street have a much more boring pool, the pool at coconut cove has a waterfall, the deep end is about 7-8 feet (little over 2 meters) which is deep enough for most people. The staff is also highly active and are very strict with the noise level in the hotel, which they make very clear as you check in. I highly recommend that you stay at the coconut cove, probably the best place to stay in Clearwater.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was great. No complaints we will stay there again. Very quite and the staff were great as well. Thanks. We didn't get to get cookies but that's cool because we get down there late. The people in the office were very professional and polite. We loved our stay there for a week.

Nice rooms and a nice place to stay. We were really pleased overall! No elevator so be sure to eat your Wheaties! Great beach access, just a two minute walk, however, you have to pay $20 a day for beach chairs and umbrella. This should be included in the resort fee as it is at other hotels we've stayed at. There is a sign posted at the beach entrance that says no personal umbrellas. The kitchenette is nice with all of the basics you need for cooking and eating. Our air conditioner broke twice (it kept freezing up) but thankfully they were able to fix it. They were very accommodating and came right away. They tried to have us switch rooms at 11:00 at night when our kids were already sleeping but I insisted on them fixing it instead. Whatever you do in the summer keep your a. C. Set at 76 during the day so it doesn't run all day and freeze up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our kids LOVED the pool. It is very clean. I would recommend staying here.

Close to bay; public beach about 15 min walk. Provide 10% discount at Sports bar & Italian restaurant. Close to area attractions. Place is clean. Pool is nice.

This place is perfect for a family retreat. Great location, close to everything. Nice pool. And if u reserve well in advance, it's quite affordable for this region.

Great spot for my wife and kids for Spring Break. We enjoyed the pool area and the suites were large. Saved us a little money by being able to use the full kitchen in our room. This was our first time visiting Clearwater and we will definitely be back.

We were a family of five and it was unanimous~ we LOVE Coconut Cove! The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially Hanan. Suite was clean and the perfect size, pool area was wonderful, and proximity to restaurants and beach/playground were great. We can’t wait to return!

If I could rate it a 0 I would. The general manager was very disrespectful to us when were just trying to get into our room, but couldn’t because their keys weren’t working so four of us and one other person who wasn’t staying just helping bring our stuff up waited outside of our room with our suitcases waiting for other keys while a BMW has been parked in the middle of the parking lot for at least 10 minutes and realized the guy In the car has been staring at us while we were just standing there having a regular conversation. The man gets out of the car and started harassing us saying he will kick us out if there is more than 5 people in the room and we will not get our money back. We gave him no reason to say this and then our mom came up with the key and asked what was wrong he then told us he is the “general manager” and said this is our first warning when we haven’t done anything. The man kept harassing us to the point we didn’t want to stay there anymore. Thankfully we got a refund and had to sleep in our car for one night because we couldn’t find any other place. I will be telling everyone not to come here. I was harassed for no reason by a general manager which you would think would know how to have a good customer service.

Was very Nice. Units where clean, updated and well maintained. The staff was friendly. It was lovely decor. The pool area was nice and had a nice relaxing feel to it. Would recommend this place and would stay there again,

My room was pretty big, just for me. It's easy to walk to the beach. Very well. I'm going back.

Just stayed here for two days while our house was being Fumigated. :p Love the place. Nice little Suite with a nice kitchen. Friendly Staff. Adjoined to the Gondolier Restaurant which is great. You're right around the Rooftop Bars & Mini Golf & not to long of a walk from Bushwackers Gym. It has a private little Beach Area on the other side of the Street you walk in between the Hotels to get to as well. Would like to start spending a few days there every 3 months or so for a little break. Great Place with reasonable rates.

Our suite was huge, great big comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom shower area made for a relaxed environment. Located on main road withe close access to private beach. The front desk staff were all very helpful, friendlay and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

My family and I stayed here for a week in one of the suites that has two queen beds in a bedroom, a full kitchen, and a living area. I didn't take any pictures of the room, sadly, but was very impressed with the suite. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a week long vacation. I knew I had neighbors, but never heard them, beyond the random door closing or foot traffic outside. The parking garage entrance is behind the hotel, rather than on Gulfview Blvd. You have to get on the road that runs behind it to get in the lot. The front of the hotel, visible from Gulfview is barely more than an entrance to the office and a sign. Our window view wasn't fantastic, but I didn't come for the view, and we didn't spend much time at the hotel, except to sleep. My only real gripe about the hotel is the beds are TERRIBLE. They are no better than sleeping on the floor, they are so hard. Why on earth do so many hotels have these terrible beds that make you want to go without sleep rather than keep tossing and turning on massively painful pressure points because the bed doesn't "give" at all?!?!? We actually ended up going to walmart and buying a 4" thick memory foam topper to make the week's sleep bearable. (Bonus: we now have a 4" thick memory foam topper for our bed at home. Lol. )

If you want luxury, don't go here. It is very much worth what you pay, but it is not the fanciest hotel on the island. We loved that the pool was salt water, and it was never full. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The front desk staff was wonderful. Miguel was very helpful when it came to finding places to eat or visit. The girls were great too, but we had the most experience with Miguel, so I don't have much to say on the others. My favorite thing about this hotel is that the housekeeping only comes on the 4th day of your trip, and every 3rd after that. The front desk must have told the cleaning crew that we were on our honeymoon, because they cleaned up our room and laid out towels in the shape of hearts on the bed. It was very thoughtful. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is solely because I couldn't enjoy the balcony due to people below smoking, and the neighbors being loud and smoking as well. They have a 2 strike rule for noise, and we could have complained, but they weren't loud enough for us to bother. We just went back inside where we couldn't hear them. The air conditioning was also very loud in our room and would wake us up throughout the night when it would turn on, so after the first night we just left the fan on instead of auto. We didn't dislike our time here by any means, but next time we would probably stay somewhere further up the island.

I really wanted to give this place at least one more star but I just can't. The rooms were decent but the fact you have to pay a resort fee of $15 when this place is no way a resort just a decent motel. Then there was the front desk clerk Katherine who was so rude the moment we walked in. I don't know if it was because our ages ranged from 21-25 but she made sure we knew that if we were too loud the police would be called after one warning and they would evict us. She demanded my ID and credit card instead of politely ask for it. Katherine set the tone for our stay and let's just say it wasn't a good one. We won't be back.

Rooms were wonderful, staff was awesome and great location. Very clean and felt like home. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to have a great time with great people. The location is wonderful to walk and eat or have beach access.

It was a very nice hotel. We had the condo style room and it had everything we needed. Front desk was helpful and prompt. The private beach is also right across the street. Loved the location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lost a star due to check in time. We drove 18 hrs and we're ready for our room when we got to Clearwater at 12. We had requested to have our room ready by then but when we called to confirm they said no rooms would be ready till 4 needless to say that's past regular check in besides that little hiccup everything was great. Would return.

First of all this is NOT a resort. The pictures are deceiving and the facility is nothing more but a fancy motel. The electrical outlets did not work in either rooms we booked, and the next day the electricity itself was not working. The front desk receptionist Katherine had a 'lovely' attitude from the minute we called confirming our booking till checking out. She was trying to find any delusional reason to evict our group such as telling maintenance "I think they're trouble" to "they're definitely under 21" when she checked our IDs at check-in. Thankfully maintenance were nice and informed us she just has mood swings, and they made us feel welcome at least. The hotel is NOT walk-able distance to proper public beach access and the only pro is it is located adjacent to a police station, so security is not an issue. There is also no housekeeping till the 4th day. There are MUCH nicer hotels and actual resorts down the road that go for similar price. We regretted overlooking these when booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cove hotel. Large rooms, newly renovated, with everything you need. Nice pool with free bottled water and a great staff. Location is 8 min walking to the main section of the beach although a small beach is across the street. Small grocery store is right next door. A few things could be improved upon. Carpet is old and beds aren't the best. Overall a good value.

Had a great experience here. The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The rooms were very clean and spacious. They also have an accessible pool. Would come here again for another trip! Thank you to the staff for an amazing stay!

Very welcoming. Staff was way too nice and took care of us right away, even let us check in early and let us go about our day. No complaints at all other than some kind of machine that would turn off and on throughout the night vibrating our patio door. Really annoying and woke me up about five times. Spacious room and decent patio. About 15 minutes feom the Pier 60.

It was a great hotel where you can enjoy your night infront of the beachside!

My family and I went on vacation last March to Clearwater. The first hotel we stayed in wasn't anything to brag about. We found Coconut Cove through a coupon we got from a book and decided to give it a try. The room was amazing! It wasn't on the ocean but it was just a road crossing away. The pool was so pretty. Plus the discount we got from the coupon made it even better. I can't wait to visit this place again.

A super cosy hotel. Zimmer in the apartment clean and all gross. Hebt of some expensive shop here in florida from. Hab some hotels from the west to East here cool.

I had a wonderful stay at Coconut Cove this weekend. Easy to find, ample parking, and a spacious suite — my only regret was I didn't find time to hit the tropical pool. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the suite was roomy and well appointed. No onsite restaurant, but plenty of choices within a couple of blocks. Coconut Cove is ideal for a couples (or family) getaway.

Beautiful room and pool. Very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back! Only thing is I wish the rooms had DVD players. The pizza place next door is delicious as well.

This place was everything I expected. Very clean, comfortable beds, and a very courteous and helpful staff. It was a little off the beaten path, but only minutes from the main beach activities. We will surely return for another visit.

BE WARNED! My mother is coming for cancer treatment in Tampa and so a month ago I booked this "Resort" for our stay. We knew we needed a larger place with a kitchen, wanted it to be beach-side, and a great atmosphere to recoup in. After driving all the way from Jacksonville on 11/30 we arrived in Clearwater. We drove around the block twice without finding this place, because of the difference from the ACTUAL place and the online picture. This "resort" had complete false advertising on their website! When we arrived at 7:40 I was shocked, it looked like a Motel 6 that I would never ever stay at. It was dumpy, small, stuck between 2 major roads, and squished directly next to a liquor store. Online it stated: Clearwater Beach Suites — Steps from the Ocean; an all-suites RESORT (this place is far far far from a resort. It is most definitely a MOTEL) with an outdoor pool and waterfall (yes it does, and that was the only thing nice! ) and easy access to white sand beaches (yes if you want to walk across a 2 lane road. And then walk through a block of tall buildings that are ACTUALLY on the beach). And "spacious suites" is a deceptive statement, our tiny room had absolutely no space; and it looked nothing like the picture on their website! The ceilings were very low, it smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom was absolutely gross and outdated! Beware, the online pictures are a lie! On the website it talks of free coffee and tea in "lobby.

Horrible first time experience at this hotel! Where do I even start with how unimpressed our experience was? Stayed there one night for a weekend get a way and found tons of disgusting things in our suite! There was hair stuck to the wall that was very obvious with the white pained walls. The "suppose" clean towels in the bathroom has hair on them. There was pizza crust in the bedroom next to the bed, and the maid decided to walk in our hotel room at 8:30am with only a quick knock! Complained to the front desk receptionist at the front and she seems to care less about our complaints and blamed previous guests that were not in our suite on the mess they left even thou the room was supposedly cleaned after they left. Never again.

This is a very nice hotel. I love the hotel. It's very clean and updated. I would give it five stars but I wish it was closer to more attractions. It's in walking distance but probably the farthest hotel on the Clearwater strip from the shops and attractions.

Loved this place. Stayed here almost a year ago. Clean rooms, nice straff, good location.
