Super cute hotel with definite character. There are fresh baked cookies every day in the lobby. The front desk was very accommodating when Travelocity messed up my reservation. The would definitely stay here again.

I I stay here for many reasons. The staff is great, you need anything you're taken care of, close to everything. I stay here more than I'm home. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for one night in the summer. Horrible experience! The older employee on the night shift was incredibly rude to me. In addition, he let his dogs run loose in the hallways and one pooped outside our door. There was no hot water and I had to bathe in the sink. Carpets were filthy and manager is nice but, weak-spined. Understaffed and needs updated. Not worth the hundred bucks. You are better off paying the extra money and going elsewhere such as the Marriott in breckenridge (5 stars in my opinion and pet friendly).

We stayed here during a road trip with a one-night stop in the area. The room was on the smaller side, but it was enough for us and our puppy. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; bathroom was renovated and nice. Very good location, perfect for hitting the trailhead at 4am since it's near many 14-ers.

Great hotel, good price and all was clean and fresh. The single bed rooms are small, even for a budget hotel. TV in the room is 7' off the floor. For a solo traveler tho, it worked. Only gripe NO FRIDGE in the room.

I stayed here once, I own a business in this same town. And in the morning the whole building didn’t have any hot water. When I went to ask the manager she acted like it was my fault?!?!? I will never stay here again. So sad that I paid 174.00 for a one night stay with no shower?!?!? It’s a shame that they didn’t even offer me a discount or a free night stay. All these people want is your money. The hotel needs to be seriously cleaned as well. I do not recommend them at ALL! You’ll get the same service in your car on the side of the road.

Stayed here with my mom over St. Patricks Day weekend and had a blast! The location is perfect distance from everything being right off the interstate almost! We were lucky to find a room here last minute we usually stay at the snowshoe inn when we come but this was a nice change! The rooms are very nice and the staff is very kind and helpful. They bake warm cookies and offer them to all their guests, and the complimentary breakfast is always a great addition.

Room very very small. Heating system either too hot or very cold. Bed so close to heater (one foot away) heating system unable to work properly. Breakfast was undeniably fantastic. LOVED the lights outside of the building. Dan and Jean powers.

Pretty standard fare for a hotel in the area. A big plus for us was the fact that they allow pets. Service was decent and the room was tidy. The continental breakfast had a decent variety, but the actual dining room was very small. It's too bad the hot tubs we're outside because it was simply too windy and cold to enjoy them.

Took the heat half the night to warm up. Not a great hotel for the price.

Decent price for the location. The breakfast is minimal but better than nothing. The bald employee without a name tag who cleans up in the morning is pretty rude, violently moving stuff around and shocking the guests. The staff sometimes bakes cookies though! Hot tub is nice to have after skiing. Overall I recommend this place.

Colorado is beautiful. The ramada isnt kept that well. Stayed several days asked for maid service and got skipped. Wouldnt stay there again.

Excellent. Dog friendly. However, a bit slow at cleaning up the free breakfast area. Small but high quality rooms. Worth the price.

Great location! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Walls were a little thin though and could hear the occupants of the room next door. Complimentary breakfast was convenient and perfect for grabbing food before going skiing!

Very clean, nicely remodeled rooms and large bathroom. Pet friendly and friendly as well as located close to downtown Frisco.

Clothes and alcohol came up missing. Front desk Alex brushed off these problems with attitude since it’s alleged and the housekeeper was “top notch”.

Yanett is amazing. She was very helpful with my family and I and accommodated us when we had a situation with our room. Thank you. Also the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I would stay here again.

Clean with the basic amenities. It's close to town. Rooms are good, bathrooms a little bit small. It's a good choice for the price.

Staff was friendly. And room was decent for price. Hot tub is located right outside back doors by parking lot. In a weird location that deterred me from using it. Felt like it was in the parking lot and not much privacy. Breakfast provided was very basic but doable. We did have a good view of the mountains from 3rd floor.

This hotel was a very good value, and accepted our coupon. The room was very nice. It had granite countertops, comfy beds, and was very clean. The location was amazing, right off the highway but very close to a lot of trails and hiking opportunities in the area. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty and ran until 10, which was nice and later than other hotels we've visited on this trip. The overnight desk manager was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with him and he helped us print out some things on the computer. We would DEFINITELY stay there again!

We were very surprised at the quality of our stay at the Ramada in Frisco. Check in was easy and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and has a high quality feel. Snacks are available at a resonable price. Breakfast was awesome with fresh waffles off the iron and stuffed eggs to add to the already extensive continental breakfast. Good selection of TV channels to keep you entertained when board. Will come back again.

Do you like sleep? Yes… Then don't stay here. Do you like a nice breakfast with a selection? Yes… Then don't expect anything here. Do you like sleeping on an old bed? Yes, you'll love it here! Do you like hearing the rooms next to you, above you and below you CONSTANTLY, like they are with you in the room? Yes? Bingo!

This was a wonderful mountain adventure stop for my family to relax and unwind. Our room was homey, clean, and beautiful. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming to our 3 young children, which is not always the case. The 2 large outdoor hot tubs were fantastic, a real treat and open late! The breakfast had extensive options including fresh off the griddle waffles, and little omelets along with all of the typical continental breakfast options. Staff was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a lovely, relaxed mountain getaway experience.

The receptionist was very grocera and the breakfast horrible. We paid a lot for the room and the service was fatal.

My family and I were driving across country and through Colorado. It was getting late into the night and it was time to end our drive for the day. We came across the Ramada Inn Frisco, and we are very glad we did. The front desk clerk, Alex, was very kind, courteous and hospitable. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, cold a/c, water was warm with great pressure. The morning view of the mountain was spectacular. It was everything we could of wanted for a good nights sleep. Thank you Alex for your help, he made it worth wild and was very helpful late into the night. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, clean, and smaller than usual but nice rooms. They bake cookies fresh every night for the guests at the front counter. It's a very nice gesture.

Excellent little hotel. Amazingly clean, mostly remodeled in 2015, so it feels new. They also have a couple of nice hot tuns out back. Alex was super friendly and helpful and the location cannot be beat. 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, close to whatever you need shopping wise.

Loved the hotel staff were super friendly room was super clean. Beds super comfortable. Wifi works great. Breakfast in the morning is good. The view of the mountains was incredible. Would 100% stay hear again!

Reserved online same day and found when we checked in that had we called, we would have gotten a much cheaper rate. Nice, right? Checked into our room, kids got ready for bed and sheets, mattress pad and mattress were soaked with urine! Disgusting! The only available room remaining was a handicapped-accessible, which was fine, but went to open curtains and they fell off the curtain rod, broken. Rooms are small, don't seem clean, and don't smell too good. Would never, ever stay here again! Is there an option for negative stars?

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This was also one of the few hotels in the vicinity that didn't have an exorbitant pet fee, and they made us and our canine companion feel welcome in one of the pet-designated rooms. My first choice in Frisco!

Completely enjoyed our holiday weekend stay over 4th of July. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful while helping us save a few dollars where they could. We enjoyed our stay so much we changed our plans to come back to frisco to stay here. Did not have time to use the hot tubs but it was a nice option to have. Location is great access to aspen and Breckenridge without the smug price of most ski towns.

Stayed here at this ramada the second week of February. A young lady whos name I recall being Morgan was awesome help and answered all questions we had. So great job Morgan. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself was nice for the price. Thank you everyone there and we look forward to staying with y'all again soon.

Great location right off of the interstate. We stayed here while snowboarding at Copper Mountain. Good breakfast but the housekeeping did a poor job of restocking out toilet paper and towels. Otherwise, the hot tub outside is awesome and they keep freshly baked cookies at the front desk.

Location was great in Frisco right next to the interstate! A few minutes from major ski resorts. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Waffles for breakfast are always a huge bonus!

Was nice and comfortable. Room had some older stylings, but fit the town and was charming. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

First of all I have to mention the staff's Names at Ramada Limited in Frisco. Ashley, Dagan, Steve, Edd, Rose, Morgan and Jimmy. Our stay was from Sept. 11, 2015 to Oct. 2, 2015 Me and my wife stayed here for 3 weeks and it was one of the best hotel stays I have ever attended and stayed. And we have stayed in a lot of them over the years and all over the world too. They went the extra mile every single day to make sure me and my wife was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay the very best and to make us feel like we was at home. I can not say enough about this great group of people and the work they do and the kindness they share as you stay with them. Now that is said I have read some of the negative reviews and please do not believe all that crap. Most of them are your very moody people that nothing you do is never good enough and believe me when I say they do care and they do go the extra mile to make sure your stay is very pleasant. Again I want to thank this super nice staff for the pleasant stay with them and to keep up the great work cause there is people like me and my wife that really do appreciate everything you do for us while we are staying there and I will recommend everybody I know that is in the area that this is the best place to stay in town. "Great job Guys".

I would have gave them 4 or 5 stars because the overnight staff was amazing and helpful. We only gave them 2 stars because we got woke up early by the day staff kicking us out before our specified time. We only stayed in the hotel for 6 hours. What rude people. They do not care about the customers service, when the day staff is concerned. The rudest person I spoke with I believe was the manager, she had no concern for my wants and wanted me to pay more for the couple extra hours of sleep that I was told I could have the night before.

I don't know what the heck the negative reviewers are talking about, because what I saw (lobby and the room) was immaculate, and the night staff were friendly as well as helpful. If you're passing through on a slow day you can get a very nice room for about $70, the price of a flea bag motel's! On a busy day, or during ski season, I'm sure the prices are more in line with what you would expect from a Ramada, meaning $150+/night.

Read the reviews. This place is dirty. Non-smoking rooms don't exist. The whole building reaked of smoke. Hair in supposedly clean beds. Do not stay here.

Our room smelled like a locker room. Beds were most uncomfortable. In general everything was dirty in the facility. If I owned this property I would invest in a cleaning crew. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. Don't make the mistake myself and family made. Go elsewhere.

If you can avoid this place you should! Extremely rude staff! Plus tiny rooms, lousy shower heads, its like they did a make over on a motel 6 and did a half ass job.

This place is such a wonder for me. Everybody here is just a saint. They do their job efficiently and with amazing professionalism. The people here are the asset of this place.
