Not even worth it. Disappointed.

Upon arriving, the motels parking was full and we were posed with the problem of parking on the street in downtown San Francisco, hopefully near the motel. Since we, of course, had luggage we drove around for at least 20 minutes looking for parking relatively close, when we did find a spot we had to pay for parking up to 6pm, then had to start paying for parking again at 9am the next morning. Since the motel employee informed us the parking was full and knew we'd have to park on the street, you'd think they would have also informed us that the street sweeper comes by on Thursday mornings and we'd have to move our car. But no one informed us and we then got a ticket for $76 for being on the street. The rooms do have a fridge and microwave, and although it's an older building it seems as well kept and up to date as possible, and is secure from the street. There were quite a few homeless camping out next door. The burger king within walking distance is a big plus.

Simple budget friendly hotel. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for big city luxury. On the other hand if you want a clean and simple place within reach of transit and SF sights and you’d like to save a buck this is for you.

This is a basic budget hotel located in a very comfortable position to access Mini of the gay bars on Polk street. The room here cost approximately $250 which I would find expensive for this quality but I guess your pain more for the location and that's what's most important. I have visited this hotel in the past and they had at least offered words juice with some small pastries or coffee and it said to hear that they no longer offer breakfast Small meal. I use my choice reward points for hotels like these that are priced above $250. Any way to get around those high hotel rates in San Francisco.

Clean rooms, very spacious. The front desk staff is okay. They're very nosy and constantly watching everything you do. I was sitting in my car trying to figure out where to eat and they came out multiple times. Made me feel uncomfortable. The elevator wasn't working and they were renovating during the day which was pretty loud and I was uninformed. The soda machine didn't work either. The parking was perfect. But if there was more people to fill the hotel. It'd probably be pretty bad situation. I'd stay again probably. When I checked out the front desk was very sweet and conversational.

Room decent, walls paper thin. Parking stinks. Many homeless in neighborhood, saw syringe tops & bent spoons in parking area as we were leaving. Staff is friendly.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were newly renovated. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Too many inconveniences during my stay, water was shut off, they mentioned a complimentary continental breakfast that was non existent. Expect to be woken up in the morning sometime through out the week by a loud trash bin being rolled out and back from the street. Room are being renovated, the only issue was a very loud squeaky spring bed. The hotel staff was very kind.

Hotel is in a sketchy part of SF, be advised. There is limited parking for guests, and depending on how full the hotel is, you might not get a spot. Room itself was decent, bed was relatively comfortable. Bathroom was newly renovated, but our shower drain was broken and had to be drained manually. Walls were also thin enough that we could hear the neighbor's TV.

Fair motel, not super comfort though.

Very nice room. 04/2018 seems to have been just remodeled. Had a good night's sleep.

Very clean. No carpet! Close to downtown and other attractions. Sketchy neighborhood.

It was nice, quiet and secure place to stay however housekeeping doesn't listen or speak English and very unprofessional.

Okay this place looks not that great from the out side but once your in the room really not that bad. My check in was very nice! untill I need to stay an extra night the rude person at the desk and have a smart mouth and bad remarks to me. As I was at the desk I felt like money wasn't good. Try to charge me $125.00 when book online and end up paying $99.00. Talking about getting over.

This place was not that bad. It was a few blocks from city hall and from the Full House home. There were many places to eat within a half mile radius. Aside from the load noise in the mornings because of traffic the beds were uncomfortable. They were lumpy.

Very bad experience. The night clerk, guy named Sudan, was impolite, aggressive and rude. The pictures here may describe more than words the room quality.

Nice place, limited free parking and close to a lot of bars and attractions. Room is clean and staff is helpful.

First off, it's in a very sketchy neighborhood. Google Eddy street in San Francisco and you'll see you should avoid it, especially at night. It's with spending a few extra bucks to get closer to a better area. Second, although the room I was in had been recently redone, I saw several rooms that looked much more dated on our way in. Our main room had tiled or maybe vinyl floors and a nice bathroom, which is why I didn't rank this one star. However, the bed was not great. Every time I lied down on it, you could hear the springs bending and popping very loudly. It was not comfortable and caused some back ache in the morning. Finally, we were supposed to get points through choice hotels for this stay, but my wife had her named changed (got married), but while they were processing the name change, we booked this hotel. So the hotel was under her maiden name and the account was under her new name (but the account number was exactly the same), and the hotel clerk said we wouldn't get points for this stay unless we called the choice hotel support line, which we did, and was told that all the clerk had to do was change the reservation name to the new name. So overall this stay was not pleasant. We were fearful walking to the hotel, the beds were terrible, and they might have screwed us out of our points, depending on how our final chat goes with the clerk, but they did waste our time having us call the support line for something they could fix themselves.

Small elevator. Double kids stroller will not fit in the elevator. No first floor level. Other than that, it's good.

Hotel with very good value for money. Not far from the transport and the center of SF. Very friendly staff.
The rooms are not new but clean and for the price it is very reasonable.
Small breakfast: a coffee/tea with plastic cakes, do not choose the hotel for that!
There are a few homeless in the surrounding streets: As in many streets in San Francisco.

Do not ever stay here. By far the worst place I've ever stayed in. Damp musty smell, broken windows, wires broken and hanging everywhere. The promised breakfast is just a joke. Rude and unhelpful staff. I can't stress how disappointed I am. But let me say this, a week stay was reduced to a couple of nights as we moved to Holiday Inn.

Hotel on the edge of a large noisy parking room without more catering without more.

-0 — STAR — I had a reservation Sept 6th 2017 that I needed to cancel because there wasn't parking though it had been advertised there was Free Parking. With having a pregnant wife at Home the front desk person assured me I would receive a refund and could go home. The front desk said I would only have to get the refund from Priceline a few days later. So later when I called Priceline they called the front desk to confirm the refund at which time they didn't honor the refund or rather had 'no record' of the refund. I called Rodeway and Priceline to work out the details to no avail. Rodeway completely stabbed me in the back. The Indian sounding man on the phone I suspect to be the one who said I would get the refund is a complete liar and/or his associates. This is bad business and I will never stay or make reservations with this business again. I want to make sure everyone I know knows never to stay at this Hotel and I will be sure to post this across the internet to warn people of this Hotel and their deceptive practices.

Facilities were kind of lacking. The room was ok the bed was fine. I stayed for three days and although the hotel had parking spots they remained full the a whole time I was there. I booked the hotel specifically so I didn't have to pay cot parking.

Rough neighborhood… had a 2 night stay… my key didn't work either time… the best part of room was the bathroom … would definitely not recommend. Front desk rep were nice, but its closer to a Motel 6 resemblance… wayyy overpriced, but it was a last minute booking. They also charge around $17 for shuttle to airport. If you really want to stay in the area for lower than average cost, I would suggest Francisco Bay Inn… just a few blocks away, so still tough neighborhood, but looked nicer from outside.

Come for the bed bugs, stay for the homeless couple fucking outside your window.

It is in a scary neighborhood. The elevator is very, very old. The toilet seat is loose. The whole toilet is loose on the floor. There is a capped off plumbing pipe exposed in the wall that should be covered up. The corners and edges of the tiles on walls in the bathroom are lacking trim. No clock radio. Only 4 useful outlets in the whole room. Microwave turntable is broken. Big patch of freyed rug in the middle of the room. Noise from workers on the roof before 8:00am. When asked about a receipt.

The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean, which may be the most important features of a motel. The downside was the homeless encampment right outside the door playing really loud music until 3:30 AM! Still, it was good for the price and ideally located for us.

The room was very nice and clean, the people were also very nice, but the outside was very dirty.

I wont ever go back lots of noise and rude customer service could not sleep all night cuase there was banging sounds all night like there were doing construction. There customer service sucks Never again and will not recommended to anyone!

My favorite place to stay downtown. Not expensive, some parking, great manager, and in an area that is pretty cool (or at least adjacent to cool).

Good affordable spot to stay and sleep not much else it is in the inner city so if you're not comfortable with the homeless being near the area then this may not be the spot for you but otherwise there are nice food spots around and also a bike rental place nearby that has some great bikes for the price.

Convenient location close to public transit and lots of the news. Great price! Comfortable clean visually Pleasant room. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, this place is cool. Check them out.

Broken TV, broken internet, overpriced, bad breakfast.

The hotel and room was outdated but the room next to us was under renovation so the owners are trying to better the hotel. The bathroom was decent and free parking a plus. If your looking for a place to sleep and your not traveling with a large family or kids then this place is perfect. The room had a small refrigerator, coffee maker and fresh towels. The bed was the old spring type so my back wasn't happy. Because we travel so far the owners were okay with allowing us to relocate to a hotel better suited to our needs. The owners were very friendly which is always good.

The room was comfortable with coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge. The beds were comfortable as well. Though parking lot is for smaller vehicles so we had to park the truck elsewhere.

Looks run down from the outside. Room is ok at best. Paint is old and stained and a lot of chips in them. Elevator is a service elevator and horrible. 2yrs out of date to be serviced. Cranked up the old and dust crusted heater so I don't have to sleep in between the covers.

Very very noisy. The shower is black from filth on the base and yellow stains on the curtain. The water goes from freezing to scorching a 20 second cycle. The pillows had hairs on them. Not a great place to stay at all. No breakfast is served. The only reason I didn't rate one star is because I've stayed at much worse places.

It's was a good place to stay but I really hated that they Chager me $200 extra because supposly we were smoking in the room!

First let me say that this is not a "5 star hotel" but I do give it 5 stars for what it is. This is the cheapest motel that I found in San Francisco. I had found a few others with a higher rating but they had no rooms available. This motel has clean rooms, hot water, some free parking, a coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave in the room. They supply you with shampoo and they brew coffee at the front desk in the morning, what more can you ask for. We also walked to Chinatown, it took a while but it was very doable. I will stay here again. Driving was 20 mins to everything. This is a great location for staying in this city.

The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms contrary to what we are told on the site!
Prison effect of the Interrier and Maxi 8 parking spaces for the whole hotel (courage)!

Rooms themselves are fine, but exterior and parking garage need updated. Parking is first come first serve, so keep that in mind if you're showing up late.

Room was spacious and not bad. Downsides to this place was the excuse of a breakfast they was honeybuns and orange juice. Also they had no parking so the front desk told me to park in the street. Car got broken into at night. And they had no motivation to help me.

From outside passing by looks scetchy. The stay was excellent safe and clean plus free secure parking.

When we pulled up I was a bit nervous. Looked seedy. But the room was awesome. Huge room and bathroom. Clean. Fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron. Large flat screen tv. Walking distance to a lot of places. Food places next door. Staff not friendly. They seem annoyed when you come in for anything. Not warm or friendly. But the room was very nice. Breakfast is packaged danishes, coffee, and orange juice. And not even the good kind.

It is recommended for night and enjoy the city. It is centrally located.

My wife and I spent 5 days here in Jan 2013. The service is great, everyone is really friendly. They went out of their way for us more than once. There is coffee, some pastries and smiling faces in the office in the morning. It isn’t the Ritz. It’s a comfy bed, in a clean room, with a little parking and wireless internet in the middle of downtown San Francisco for a reasonable price. There is some color on the street outside but we never felt unsafe or threatened during our stay. We both slept really well. It is convenient to public transportation and lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back and stay again.

If you’re flying into San Francisco and wanting to find a place under $60 dollars a night with free internet and most importantly "FREE" parking with supervision, then this is your place. Parking here in San Francisco is awful and parking garages typically charge a $30 fee per night. Most hotels under $60 here in San Francisco don't have free parking. And they have a fridge with a microwave. So all in all your getting a deal for $60, again it’s not the Ritz but it’s very reasonable with amenities.
