Security is the worst! Don’t stay here. The Worst hotel, the worst experience ever! Security is the worst, someone broke into my room and the hotel didn’t do anything! Don’t waste your money staying here, they don’t care for their guest and they have no control on who goes inside the room floors! What was supposed to be a family weekend turn out to be a nightmare they stole all my personal belongings! Im preparing to take legal action against this hotel!

Eli and team are absolutely amazing! It truly is a welcoming experience from beginning to end. We only frequent the Bay Area ever so often… and when we do… we only stay here! Thanks again Eli for being superbly awesome!

Overall a nice property, large suites and friendly staff for the most part. Bed was very comfortable. We didn’t receive any housekeeping services during our week long stay despite having our light turned on. I suspect that’s due in part to COVID yet the suite next to us received daily service, so who knows? None of the ice makers above floor 23 were in service. We were on the 30th. Very tight one level parking garage is $70 a night and the Tesla charger isn’t working properly. Having to flag down or find a bell hop or concierge to open the gate to the garage was annoying, apparently the front desk staff lack this ability. Not a fan of the only refrigerator in the room being dedicated to a pressure sensitive minibar, especially during these COVID times when takeout and leftovers are king.

Unfortunately, my son got food poisoning while we were here. The staff has been very accommodating and helped out along the way. I’m hoping to leave soon but will definitely be back!

Horrible state of rooms! And they refuse to stand by their promise of clean rooms. There was hair in the shower!

A part from a bit of controversy at arrival about having a bedroom with two beds instead of a double bed all went smoothly through check.
1° I would recommend when guests requesting a double bed, principally with they are a gay couple, the receptionist not make a big issue, be more discrete and also it is not necessary to ask to see a booking confirmation printed. We are easy going couple but for me it was really embarrassing.
2° It was also strange on arrival the doorman not allowing our driver to stop the car on a side way of the hotel for us to get out. Also opening the boots and just leaving our luggage.

Food from Breakfast, Lunch to Dinner were fantastic too. Location is superb, very near to some of the city's must see destinations. Also, the shopping area that is Union Square is just a couple of blocks away.

We’ve had a wonder time here! Fabulous view on the 23rd floor and 360 windows in the room. One of the best views ever!

This hotel has the best hotel staff. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. They made the extra effort to ensure that their guests have whatever they need. I lost my brand new Coach sunglasses and they staff diligently searched for them and returned them to my room when they were located. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here during Pride weekend with my pup, great location & great value for the huge room I got! Staff was so sweet to the both of us, even gifted my pup with a cute plush toy that she hasn’t let out of her sight!

The high floor corner rooms are spacious and have wonderful views. The location is just great and the staff very friendly.

Mistakenly left my mobile hotspot behind when I checked out. Hotel charged me $150 to ship a 1lb item to me WITHOUT informing me of this outrageous charge! package was supposedly shipped overnight (via UPS) but it showed up 3 days later. Hotel claiming this is what it costs to ship this item. Its beyond ridiculous. Nothing short of a rip off. Should be criminal.

Amazing location, a few blocks away from the heart of Market Street and just a stroll to the AT&T Stadium. Excelent food both at the buffet at the breakfast but also for Dinner (did not had lunch though). Nice swimming pool area and good sized jacuzzi. Staff friendly all the time. The Hotel was undergoing a refurbishment but due to the extreme professionalism from the teams, you could not notice anything.

Very nice staff, room was cleaned regularly. The hotel is currently in renovation so there is a bit of construction on the outside, but the inside is looking very modern and aesthetic. They have a restaurant and a lounge on the main floor, so you can work on your laptop and also enjoy a meal with friends and family. The first 6 floors have a variety of different things, such as gym, pool, outside veranda, and much more.

Great hotel right near the Moscone Centre. Service is top notch and the rooms are great. Spacious and will maintained. Spent an afternoon at the bar and was entertained by the waiter who was fantastic. Could have been a paid entertainer. Concierge we always helpful too.

At first I left a negative review because of a bumpy check in … but the hotel completely made up for it. Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and lots of gifts sent to the room with apologies. Amazing stay. There was a little bit of construction during our stay which prevented us from using the terrace but everything else was marvelous.

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. We went to watch the World Cup Rugby. The hotel is very close to AT &T Park. What I loved about the hotel is remarkable service. Everyone from checking in to concerige go out of your way to make your stay unforgettable. Very friendly staff and the bar attendants and breakfast is amazing. Really recommend this hotel as the staff are really nice.

Expensive all, breakfasts 35 dollars per person. And so the hotel is nice, the parking is no problem 17 dollars, expensive. The view from the windows is a great ocean around the hotel more and less clean without homeless people, which is not the case for other hotels.

Although we had many great hotels in our USA trip through May and June this year, the Intercontinental San Fran was one of the absolute best. Great location just by Westfields and Market St in the heart of the city. Special thanks to the concierge who helped ease our mind while our Yosemite tour bus was running late. Thanks guys, hopefully we'll be back one day!

Impeccable service and we felt so welcome! We traveled with a 4 y. O. Child, and I was stressing out about how to handle luggage along with a child, car, etc. While my husband attended meetings. No problems! A very nice concierge answered all my questions, a door man loaded our belongings on a cart and transported them to the car for which he called in advance. Valet loaded them into the car and re-parked it. And I didn't have to ask for any of it, it was all offered. The check out time is noon, and valet parking is paid until 5 pm. There is a wonderful restaurant Luce, had Michelin star for number of years. Again, amazing food and service. The room was stocked with all essentials and beyond. I forgot my cotton rounds and they had them in a complimentary vanity kit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We are scheduled to stay in the Intercontinental Monterey in August — looking forward to and hope for the same experience!

Immediately assisted at the front desk when we checked in, helpful with parking options. Warning the hotel charges $67 /night for valet. Pretty quiet in lobby around 3pm on a Sunday. Bar was empty. Elevators were quick and smooth. Pool and gym were on the 6th floor. Nice outside area, large gym, nice lap pool included goggles if needed. Rooms include a full mini bar in the room fridge that is digital where if you remove something from the fridge you are automatically charged. Unfortunately I can't use the room fridge for anything else unless. Best feature room feature bed and tv. Downside of room water doesn't get very hot in shower, can't use fridge.

Kinda fancy. Kinda ridiculous. The in room bar takes up the entire refrigerator. There is no microwave in case you are trying to save a little money or reheat some leftovers. The service was good most of the time. Sometimes the people at the desk acted offended that I was asking for instructions to get somewhere, even asking " Don't you have a phone? " Well yes I do, but I was asking for an insider's point of view. The bar was nice and service good, but I was not a fan of the specialty drinks. It would be a good hotel for conferences but not for vacations. Not really near anything in the city.

Had a good experience with their staff — forgot to bring toothpaste and they were very quick and friendly. The view of the bay is also great, try to get as high a floor as possible. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially the bathroom. Overall very comfortable and satisfied with the stay.

We were there for a conference. The atmosphere and amenities were nice. Since the conference didn't provide meals, we needed to find a place to eat. There were many choices close by. It's in a very convenient location with the metreon, a park and Target in walking distance.

Nice hotel with good prices. I found this place to be fairly priced for what it was. The hotel doesn't have a pool, although there is a small gym with all the necessary equipment and weights for a workout, along with treadmills. There is a nice bar/lounge on the top floor which can sometimes get really busy depending on the night — make resos. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future because the location is so perfect and service was also good.

Travelled alone for work. At 1030pm I heard someone trying my door with a key card and the door unlocked. I promptly freaked out. I went to the door and it was someone saying he was with engineering and was reprogramming key cards for housekeeping. I wasn’t sure whether to believe him. I was panicked as I was by myself. I called the front desk. Had a hotel operator give me the run around. Finally got to a manager after 3 minutes who then put me on hold and finally fake back to confirm he did in fact work for engineering. But the hotel manager had no clue this was going on under her own roof. Other than apologizing she asked if I wanted to switch rooms. Clearly this hotel does not understand the safety of its customers. Especially female customers. It could have been an actual intruder but the complete lack of urgency from the hotel left me feeling totally alone and worried for my safety. Don’t stay here.

The hotel is located right next to the Moscone west building in downtown San Francisco which makes it great if you are attending an event! If you want more space make sure you request a room that isn't in the corner, as these rooms are smaller than the average room. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, but the water pressure from the showers is a little less than to be desired. All in all a pleasant experience and would stay again!

Beds super comfortable. Clean. Luce restaurant was amazing. Spa closed permanently. Pool and hot tub slightly disappointing. Water bottle filling station in gym. Valet parking was $67/ night. Close to great food, shopping, cable cars, and trains.

Excellent location. Great restaurant in the hotel (Luce). Wonderful views from the rooms. Close to Union Square, Civic Center, and the courthouses. Walking distance or a quick cab ride to the main attractions in San Francisco.

Great food, and amazing service. Our server was incredibly attentive, and friendly, which made for a fantastic dinner experience. The food was also amazing. The poached duck Brest was the best duck I've ever had, no doubt I'd highly recommend this place, either for special occasions, or for a casual romantic dinner with your better half.

Great rooms. Helpful staff. Terrific restaurant. All that comes at a price but all in all I felt the rates were justified. Never felt pressured for tip and concierges were very helpful.

Had dinner at Luce. Service was wonderful with attentive, friendly, and at times funny staff. Food was excellently prepared (sous vide duck with crispy seared skin) with interesting and unexpected touches (homemade ricotta in the beet salad, sweetbread croutons with sweetbread ravioli). However, the restaurant itself felt a bit worn (frayed fabric in booths) and the design dated. Overall a delightful experience and I'd recommend for dates, business dinners, and special occasions.

Great experience. We stayed at the InterContinental on our first trip to San Francisco. The hotel it's self is beautiful, the area isn't the absolute best part of San Francisco, and you do have to drive through some lower end parts of the city to get there, but once you've arrived it's great. The rooms are updated, have huge 60" TV's, and the beds are very comfortable. Where they really shine is the food. The restaurant is a Michelin star level restaurant, which it deserves. We had room service from the restaurant one night and it was the best room service we've had ever. We also had the Sunday brunch, which was delicious as well. Overall we enjoyed the stay, and it was a good value. I think we might try somewhere else next time to have more experience with the better hotels in the city, but I'm sure we will be back at some point.

Really nice rooms and thoughtful staff. They upgraded our rooms since there were so many availabilities during the holiday season. Great location that's only a few minutes walk from Union Square with plenty to see and do.

Everything is great. Room is clean, staff is pro, room is spacious. View is fantastic. BUT, the bed is so soft and not a flat bed (why? ). My spine has difficult time to get comfortable. Room 70X. Did not get good sleep at all. My neck is very stiff from the soft bed.

Rooms are pretty standard in comparison to other good quality hotels. Very convenient location. The staff were really awesome and the view from the room was gorgeous. I'd definitely stay here again. Only negative — the indoor pool was FREEZING.

The hotel was amazing! Accommodations couldn’t have been better. I will say the concierge was a little untrue about the neighborhood in the respect that you cannot walk it at night safely. The area is certainly undesirable. But the hotels amenities are some of the best I’ve ever seen! If you will be in the hotel most of the time. This is one to go to. If you’re looking to walk all over, consider the Intercontinental on California.

Nice and clean hotel which is expected for the rate; however, couple things need to be addressed: 1) I am quite capable of getting my own luggage from the room. When I went to get the luggage cart, a valet guy stood in front of me like he was playing daddy and told me I couldn’t use it. Don’t force customers to use valet for luggage if they don’t want to. It’s a money grab forcing one to tip more. 2) Parking was $64 per night. That is absolutely crazy. No self park option.

Wow! J, love the rooms of this hotel, they are really beautiful and espacieuses. In short, I would like to go to Los Angeles during my stay in the United States in my capacity as a tourist in order to visit some sites that I deem important me. For this, I would like to spend less than 24 hours in this luxury hotel. I mean, I'll come shortly.

This is not a 4-star hotel. At least not this location on my Friday night. The room was clean but the service is atrocious. Security making noise with loud radios in the hall at 3am yelling. I go out there and there is no guest making noise just security! Tried room service and the front desk and they wouldn’t answer the phone between 2-4am. Front desk manager Tyerra acts like they’ve been there the whole time when the phone rang off the hook to voicemail over and over and over. They call and wake us up at 4:30am and say “you have late checkout” and hang up. This isn’t even close to a four star hotel. Beware!

Was very impressed. Beautiful city views from a high level floor; the room had everything we needed. Amenities like pool, gym and spa were also impressive. Absolutely loved our hotel bartender, Patty; thanks for making our stay in SF even more enjoyable.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff is ridiculously friendly. The restaurant on the first floor had some of the best food I've ever eaten. The room is very clean and the view is amazing.

I stay in a Junior Suite, and everything is of premium quality. Installations and services. The food of first quality. In general a excellent hotel.

I found the junior suite to be very well appointed and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with very attentive and friendly service. The fitness center was small, but effective. During my stay it was uncrowded. The proximity to the Moscone West Convention Center was unbeatable.

I stayed here twice on two business trips to SF in 2017 (the accommodations were booked by the client firm). Extremely convenient location in South of Market; extremely nice rooms; spacious. I suggest the Continental Breakfast in the Hotel's restaurant, because it is actually a subset of the larger breakfast buffet. The bar serves a very nice cold beer at the end of the day. I have not sampled the extensive collection of grappas, nor did I dine for dinner in the Michelin-rated restaurant named Luce.

A Hotel with excellent attention… a provision very friendly receptionist she was called Attara… ask for linda vista and they gave me a room with a spectacular view located at the ends of each floor of the corners of the hotel with lots of window very comfortable bed, air conditioning, very spacious, swimming pool, very close to a Mall 3 blocks… comfortable and central… I would highlight the staff was very friendly.

My daughter and I stayed here for only one night on our way out of San Francisco but wished we could have stayed longer. From valet, to concierge, to check-in, room service and check out, the staff was amazing! The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. They have a Michelin starred restaurant on the premises and our room service meal did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good logistics for events.

Not great. Priced like a 4-5 star (room rate, restaurant, parking, etc. ) with 2-3 star experience.

My wife and I spent one night here. We parked on site which was 60 dollars per night. We also purchased access to the lounge. The food and drinks were well worth the 60 per person, but the chairs could have been more comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel, Luce. We both did the tasting menu, though we would have preferred the option for only one of us to do it. Once again the food was great as was the service, but the price tag was hefty. 90 per person without wine pairings and 150 with. The room was nice and spacious. The bed wasn't extremely comfortable, but fine for a hotel bed.

It is a very nice and elegant hotel. A stone's throw from Moscone West if you have to go to a conference. Only cons that I put the price, we were aware that anything not expressly mentioned by the Wi-Fi at breakfast is paid and expensive. Otherwise nothing to say.

Beautiful views are only surpassed by the outstanding service. This is truly one of the best hotels in the city, if not the state. The attention to detail is unequalled in my experience and the Michelin star restaurant is the best of any hotel I have stayed in. Congratulations to the staff and management of the intercontinental, the city is a better place with you in it.

Nice hotel and great value the club reserved for IHG members where they serve delicious breakfasts and aperitifs. The location is great for those who want to visit the city. Too bad you didn't have enough time to try even light, their starry restaurant.

I would have given 5 stars if the person who was at check-in counter (Ofelia) wasn't so inconsiderate to our group with 2 infants. Made us wait unnecessarily and treated us so bad that if I didn't have the infants with us, I'd have walked out. Overall Stay was good. Location is pretty good. I usually don't write such negative comments but I'm a business owner and I'd love to know about it if my employees are not treating my customers like I want to be treated.

Good location right next to yerba buena convention centres and the Westfield mall near market street. Staff are friendly and rooms are well equipped.

Great location, state of the art amenities. Centrally located and within walking distance to Union Square, Market St, Bart etc. The rooms are spacious cozy and modern. Even the lobby is a cool place to relax, grab a bite or a drink, or to get work done.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and silent. The staff are all helpful and friendly, valet is quick and efficient. The bar and restaurant are perfect. Also, the location is great! We've stayed in several of the best hotels in San Francisco but have made this our go-to hotel for all our business and vacation visits to SF every 4 months or so. Join their rewards program and get free Wi-Fi and other perks.

We got a room on the 28th floor. The amenities were very nice. The view of the bay was beautiful. Everyone was very welcoming of us. Overall for the one night stay, it was great. The only downside was that breakfast was not included with the room which we have come to expect as a priorityclub gold member.

Went to visit a friend who was staying near my apartment in SOMA. Hotel had a very nice location, decor was modern and had very tall ceilings. I would come back to check out the bar.

Comfy beds, yet slightly small rooms. Huge TV screens. Great views of the city or bay. Friendly staff. Disappointing pool (small and not very clean) and Wifi is $15 extra a day — unless you join the loyalty program at which point they waive the fees. Well worth it.

I thoroughly enjoyed our corporate event at the Intercontinental. The conference hall was comfortable and very professional. The catered lunch was delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful. My colleagues from out of town, who stayed at the hotel, had only great things to say about their accommodations.

Location was fine. Soma is close to a lot of great areas in the city, but the neighborhood around city center isn't so great at night. Our room was large. We stayed at the top floor facing the bay bridge. The TV was maybe 65" and the rest of the room had modern upgrades. Service was great throughout. Very friendly service at check-in and the staff was very communicative throughout.

A hotel legendary in San Francisco. With excellent services, very good food and a Wi-Fi-proof conventions. It is expensive, as any hotel in first line, but the service is attentive. Perfect if you're going to an event at moscone center, is just around the corner.

Great location beside Moscone and near Union Square. Rooms are very nice and large. Staff is ultra friendly, even to our toddler. Bar has good cocktails. Breakfast buffet is small, but really great.

I had good and bad experiences at this one… The staff were pretty pleasant and everything was "nice" but nothing special. Their overpriced laundry service however was soo bad that my clothes came back in worse condition then they went in, if you value your clothes then find somewhere else to get them cleaned.

Located in the financial district, this elegant blue tower is impossible to miss. Is our home away from home. Ample rooms and bathrooms with views to the bay or the city. One of the best fitness centers you can find, a pool and a jacuzzi, spa, etc. Located in the same block as the Moscone West convention center.

The bed was a little hard for my taste (my wife thought it was fine), but one inquiry to the front desk resulted in an extra mattress topper pad installed almost immediately. Later that same day, a housekeeping staff member came by with a thicker topper that they thought I might like even better — I had not requested it, but they followed up on their on accord. I was very impressed that they took my request so seriously. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and the hotel limo to and from the airport is a relative bargain ($50 each way compared to the more typical $65 that other limo services charge).

The hotel was well kept the door men were friendly and helpful with baggage. The staff was very informative! They are defiantly gold digger who ask for 7$ for a half can of Pringles? Why even tease people by putting that stuff in the room!? The room comes with mini bar witch is pretty sweet although we didn't use any of it! The housekeepers did a great job at picking up my room! I am a little upset tha the refund for our early departure still hasn't been put in my account. It's also very frustrating when employees are not on the same page about had king refunds it's always a bad day when you think your getting fully refunded and come to find out their is a freaking early departure fee. The parking is very outrageous.

Overpriced for what you get. Warm workout room, charges for everything, overpriced in room refrigerator, no towel bar for hand towels. We were promised a complimentary fruit place when we arrived that never showed up. Black hair on the shower wall. Surely there are hotels that are better for a lot less.

The Wi-Fi in this place was terrible (basically like having no Wi-Fi at all) for the entire duration of my weekend stay, and the hotel kept saying they couldn't do anything about it. This apparently happens whenever too many people use the Wi-Fi.

First of all, I never bother to do reviews. But I feel compelled after my experience which started with trying to get the IC to honor a group rate, which they didn't. $400+ per night, and they wanted to charge me for Wi-Fi, everything is an extra here. They charged $11 per box for some boxes that were delivered. Then we had lunch which was fine, a can of coke, $5. You want a refill, $5 more. So I suppose this I nit picking for a high end hotel, but to top it all off, we needed 120 pages printed in color last minute, $363, and we had to print them and collate ourselves. My room was nice enough, but not worth all this I want to charge you for everything nonsense. I would stay somewhere else, Hyatt, Marriot, but not here.

We had an amazing experience here. My only regret was that we arrived late at night and only for 14 hours there, most sleeping. We had an employee discount, because my immediate family member worked with the corporate group, and we paid (under a Benjamin), which is basically impossible, but it was worth way more than that, thankfully for them and the value in general. All staff members were very nice. Lobby was beautiful. We had a rack on the top of our car and it wouldn't have fitted in the garage, so they parked it right up front, which was great for safety and didn't charge us extra. They gave us free bottles of water, not a room full of $12 Fijis. They put a roll away in the room for our daughter, which was a king bed only, for our child, and didn't charge us for that, which they were supposed to. We had a pretty pricy but fresh and amazing breakfast the next morning. The price was worth the view at the top of the building where the restaurant was located. There were tons of more than unique options for a hotel breakfast, of which I have had many hundreds of and can pretty much write one out of memory. My husband loved the gym facilities. Great convenient area, safe neighborhood, beautiful and courteous hotel, good food and facilities, bed was soooooo comfortable, view from the corner room of the bay was amazing. Spacious room, great bathroom, lots of room to store your stuff for a much longer stay than we unfortunately did. I highly recommend this place.

The swimming pool was cold at 6 a. M. In the morning. Is it heated? It was also dirty with an accumulation of dust on the sides. Also the floor paint has uneven color, which accentuates the impression of suboptimal cleanliness. Only one shower with low pressure in the swimming pool area. No reclining chairs. Personally I would put the fitness area somewhere else and make the swimming pool area larger. The spa terrace has stone to it, which feels cold or (in the summer) too hot for the feet. A wooden floor with nicer for the terrace would definitely improve the cosiness and atmosphere. The jacuzzi is good but very loud. I only booked this hotel instead of the Hyatt because of the pool and jacuzzi. Now I don't feel the extra 80 USD per night were worth it. In the room, the sink has extremely low pressure because of the water saving module, filling a glass of water takes 30 seconds, and trying to get the water from it directly doesn't work because it has multiple thin threads of water. I don't really think it is saving much water anyways, people fill the glasses the same and if they can't, it is an inconvenience for the guests, so not sure what a hotel with such high prices would apply water restricting modules in all of their rooms. This totally betrays the luxury image that the hotel aspires to. The tapestry in the bathroom is not sticking to the wall on one side. The bathroom was also quite dirty with dust, tooth string and long hairs in the corners.

This was a great hotel. Highly recommend. Try and get as high as possible for a city view! Excellent staff and a great bar on the 1st floor. They make sour apple Martinis excellent.

I am posting under my fiance's account due to safety reasons. They have rude aggressive doormen/security. Last night I was meeting my fiance for a drink at Luce. He had not arrived so I went to the ladies room to touch up my makeup and charge my cell phone. I put three kleenexes in my pocket since I had the sniffles, should not have been a big deal, right? My fiance' called and said he'd be a few more minutes, so I went outside to have a cigarette. As I was walked out outside two men called to me (obviously employees), I stopped to see what they needed and was assaulted by both one as big as an ape grabbed me, while the other riffled through my shopping bags, they then proceeded to put their hands in my pockets to pull out the kleenex. I got loose and apeman grabbed me again, I am 5'2", weigh 109 pounds, there is no need to strong arm me, (oh I forgot to mention I now have a big bruise on my arm). If the hotel intercontinental can't afford for a lady who was about to spend a decent amount of money with her fiance' at the bar there to get a few tissues then maybe they should fire these goons and put the $ towards being in the hospitality buisness with the amenities expected of a 4 star hotel.

I loved it! Excellent service, beautiful hotel, and the in-room-serveice food was also of fantastic quality. (try their white bean soup! unbelievable taste) And the spa is beautiful. I had a deep tissue massage that was thoughtful and intelligently applied. My neck is better than ever. Thank you all for a great week. Carol and Kevin.

This place is my go to when I go to the city. Which is about a dozen times a year. Hotel Nikko sucks, Intercontinental is farrrrrr better! I left my charger at home and they had an extra they let me use. Fun place and Ill be back soon :).

Excellent Hotel, service oriented staff with customers mindset. The room is spacious with excellent view, worth to get Club Lounge access at additional fees. Hotel concierge staff has an excellent knowledge about San Francisco attractions and provide very good guidance on how to enjoy your day, they recommend Big Bus Tour and it was an excellent and enjoyable day to explore the city.

I did not stay over at the hotel but visited for two spa treatments. It is nice but definitely not the best spa out there. The pool and hot tub are indoor and small and it is disjointed from the spa entrance. The lay out of the spa itself is neither intuitive nor spacious. That being said the decor is nice and I had a very good massage from Gardner. The facial was nice but I wouldn't return for another one. The reason for my visit with my boyfriend (who enjoyed the above treatments too! ) was because a coupon offering both services for $140. Typically each treatment costs around $130 individually. Definitely a deal. Go find it.

We recently stayed there during a tech conference and our experience at the hotel was simply outstanding. We were reaching SFO very early (around 9am), and in spite of being so early, they actually kept a room ready because we had a toddler with us. On top of that they arranged a lot of play toys and a nice kiddie tub ready. We did not even ask for it, so it was a wonderful surprise. My daughter had so much fun that I think they have us as customers for life. Bill and Leigh with concierge services were of great help.

The mišlenovskim restaurant on the ground floor. The best rooms on the upper floors. It is rather a business hotel.
