Love this hotel! Afforable, great location, easy to get around. Beautiful rooms, cozy lobby, nice staff. A real find in SF.

All staff were helpful and polite. Even letting us check out at 1 pm.

Amazing staff. Rooms are nice. Crib we got for our kid wasn't usable though.

Excellent customer service, complimentary wine happy hour, well-decorated spaces. Rooms have everything you need — comfy robe, toiletries, hair dryer, iron. Great location — only a couple blocks from the Montgomery BART station and easy (flat) walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown, shopping & lots of restaurants. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a week long training event and primarily chose Galleria Park hotel for its proximity to the training location, proximity to a variety of restaurants, and reasonable price. The hotel is very old and rooms are small, but they have renovated the rooms well, so they still feel comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is also a nice perk. Overall, I was pretty happy with my decision to stay here, other than a false fire alarm at 4:30 am on one of the nights I stayed.

Best hotel ever, the staff is unbelievably amazing, always smiling, helpful and joyful the hotel is to die for and the feature are so fine and of good taste the position also is ideal if you are in SF that’s the hotel we’re you have to stay.

Gorgeous lobby! But the rooms and bathrooms are pretty small. It’s a great location, close to union square but parking sucks! We had to Park in a garage so it would be less expensive and uber over, which wasn’t bad for us. Overall clean an nice place!

The level is slightly more than 3 stars, the room has recently been renovated.
1: Medium soundproofing, basically only next door open close sound to see 2: Bathroom Although there is no bathtub, but the equipment is relatively new 3: The gym is very small, only a treadmill but the overall feeling is good, but the hotel in addition to the price of the room will be extra $ service charge, people are a bit uncomfortable. The advantage is good location, you can walk to the subway station in 2 minutes. The inner price is probably in the $, but it's OK.

Very small room and lots of noise coming from the street and other rooms. I was not able to have a single night of good sleep on my 3 night stay.

Close to great restaurants and bars; clean, renovated rooms with beautiful design, and nice amenities; staff are friendly and helpful; bottled water and wine hour are included each day. I would stay again!

It seemed clean but had a bad smell, no breakfast, you get a voucher to go to the next cafe, small beds, slow internet, kind of old (everything compared to its price)

Nice room, fairly quiet but maybe on the small side. I did think the required $20 per day room charge was a bit out of nowhere for access to the "free Wi-Fi" and some wine/coffee/fitness center. I booked through Expedia and didn't see a mention of that anywhere.

Very nice place in the heart of downtown. Close to everything. Cozy rooms. The staff were really great which is why I went with a 5 sent at review. Each and every person I spoke to made me feel like I was there top concern. Well done. Had an excellent stay.

Great location, rooms are clean, staff is nice and professional and it is in a decent area (close to transportation, shops, and so forth). Only complaint is that I wish they had a reasonable room service option.

Nice hotel and good location. There were some issues with internet but it was all resolved by staff. Most of the rooms are indoor facing so there is no view.

Great stay but ruined by poor customer service. I found a fee on my card after my stay and after trying to call the front desk, the person who answered was unhelpful. Furthermore, she ignored my subsequent calls and then put me on hold Indefinitely when she did pick up.

Great hotel near Union square. I've started her a few times and I love the intimate setting and friendly welcome, wine hour, and clean, quiet rooms. Many other places we've stayed in the past have paper thin walls and noisy neighbors. Here, you still here the traffic noises some, but not much nose from other people, and it's thankfully away from nightlife.

Staff are super friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and cozy. They even held our luggage for free after we checked out.

Room decor is nice and fancy. Amenities are expensive but that's normal. The people at the front desk are very helpful and can give some local tips on where to eat and where to visit. There's some ongoing construction in the lobby area but it doesn't really affect sleep. The hotel is right next to the Galleria with some small shops and a rooftop garden which has a nice view. Conveniently located since it's about a 15 minute walk to the Ferry Building Marketplace, 10 minute walk to Chinatown and near several malls/shopping centers.

Awesome customer service, very clean and super accommodating. In-room has a Illy coffee maker. No pool or hotel food services. You can order from a small menu from Gaspar though. Location is central to the Financial District, yummy food and seriously amazing views of buildings. It’s a boutique in the financial district, so I don’t recommend family vacations, good for visiting for work. There is a great farmers market next door on Thursdays.

Luxurious and modern, the room is perfect with all the comforts, staff efficient and helpful.

Wow! Was impressed from beginning to end! On a whim, we booked an overnight — Post Giant's game. The Valet/ Car was cordial and efficient. Impressed. The front desk was so gracious, efficient, and old school we were amazed and delighted. The room on the fourth floor iwas beautifully appointed albiet, petite. Loved the bathroom — with gray slate floors; Beautiful tiles, glass shower. Great bed, fabulous sheets, wonderful magazines, espresso machine. How good was it? Can't wait return. Our Check Out was equally as professional and gracious. Superior Staff.

Location is easily accessible by public transit and its really close to a bunch of good food places and the bay. Room was well sized for a single bed. The bathroom shower was kind of slippery, so that was a little hard dealing with. The table in the room is a little small for use, but other than that its a good room. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Very good location, very comfortable bed, and very nice staff.
On the other hand the soundproofing of the windows is to be improved.

I like this hotel a lot. They are friendly, it is clean. At 5:30 they have free wine. I like the smell of the soap. The room is great. The only downside is that the street outside is a little noisy. An interior room would be preferable.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room was very small but very pricey. The bathrooms had no bathtub (just a shower with a slippery floor) and no counter or space around the sink to put any of your cosmetics or toiletries. There was only one robe in our closet, that was stiff and smelled bad. The view was horrible. To get up to the lobby you had to climb stairs and there was no one there to help bring our luggage up to the lobby. For the price we had to pay you would think there would be a doorman or a attendant to help you. The registration desk staff were not helpful they were not friendly. I gave it two stars because the room was at least clean.

Really friendly staff! Super comfy bed, with very nice and fluffy pillows. The bathroom was very modern and tasteful, and there was awesome water pressure out of the shower head. Nice high ceilings throughout. Not to mention the fact that you're staying in a historic San Francisco hotel. Great choice!

The rooms were smaller than expected, meaning barley room for two suitcases. The bathroom was also small however the shower was of nice size and more on the fancy side. The staff was okay, however not very helpful when we had problems checking in. The complementary coffee and tea was nice. Small lobby. And the valet parking took quite long to get us out vehicle when we needed it.

We only stayed for two nights and we were very satisfied with our stay. The personal where very service minded, they served wine for free at wine-hour and our room was great. It's near the financial district so it's quite calm but near enough to get everywhere. And since it's so near a Bart-station, we took the Bart to the airport when we where traveling home and it was super easy.

Staff was nice and the hotel was clean but the beds were awful. They were just too stiff for me. For the price I was hoping to have a more comfortable room.

It has good location, rooms are very clean and comfortable the staff is friendly and they have cheese and wine evenings to meet other guests :D.

All around awesome hotel. Booked it for our wedding night and we were upgraded to a corner suite for free. Staff was super friendly, they always said hello and were very helpful. One of the staff even tipped us to using a non-Galleria Park parking garage to save $20 per night in parking. Cannot say enough! if we come back to SF, we will be staying here again.

Reno (Reno) to San Francisco's Lane is very long. After we entered the hotel concierge and watchman a warm welcome, and I found that there are wine tasting events in between 5:30 to 6:30! And it's free! It's exactly what I needed, I was relaxed and staff and other guests sat in the lobby chat. My room is very comfortable, bed was great, bathrooms were very clean. I'm glad they have vending machines kitkat (Kit Kat), one night it can be a big help …

Nice hotel, nothing all too special in terms of accommodation, but ideal location for activities downtown. One thing I didn't like was the wash basin in the room itself instead of the bathroom. I was there alone, but with multiple people this could be cumbersome.

Room rates are decent, nice cozy rooms, valet was very friendly and had great service. Espresso machine was a nice touch. Would stay here again. Parking was a little expensive.

Excellent value for money hotel. The staff was very helpful, they made us reservations for restaurants and helped us in everything we asked them.
The location is ideal, just 2 blocks from the BART, which takes you to the airport and several underground lines. It has a terrace in the open air with a track to run.
The rooms are a bit small but so throughout san francisco.
It is close to shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacies. Highly recommended.

Great moderately affordable hotel when booked in advance. I loved the cathedral ceilings and the generous room size. Very convenient to have a mini fridge and safe.

The location is right next to market St, which is great. Room was slightly small but nice and clean! Tv service wasn't of great quality. The service at the front desk and valet was wonderful. Charming place!
