I've been faithful business lodger for Best Western for the past two years. Most of my rest time has been spent at the Eagle Rock facility at Eagle Rock. I do attend one of this neighborhood's great Churches. I've nothing but kind things to say about your previous and present staff. One of your previous staff who manned the Check — in Counter was an Indian by the name of Dave; he was always knowledgeable about events and goings on in the greater Glendale area. More recently, I've done business with some of your newer Staff. Degan and Serene normally man the Check-in counter when I check in during the evenings. However, I have had the pleasure of doing business with Erum, Delores, and your two newest employees, Valerie and Roxy. Valerie helped create this current e mail account as my old one fell out with an old computer that has gone defective. Two employees stand out in their efforts to supply us with breakfast each morning. Graciella cooks well seasoned scrambled eggs with green peppers and are very delicious. Another faithful worker who I saw a lot of the the first year, and who is has now returned, is Rocio. Both are always working hard and keeping the eating area spotless. I also had the pleasure of working with Best Western Staff from 1983-85 when the Church I attended were occupying the Church of the Open Door, uptown L. A. And its dormitories were converted to a hotel and renamed the Rainbow Hotel; my Pastor, Dr. Gene Scott, liked the name and he and Mayor Tom Bradley used that name to express a unification of ethnic groups to encourage all to end sectional strife which sometimes overtakes our better nature. I have read Best Western's latest book on the founder of your chain. My present Pastor, Melissa Scott, has used a Stanford University Protocol, listing the Purpose, Function, Staff, and the training of Personnel, in enhancing any organization, whether it be a Church, or yours. Your organization displays traits of this protocol, it was devised by professor Callie in the 1950s.
