The word fresh comes to mind… nice bed, flat screen TV and shower. What more could an ol' cow poke want out of a western when it's best.

They have no security patrol.! My car note as broken into. & my credit card was used fraudulently after I booked with THEM.

4 negatives for me: No cribs no shower matt (safety issue) didn't care about beds made or any thing like that cause I got my covers and bed just like I like them! Housekeeping did not get garbage, restock needed toilet paper or cups or towels and I travel frequently and 2 bed rooms are always queen size. Otherwise enjoyed stay wish could stay few days longer!

Fantastic place to stay during our transitional phase while waiting for our apartment to finish being renovated. Very spacious rooms to accommodate a family of 4-6 people with double queen and full beds available depending on the room you choose. Super excellent staff that cares for their guests. They gave us 110% and above to make sure all our needs were met and tolerated our cranky babies at check in without breaking a sweat. In fact they showed compassion and understanding. We've stayed in two separate rooms at this location. Both of them were very well taken care of and maintained. They have just the right amount of room to room layout coordination while having slight differences that make each stay unique. The most notable consistency was our comfort level, to which was very high indeed. One more perk to include upon concluding this review, the free breakfast that they offer is nothing short of exceptional! Exellsior!

Staff is nice. Location is too. Place looks nice on the outside. Bathrooms are too small, a horrendous design choice for a double bed room. The beds are a complete joke. Waaaay too hard. Iffy AC, but nice when it works. There's probably a reason people spend all their time in the spa area. If you're planning on spending a lot of time relaxing here, might be best to keep it pushing.

This Motel is by far the worst place to stay, the Manager does not respond back to any issues you have. I stayed over a week and half ago and hasn’t yet responded to my email regarding our stay. There Ac did not work, to use it you would have sleep with a loud leaf blower running all night. So we requested to switch rooms since it’s 3 am in the morning, but no the maintenance person wanted to check it. So he comes in to find the AC frozen as if it has never been serviced. Now he wants to clean it, it took him about an hour to defrost. Then he says it’s fixed, I tell him but it’s still screaming he says speak to the Manager in the morning. Still No Repond. Trash Motel… Oh wait he offered a 15% discount on the next visit, I declined that because we will never stay at this motel.

This was by far the worst Best Western hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Moreno Valley is a hot location to be at and we had the loudest AC in the world, so we kept having to turn it off to get any sleep Then to have to wake back up to a 89 degree room. Let me show you some clips, of there maintenance person working on our ac at 3am in the morning.
Also here is the Manager’s apology letter. Now why would we stay at your location again, the damn place is falling apart.

I had the worst experience I got bit by bed bugs and the manger didn’t seem to care or didn’t believe me when I told him and that’s the reason why I’m writing this review to let people know if they wanna wake up to bed bug bites this is the perfect place to stay.

The rooms were clean just a bit outdated. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and the location is very conveniently located.

BEWARE! Check-in was great. Was told at time of check in that if needed extra day that would be no problem. Called down at about 9 a. M. To tell the front desk I would like to stay another day. I was told that wouldn't be an issue, great. Then, I get a call at 1 p. M. The lady at the front desk tells me if I don't get down within the hour they will remove my belongings. I asked why they have my CC on file just charge that card as, that is what I was told in A. M. Nope, had to come down in person with the CC or remove my belongings within the hour. On top of that they wanted to charge me more than what I was previously told in the A. M. They also stated they are a franchise and thus, they could care less if I called corporate or not. Should give them one star if it wasn't for the nice lady upon check in. And, when I called corporate they were responsive and understanding.

I had such an amazing time. Alex and maria are very helpful and attentive to all your needs. My husband and I will be returning to the best western! Thank you Maria for accommodating us to the best room! We loved the view from the balcony, and loved seeing the sunset.

Alex has superb customer service skills, from beginning of my stay till the end, she went above and beyond. If I had an issue, she fixed it and accomadated our needs, she made sure we were beyond satisfied with our stay and didn't need anything. I have been to countless other 5 star hotels, who don't even acknowledge and greet you upon arrival, take your money and treat you as if you're a bother vs welcoming your business, considering there's plenty of options. Everytime we saw her, she greeted and welcomed us with a smile, if you ever are in town and value comfort, phenomenal customer service, be sure to stay here, Alex and Maria will take great care of you from beginning to end!

I loved the hotel, this place was wonderful for my honeymoon, we enjoyed it a lot it was peaceful and the staff was amazing. We had fun in the pool and even got to workout. Everything was always clean and well managed. The breakfast was even good and i"m a picky eater.

I chose this hotel by the reviews that was on their site. But I will never stay at this Best Western in Moreno Valley again. This place was very dirty especially our room. The bathroom was dirty with dirt drop lets and a dirty tub and toilet seat, Hair on the bathroom floor, the sink had mold next to the coffee maker and at the mouth of the cups The carpets was dirty like they haven't been shampoo in 5 yrs. I had to go out and purchase Clorox disinfectant to clean the bathroom and dust of the lamp and Table because of dust and I had my son who is asthmatic. I called down to let the lady know and she reported to her manager but I was told the next day it was her day off and she will call you back. That was 4/21 and today is the 24th I still never heard back. The whole dinning room experience was dirty with cobwebs hanging down The food wasn't great either. If you want great service Go and Stay at the Best Western Plus in Lake Elsenor very clean and I gave them 5 stars breakfast was delicious and also got 5 stars.

Clean, quiet and peaceful. Polite staff. Near everything. I loved my stay.

Extremely poor room design which makes it hard to access the bathroom and the closet. It's impossible for anyone to use the sink when anyone else is entering or exiting the bathroom… same thing for the closet when anyone else is moving between rooms in the suite (lots of getting bashed by doors). We got a suite to get extra space for eating yet there was no place to sit except one at a time after unhooking computer and moving it off the tiny table. There's only one chair to sit in. The breakfast food quality is extremely poor which is somewhat expected in California where prices are inflated. Room price is ok for California.

Find Another Hotel Good location, great presentation. It looked like a great place to get some rest. People next door were smoking pot and arguing until 4am. We had to turn on music to drown out noise. The stomping of people upstairs, next door yelling, or people walking outside did not give us an enjoyable experience. We could still hear the people next door after 5am. I would recommend you special request for a quiet room, because the slamming of doors and disruptions are not worth it. I will be reporting to AAA to not list this hotel.

Room Key had to be reprogrammed over and over just to get access to my room. Staff was not friendly at night. Rooms were nice, guests were not all of the "legal abiding citizens" type. Constant flow of cars to the side of hotel and met by one person for 30 seconds and left if you get my drift… Update, … had to stay at same location one month later due to availability, keys had to be reprogrammed every night again, all 4 nights, and staff was not friendly about doing it. Contacted Best Western and all they said is we will talk to management. As of a month later no difference. One bad stay shame on them, two bad stays shame on me for repeating it.

For the price is good although I would like to have more care in the cleanliness of the rooms.

Very clean well kept rooms. The bathroom could use a little up data but over all great place. Front desk staff was very accomdating and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. But the staff are what encourage you to come back. My stay was very pleasant and I will definitely be recommending it to anyone who asks.

Large clean room. Plenty of pillows and a hot breakfast is included in the price of the room for both of us. Easy parking and an elevator are convenient perks. Nothing to dislike here but check out is 11 a. M. And if you are late leaving you will be charged extra.

Nice motel and good staff. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Easy to get to off freeway and on end of cul-de-sac for ease of entrance and parking. Great breakfast area and selections. Just don't stay in the rooms in back where bedrooms back up to the 60 freeway… noisy!

This is easy been coming up from San Diego for years there is no other Hotel I stay at it has always been my choice. As a matter of fact my Grandkids call it Grandpa's house. Very clean room with helpful staff. Guests above us were playing loud music. We could hear running on upper floor. Overall a very good value.

The staff were wonderful during our stay, breakfast was always hot and fresh. Our suite was always clean and smelled freshly cleaned. Third time staying at this location and will be back.

Just stayed at this location October 20th. My mother got us a room for our wedding. The nice lady who she set it up with, I believe her name was Maria, set us up with a suite. Amazing service, great room. Huge bed, pillows were to soft for my liking but still slept like a baby. I highly recommend this location to anyone. I will defintly be staying there again soon.

This was a fantastic place to stay. I do not have one complaint. The place is beautiful the breakfast was delicious the women in the kitchen were very friendly helpful and went beyond. I enjoyed every minute. Yessenia in the breakfast area was amazing. I would stay here anytime and recommend it to anyone needing a room in this area!

Room was peaceful, and room service kept it clean. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was approachable/friendly. Continental breakfast had a wealth of options, and I never walked away hungry. Plenty of food/shopping in area. I would stay again, and recommend to others.

I love this Best Western. Everything is wonderful. Only issue are the TV channels. Other then that for the price I give it 5 stars.

Rooms are a little old but serviceable. Nice folks. A good deal overall. Clean.

Worst experience ever. Paid for a king bed suite. Was givin a standard room with 2 twin beds instead. To top it off the air conditioning did not work at all. Looked up the room type and saw that the room they put us in only ran 80 dollars a night. I paid $170 for a suite! The place was sold out and didn't offer a solution. So I got a refund and stayed else where.

Best Western is my families go to hotel when we travel, as well as mine for work. This location was in poor condition. The wall and ceiling was covered in black shoe marks. The walls were a yellow color but on wall which looked like it was repaired had large white paint marks through out. The caulking at the bottom of the outside and inside of the tub was black and brown in which it looked as if it was black mold growing. There was a picture in the bathroom/shower area that had green mold growing. Like I said I only stay at best western and I can honestly say I will not stay at this location again.

Guest coordinators need to know the directions of the hotel cuz they had me going all around the hotel when I could have just went straight to my room. Other than that it was good for the money that you pay. The breakfast was quite tasty although it was very limited. Would highly recommend though.

The staff was pleasant. However, the room was bare. The AC required to be set to over 72 degrees or it would shut off for the remainder of your stay. The lights shut off automatically after they stopped detecting movement for 10 minutes. And there were security officers roaming the halls in the evening, which is not a pleasant thought to have when you're trying to sleep and are on the first floor with only a glass sliding door protecting you from whatever requires cops.

My stay was for 3 days with family. The parking space and entry were spacious. Elevators were accessable and roomy for transporting heavy or bulky items. Rooms and bathroom were clean and well supplied. Small refrigerator was within the room as well as a small portable oven. Service was very accommodating with a charming continental breakfast kitchen available till 6am-9am, self serve style with eggs, sausage patties, cereal, fruit, waffle maker, yogurts, breads, coffee, some juice. Jacuzzi was available at decent hours. Fast food and market were within walking distance. Other guests were polite, friendly and overall respectful. Hallways were decently lit. This hotel stay was better than average and fairly priced. A good stay for anyone.

Great over Night Stay Very Clean well maintained facility with a friendly staff with a welcoming attitude The Hot Breakfast Bar was right on point, fresh hot waffles sausage eggs Bagels muffins fresh rolls coffee juice and milk all you can eat it was Straight the whole package was all good… I give it three thumbs up and we'll visit again.

Pretty nice property overall but the freeway noise is there. I asked to be relocated and was told they were full… also noticed lots of clomp clomp clamp overhead (second floor room) and the internet was spotty at best. Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast.

Not the best but hampton was full and I was tired… was an old holiday inn but only so many remodels for an old building hate the fake wood floors too.

The room was extremely wet from an internal air conditioner condenser overflow into the middle of the room. You have to agree to a damage deposit before you are allowed into the room. Make sure you address all of the problems noted with air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical. Make note of all issues and let them know about the issues. Not a very congenial visit.

The rooms are usually light on blankets/comforters, which makes sense because it's so hot around here. The rooms are always clean/comfortable, and the staff is great!

I found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly for my short 3 night stay in late June 2014. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I came to Moreno Valley on a mission to rescue adopt a pair of small dogs from the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter, which was an absolute success. The front desk staff moved me into a pet allowed room on the day that I brought my 2 dogs out of the shelter's Vet clinic after their surgeries for spay/neutering. I truly recommend them and will stay with them again even if not for the rescuing of another pet. It is also convenient to the highway, shopping and restaurants close by. Thank you for your kindness.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the Internet was quick and easy to log onto (a must now ideas). The only downside was the toilet bowl would not flush properly sometimes. I would have to remove the bowl's lid and reattach the chain to the handle.

I stayed at the Best Western Moreno because I was traveling on business. Check in was painless, and the front desk clerk was courteous and helpfull. My room smelled and appeared clean. The bed was large and had 6 pillows. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and an ironing board. The medium sized flat screen TV got about 30 channels, one of which was HBO. Outside there was a small pool, and a spa which I did not use. The Hotel is located close to many fast food restaurants. I opted for walking a half block to the Food for Less up the street. My stay was pleasant and it was a good value. I will be staying again if I'm in the area in the future.

It was good compared to other hotels in the area I lived in moreno valley years ago and stay here when I have to come back to visit family and friends. People always complain but you don't get the Ritz Carlton for 90 bucks a night.

Best Western Moreno Hotel was really clean and quite. Not only the rooms, but the surroundings. Everything's was just clean. The people at the front desk and in the breakfast room were really friendly. They always greeted you with a smile.
The only thing that I didn't like is when I tried to do my laundry but couldn't because there were someone else's laundry in both washers and it was already done. So couldn't do it.
