I figure if you have to pay the same price as the other motels then might as well get the breakfast to go with it. The price us average but they will work with you. If you already have a room you can pay extra to stay a bit later. Its a good hotel 4hat let you take home the bedbugs if you like.

Horrible, roaches, crack heads all night in and out. Oh and let me tell you about the service there terrible if there was a no star I would rate this place no stars.

Do not go this place has bed bugs I got bit and is a horrible pain my skin is swollen.

It's a hall in the wall. I neighbor room was broken into. It wasnt a comfortable especially with their prices. I would never go there again.

Nastiest room ever. Cock roaches in the room, cigarette butts in window, bath tub leaked to the room below. Walls filthy. Ugggh Uggghh Ugggh disgusting. Do Not stay in 119. This place should be shut down. The fire Marshall needs to be called.

It's alright nice and spacious but a little prehistoric.

Clean cozy warm. Doors lock, TV works want this management was kind and professional.

I enjoyed the stay here several times. Its not the highest class of rooms but for the price, its worth it. Plus you can upgrade your room and get the jacuzzi tub. All rooms come with nice flat screen tvs and there's breakfast downstairs in the morning. Plenty of parking and never had a problem with the owners which I cant say for the other nearby hotels.

If u need a place to hang out for the night then u found 1 of the correct motels on PCH that's perfect just for that. Less than $100 a night this motel has 2 stories. The bathrooms are very small. Bathrooms consist of toilet, shower & tub and door. The Coast offers small shampoo and soap packets. Right outside the bathroom is the sink and mirror so u can freshen/clean up. For a lil bit more on the daily rental there is The biggest room of the Motel and it has a Jacuzzi Tub outside the bathroom in the main room. These rooms are kinda dated. All the furniture, curtains, & decortications remind me the the early 90s. Hungry? Taco Bell is located right next door. Drive thru open 24 hours. Early Morning complimentary breakfast eats in the front office. Mini muffins, milk, a few different cereals, oj, and a few mini pastrys are offered for motel guests. Guests? If ur guests don't bring attention to themselves u can definitely sneak a few in. Just be courteous and mindful to Keep the noise down and u and ur guests should be just fine.

PET FRIENDLY & was only a $5.00 deposit for my pup! The Wi-Fi hotspot password they give you upon check-in will only sign into & will only work on 1 device so if you have multiple devices make sure to get a username/password for each. I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean but cosmetically could've been improved, there were holes in curtains and there was a board with nails sticking out of it on top of the cabinet next to the sink.

Very expensive and not worth it because has room 121 had many roaches, a/c barely even worked, front desk staff both have crappy attitudes, no fresh towels, and they never made the beds the days we were here. I should of kept my 400$ and went to a way better place for those four nights.

Roach motel! When we tried to speak to the "night manager" about the roaches crawling all around the beds, walls, and floors all he said was I'm sorry "my friend". No other option was given to us. Pictures included. In addition to the roaches the bathroom door was on it's last hinges and the comforter' s had white stains, holes, and had the worst smells. Don't save a penny, spend the money for a quality room.

Ok motel but prices are extreme. You pay better prices on the strip in Las Vegas.

This place was disgusting. The minute we got there, the very weird front desk people that seemed way methed out brought us up to our room. When we opened the door, it smelled like garbage. There were stains on everything. There was a cockroach in the tub and dark mold and stains on the walls. No appliances. There were guys doing drugs 3 doors down with the door open. We immediately asked for a refund and they wouldn't give us one. But the place was way too sketchy so we left anyway. Don't ever go here. If I could give it 0 stars out of 5 I would.

Me and my boyfriend got the last room available. We were given the "jacuzzi room" — which for some reason we were only allowed to pay for in cash? The room did have a jacuzzi, hardwood floors and the walls were covered in mirrors. This place would've been ideal for the nitty gritty if it weren't for the roaches, the unidentifiable stains, and a note inscribed on the cabinet reading "why didn't you tell me I look so sick and ugly? " I'm fairly certain someone has died in this motel. I'm not entirely dissatisfied with my stay I'm just confused and concerned.

The owners are really cool and very accommodating. Not the best set up but they really go out if their way for what they do offer.

Owners are very friendly and nice. Rooms are decent and clean. The location is pretty central with access to publuc transportation if needed. There are many resteraunts, fast food, and markets within walking distance. Close to all downtown attractions.

It was a nice stay love the big Jacuzzi in the room.

Been dealing with the first motel colonial since 2000. Mr. Walter was living as the time, a young mother with four children Walter made me feel at home said to always come where somebody know your name, always have been the first place I come to when on hit California, now that old Walt passed away not the same, very rude accepting my money and talking and treating me any kind of way as much business that I bring hurt me so bad, it fell out in anxiety attack, all about inquiries of a larger room over the office to accommodate my family size and also if he still EXCEPTED vouchers. All these years, and he wanted to over charge me for the room after my daughter friend said they pay $3more, yogi wanted to charge me ten more, told me stay out other people business and said he didn't want my business anymore, sent my money back to me and called police. Devastating.

Don't stay here unless you wanna go to jail. Point blank.

Great service very curtious everything's great.

Still under construction (remodel), but open for business. The new rooms look great inside! Everything is new! Even the bathtub. The managers are very nice, and although they seem somewhat confused, and disheveled, I would definately stay here again. No pest problems! Yay.

Basically I gave tthis place 4 stars because I just rent this motel to have a good time with my gf, I will say this though, pretty bad customer service, and rooms smell and are kind of funky.
