Cynthia is a rare gem of an employee! From our first greeting, she has not only made us feel welcome, but has gone above and beyond! Clean rooms, good breakfast selection, ample parking. We will definitely come back!

At check-in, the font desk agent asked if I wanted to use my card on file ending in numbers I’ve never heard before—it wasn’t my card, or any card I’ve ever had. Also strange because when I checked in online I used the same card I’ve always used. I have no idea where they got the card number they had. Very disconcerting. When I walked into my room, I realized it was not the king room I booked and called the front desk. They said no problem, they’ll move us to the right room if I’ll come back down to the desk. So I hauled everything back down to have the situation corrected. Then, after a girl and a guy fussed over the computer for a minute, they decided they were not going to change our room and insisted we booked a room with 2 beds. Apparently our confirmation email clearly showing we booked the king studio didn’t mean anything. They sent me back to the wrong room again and refused to assign us to the correct room claiming to be sold out of king rooms at 3PM—even though there were king rooms for sale on their website at that very moment. Their website showed king studios STILL for sale well after 10PM that night! We were only in town for the one night, so we stuck it out. In the morning, our entire bathroom was flooded by a faulty shower. Not a small leak, but a POOL of water filling the entire bathroom. By this point, we were so over this place. We just laughed and swore we’d never stay there again. There are so many hotels around Disneyland.

We just returned from a stay here over new years and it was a great hotel to stay at and the location was good too. A little bit of a walk but we were already walking 10+ miles at the parks each day anyway so we didn't mind the walk. Our room was upgraded at check-in from a king studio to a double queen one bedroom suite which was wonderful. Love Marriott rewards and being a gold member :)

Family friendly, accommodating and friendly staff, good room services.

This hotel was great to stay in. We love how big the rooms are and the proximity to Disneyland is great! The staff was very accommodating while we were there. We arrive late and needed a crib and The Late Shift front desk representative ran all over the building to find one for us and make sure it was set up. Would happily recommend this as a place to stay!

A nice clean, well run hotel. Breakfast was hot and covered all the basics. Rooms were as ordered and ready as soon as we arrived. Staff was very helpful with any needs including immediately addressing an issue with our a/c. Pool was very refreshing after a hot day at the park. Lollipops at the front desk very popular with our girls. Only minor complaint I have is an odd lack of hooks! There is a closet, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a little office type area and there is two hooks in the entire place. And neither of them are in the closet. Minor issue but when there are four people all with towels and hoodies and swim suits and Disney passes etc etc it would have been nice to have a few more. Again, minor issue. Overall a very solid value for the money!

Very far to the Disneyland entrance, Breakfast is no good and last someone took my Hermès perfume and I spoke with manager and all he told me that the housekeeper he has been working with him for a while so I said so where did my perfume go then? I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t missing. Another alibi he said There were two gentlemen fixing something in our room. I feel like they should let there customers know that they would be working on our room. I would never recommend this hotel and I was not happy that my travel agent assign us that Hotel. Never never recommend and all I can say is everyone be careful with your personal belongings.

Staff very professional, nice and attend to all your needs. Free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are very clean and up to date. Beds very comfortable! Rooms very clean. Great place to stay if your going to Disneyland! Not far from theme park!

Nothing fancy — except the spacious bathroom, at least in the handicapped-accessible units — but everything you need from a hotel is there. It's not an extended-stay hotel since there are no kitchen facilities in the units, but they do have refrigerators and microwave ovens so you can enjoy what's left of that chicken marinara from last night for breakfast instead of the usual continental fare offered downstairs. One more thing: the quiet front patio is not a bad place to enjoy the nightly fireworks at Disneyland if you are not in the mood to race the crowd afterwards.

One word… Phenomenal! I have visited 3 of the other surrounding hotels and this is by far superior. The outside is clean andhas plenty of parking. The inside is incredibly new and modern. With its own brightly colored lobby for relaxing, and a large area with new furniture for brekafast. The breakfast spread was very nice: oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, waffle stations, sausage and egg skillets, etc. The rooms are INCREDIBLE, very modern, and the beds are comfy. They have 2 full and 2 smaller pillows for each bed, refrigerators, safes, a walk in closet (wow by the way), the bathroom has a sliding door, lots of towels and a large sink area. Best part. It's literally within 5 minutes of Disneyland Park, I literally watched the fireworks from my room! (Ask to have a room facing Disney land, we'll well worth it) and I got this for about 250 a night in the SUMMER! Plus if you wanted you could take a city shuttle to the park for $5.50 a person. Can't be beat. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Staff is awesome! It's pretty clean. The carpets could be cleaner. But I really enjoyed my time!

Great property very close to Disneyland. You can either walk 10-15 min to the tram station or drive 5 min around the corner to the Disney Parking Garage then catch the tram. Rooms were cleaned very well. Breakfast was not bad either and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff! Breakfast was ok, but they had m multiple things to choose from. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are really nice. Walking distance to Disneyland and you can view the fireworks from your room. Great experience!

It was in a good area walking distance from downtown Disney and Disneyland. The room was very clean and a good price. The only downfall is the breakfast was not very good… it was a free breakfast but I have been to multiple Marriott's and I haven't had one this bad. So all and all I had a good time I'll just skip the breakfast next time.

Loved it! Will definitely be back! Customer service was impeccable, maid service was amazing, breakfast was awesome.

Hotel is clean and staff is wonderful. However, if you're staying because you want to go to Disneyland, it is probably worth the price difference to stay at one of their hotels, or right outside the park entrance. This is an extra 30 minutes of walking or waiting for a bus.

Quite a good location from which to enjoy all that the Disneyland area has to offer. We enjoyed the swimming pool and well stocked breakfast bar. The laundry was convenient and easy to use. Parking was superb. Service was friendly. All very good and a great start to an American adventure.

Very helpful staff and the place was very clean. Fancy, however not over the top. A great place to relax after a long day at Disney! There is a 24 he gym and a nice quiet pool.

Frequent travelers recognize key differences between hotel chains, we have choices and can vote with our feet. We also know the math, at 150 average per night (more than a full day at Disneyland for example), every room can generate $4, 500 per month in revenue for.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Microwave & mini fridge in room. They held our luggage on our last day while we went to Disneyland, which was great Must pay $17 a day to park and pay $5.50 per person per day for the shuttle to Disneyland to avoid a 15 min walk to Downtown Disney or 5 min walk to trams at Disneyland parking garage. Complimentary breakfast was decent, but definitely has powdered eggs.

Everything was great. Got us an extra crib free. Didn't care that we had a couple extra kids. Breakfast was awesome. Wish pool was open past 10pm since you usually get back from Disney late. Easy walk to disney. I recommend walking, even with kids. Hotel is very stylish and it was crazy cheap.

It has buffet breakfast, excellent service, close proximity to Disney, it has gym and pool.

We have been here the past 2 night and still have 3 nights to go! We are here for my daughters 16th birthday and they even decorated the room with a Birthday sign and a gift bag of goodies! She was excited, it was a small thing to do but it was AWESOME! The staff is really sweet and nice, I will definitely be back here! The pool area is nice also, I like that they have a hot tub for the nights after walking all day in the parks!

This is DEFINITELY our new Disneyland home. Stayed here in April, had bought a package deal, and we were blown away by the helpful staff and the relaxed, comforting atmosphere. The room was absolutely beautiful and their patio is to die for — we would sit out there after a long day at the park and it was just perfection. We will be back!

Clean hotel with nice workers. My family members that I came with enjoyed the stay. The free breakfast was pretty good but the only issue I had was with the placement of the television which can only be seen by 1 bed making it difficult to watch from other seats but besides that the hotel experience was fine.

Service is excellent, the rooms spacious, clean and beds very comfortable, the sofa bed was not comfortable. The breakfast is very rich, and the reception very friendly, the pool clean and enough towels, central and nice.

For the money, the room is great. Lots of space for a longer stay having the "living" area with an additional couch and its own space. The free hot breakfast is a great deal when youre in disney spending a ton of money on every other meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the carpets in our room were pretty gross. Damp and with the kids walking back and forth a lot, their feet turned black. Seems like it needs replaced or a deep clean.

The rooms and beds are awfully nice, with plenty of room. The self controlled air conditioner is an amazing feature. However there were a few negative qualities as well. The bathroom lock is weak and can be unlocked easily from the outside and the shower is easily the worst showerhead I've ever used. I'd give it a 9/10 rating for its purpose of staying overnight as a guest.

A simple newer Hotel in the Disney area. Breakfast available and rooms were just what we needed. We had the 1 queen with sectioned off desk and sofa bed. Perfect for our group of three. I will go here again on my next visit to the area.

The hotel was very nice and everything was well kept. My only problem was that I was never sure if I would have a warm shower or not.

The rooms were clean when we arrived, service has been accomadating, and the amenitities plentiful.

I went with my family in July of 2015. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The rooms, especially the beds, very comfortable, spacious bathroom. The breakfast varied to suit all tastes of adults and children, and abundant. Very good location for walking a couple of blocks and you will arrive at the parking lot of Disneyland where the TRAM that takes you free to the park. Has pool area very nice but one comes out so early and arrives late at the hotel, there is no time to use it. We were very satisfied with the service.

The staff is so nice the rooms are amazing we got back from being at Disneyland all day long and everything was clean and nice and it was so relaxing to come home away from home.

We will be staying at this hotel in May this year. Any suggestions on choice of room? Someone had told us to stay on the top floor with the view of the park? What is the time Breakfast starts and ends? Getting excited. Can't wait to get there already. :)

Good clean hotel. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. A shuttle runs to Disneyland for a fee. There is also a laundry room that is available to use.

This hotel is about a mile from the disneyland theme park. A shuttle runs between this hotel, a few others, and disneyland. You need a separate pass to ride the shuttle, but the hotel is nice. You get a free breakfast. There is a pool. The staff is wonderful. You could stay closer but this property gets consistently the best reviews. I take consistency over convenience any day. I would rather stay someplace further away and shuttle rather than stay someplace close that doesn't have to try as hard to keep my business cause it is close to the park. Just a note: walk somewhere if you want a bottle of wine. The front desk sells some but at a huge markup.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom setup was awkward for a family. Breakfast was good for a hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable beds. The shuttle service to Disneyland was slow.

Outstanding management, customer service, breakfast, housekeeping, and hospitality. We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Also, fantastic tour by Blue Star transportation. They took us on three tours of the area. We were on a cross country road trip from New Jersey and our final destination was California. This hotel was by far was the highlight of our journey. The best service and nicest, cleanest rooms. I Will definitely stay here again when I visit CA again.

This hotel is fantastic! We staid during our vacation to Disneyland and California Adventure and had such a nice experience. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, answering all our questions, showing us the quickest ways to get to the parks, and letting us leave our car even after checkout while we spent our last day at California Adventure. The room was perfect. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we even asked what brand of mattress they used! The room was organized really well with plenty of room for relaxing, and everything in the room worked fine. The complimentary breakfast was just right. Waffles, bagels, coffee, tea, juice, and many many other options! We will be returning to this hotel every time we visit! Really really enjoyed our stay.
