I have a daughter in a wheelchair and she is tube fed so this hotel is our go-to spot when we can save enough up to go to Disney. Disney is one of the few things we do where we truly feel welcomed with our daughter. This Marriott is a godsend. It has all the amenities we must have to make a vacation work with the needs of our daughter. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms. Breakfast in the hotel. Full kitchen in the room to help us keep everything clean. We are within walking distance of the front gate or can ride the bus with our daughters' wheelchair from the stop across the street. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its staff. I just hope we can save enough up to make a return trip soon. The dream of making it back to Disney and our favorite hotel has been a bright spot that kept our daughter's spirits up during the isolation of the last year. Book this hotel you will not be disappointed, and a special thank you to Marriott from my family.

Front desk is hit or miss of being friendly. Come across as rude, when you ask questions or them talking to you. More in the cold side than warm and welcoming. Talked with a couple of guest and they felt the same. So I don’t feel bad speaking out. It’s not just me and my imagination.

Great service beautiful hotel.

We loved the two room suites. The pool was wonderful, clean and lots of seating area. The staff was very helpful.

We just got home from our amazing family Disneyland vacation, and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We loved our room, loved the service, and loved the pool. The breakfast was well organized and a fantastic way to start the day. An easy 10-15 minute walk to Disney, and we loved the convenience of the CVS and Pizza Hut. Thanks for the great memories!

Great location if you want to go to Disneyland and California Adventures. Many restaurants near by.
Hotel is clean, breakfast is good.
But I checked out, and left a jacket in the room. I’ve been calling 2 or 3 times EVERYDAY since Tuesday and nobody is helping me. I’ve sent emails, left voice messages and nothing.
I need someone to get in contact with me so I can have my jacket back!

Stayed here with my Marriott Rewards points and I was not disappointed. The rooms were large and very clean. I loved the little kitchenette and full-sized refrigerator WITH ice-maker. The staff were friendly and courteous and it was great to have a Pizza Hut just downstairs. We had a drink at the bar when we returned from Disneyland and the bartender was superb. $12 for a Crown and Coke was a little ridiculous but the atmosphere was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel with great amenities. Room was nice and spacious and housekeeping is great. Even put dishes in the sink in the dishwasher which I didn't expect. Pool is nice and relaxing and the movie by the pool was a nice bonus. We will return here next time we return to disney.

This is my Yelp review, I intend to leave it on every possible forum I can find. Terrible experience! Do not stay here! -terrible customer service skills -not warm, inviting or even willing to help (at least pretend to be nice you are in the hospitality industry) -hotel needs a serious refresh -very long walk to Disney -spider in our room -lost two of the emails we sent with VERY important information! -Also dirty the accept Dogs — in All Rooms — even up to 175lbs made our allergies terrible! Upon checking in the girls were less than accommodating. I booked this through booking. Com and had made two very clear requests. I even received an email back from booking. Com confirming they spoke with the hotel. We needed a late check out, (as to have a place for my three year old child undergoing Chemo for cancer) to rest before a long drive home. While we were out of the room, they came in threw away all of our juices (I have a very sick three year old) food and snacks. We had left some belongings as well. All thrown away! My three year olds dream was to go to Cars Disneyland… we requested via email PRIOR to coming if we could get a room facing the fireworks from Disney if possible. This was a huge issue and they once again lost the email of the request. I found the front desk, cold, ill mannered, and a complete lack of customer service and basic human compassion. My THREE years old son is ill and had a nosebleed. They refused to allow us back into our rooms.

This was a nice, very family friendly hotel. There was a bunk bed and attached kids restroom that made traveling with kids much easier. Staff was nice and tons of amenities nearby. Only drawback is no room service. There was only a pizzahut which is not helpful when you can't eat breads. However, there are so many nice restaurants around, that I had no problem finding a restaurant delivery service with some great steaks, shrimp, and chicken. I will definitely put this residence Inn at the top of the list for our next Disney trip!

Room was inexpensive, nice and clean. Modern design close to Disney, I-5, CVS and many restaurants, some within walking distance from the property. Our room faced Disney, so we got to see the fireworks at night. After a full day wandering around Disney it was nice to watch the fireworks from the room while having a drink and not have to battle the crowds to get back.

Front desk Lady name Amber were so friendly and great, We checked-in late at night on July 19 and she greet us with a smile, I recommended her to be employee of the month,
Employees were all friendly, Hot breakfast were fantastic,
House keeping Supervisor please check the room after they clean, I know this is too much to ask, there's "TRASH" in the closet,,

Good value and decent rooms. Pool was nicer than I expected it to be but it wouldn't be a reason to choose this hotel but if a suite is necessary then this is a god option. The breakfast buffet is very good and well managed for a very busy place during peak season. Good location, very clean & relatively quiet at night.

I’m currently at this hotel and a Marriott gold member. The GM at this hotel is so unprofessional and rude. Our room had blood on the doors and big pee stains on the mattres, security bolt was broke and the management was very discriminate and passive about our issues. Mgmt was openly sarcastic and rude. I would not recommend this hotel and after this vacation will no longer stay at Marriott properties.

Loved this place! Rooms are spacious, great hot breakfast with a restaurant size dining area or bigger. The staff was very friendly, great costumer service, walking distance from the park. I would definitely stay there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a family trip, and found it to be quite nice! The room was clean and well kept, and the location was very convenient to Disneyland. Ample parking was available and the complimentary breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend!

I loved staying in this hotel! There were 2 of us staying in a studio style unit. It came equipped with everything we needed! It was super clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating! It was nice having a full kitchen since we were in town for a week. This hotel felt like a home away from home rather than a room to crash in. The pool deck was awesome! It’s within walking distance to Disneyland. We walked there and back multiple in a day. It took no more than 15 minutes to get there (I’m not a speed walker by any means). Complimentary breakfast every morning was a plus! The Pizza Hut express was really nice to have as well, we ordered pizza twice and they deliver it right to your room! I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area!

I have stayed here twice for a total of 11 nights so far. It's clean, new, good breakfast, good parking garage and a decent proximity to the main gate of Disneyland (15 min power walk). However it is the worst residence Inn I have stayed at. The storage is horrible. There is no place to unpack. No safes in the room. No ice machines in the hall, no tub for bathing kids, the water tastes like toxic waste and the beds are not very comfortable.

Excellent location for waking anywhere. 20 minute walk to Disney resort and 1/2 block to CVS and Walgreen. Many eateries within a block. Excellent breakfast buffet. Make your own waffles. There are about 4 hot dishes and your usual cereals, juices, bread, pastries, etc. Comfortable beds and pillows. Generous with towels. Friendly and courteous staff.

The rooms were fantastic! It was very clean and very updated and modern. The gym had enough equipment for a good workout. The morning breakfast was superb. Clean. And high quality. The hotel is located directly across from Disneyland. I would probably recommend staying here than the Disney hotels if you are visiting Disneyland.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. It is conveniently located next to the Anaheim Convention center and Disneyland. I will definitely come here again.

This is NOT a luxury hotel. It is a three star hotel at best on par with a Best Western. Homeless people frequent the area including the hotel grounds. Twice there was a large volume of vomit on the sidewalk directly outside the hotel. I kid you not there was a man pooping in view of the hotel. It was disgusting. The rooms are in desperate need of an update. Carpet and upholstery were dirty. Shower drain was partially clogged. The lobby was okay, but finding a luggage cart or a helpful staff member was difficult. The one plus is parking. They have a private garage that you use your key card to access. Other than a break in while we were there, things went great. Worst of all, after you check out you’ll get inundated with calls from Marriott for their pyramid scheme time shares. I’ve gotten nearly three dozen calls from (650) 469-29xx that’s an automated call for time shares. They intentionally change the number slightly each time and always call twice in a row to defeat anti-spam features. If visiting Disneyland or the convention center, consider the Hyatt.

If the Residence Inn is within your budget, this is a great option. It can be a bit pricey compared to some of the other nearby hotels/inns, but the quality you get here is extraordinary. The rooms are modern masterpieces with full kitchens. If you plan on staying in town for awhile, the rooms here make for excellent homes away from home. The staff is outstanding and will go above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one.

This is maybe the nicest hotel in Anaheim. The rooms are state of the art modern and the staff is friendly and professional. All the rooms (as far as I know) even come with a full kitchen! Granted I don’t cook when I’m staying at a hotel but if I was taking the family to Disney and wanted to save some $$ on eating out the in room kitchen would be PERFECT!

Beautiful hotel, great location! We stayed here for a cheer competition and loved the yummy daily breakfast (not just yogurt and cereal) The walk to Disney is a short one and everything you need is within walking distance (CVS, restaurants, delis) David at the front desk was especially amazing making sure our rooms were perfect and always had a smile on his face! Highly recommended!

Great location for attending something at convention center (around the corner). Pet friendly with $150 cleaning fee (so we brought our pup, needing daily medicine, with us for the 1st time). Stay was nice, breakfast very good, room clean, no issues at all. Bonus: instead of one or two waffle makers at breakfast (with lines of people) like many hotels, there were at least six waffle makers… and they changed a few breakfast items daily for slight variety.

After specifically requesting, by calling the hotel, a king size bed room, received two queen beds. Hotel refused to even acknowledge that room types with King beds exist (albeit not with our view type) or offer to move us. We received two pending charges for the entire stay on our debit (a single full charge is typical, not two) and they have yet to reverse one of the charges. For a $2000+ stay, that is taking up a significant portion of our bank account, and have received no satisfaction even after calling the front desk to have it removed and being promised it would. General lack of professionalism in the front desk staff, and obvious lack of management. Also, absolutely no safes at all in the hotel! Nice heated pool and spa, and close to convention center.

Very nice. Beautiful clean and new. Smelled like lemons. First rate free breakfast! Waffles eggs you name it. Staff all friendly. Nice little store with treats, frozen dinners and the pizza I ordered was first class. Yum!

Pretty. Clean. The breakfast is surprisingly good… You get a decent selection of food and drinks. Staff is nice and I didn't personally encounter any incidents of thief. Great place to stay if you want to take a family vacation to Disneyland or if you're in town for business. I would absolutely go back if given the opportunity. Also, there are a lot of restaurants around the area and a CVS nearby. Great location if you like walking around.

Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Just 2 blocks away for Disneyland (maybe 5-7 minutes walk depending on lights) and a HUGE HUGE HUGE free buffet breakfast of top quality food. It was only about $140/night when we went last February. Plus the hotel room is like an apartment with a large living room, kitchen, full fridge, Pizza Hut is on the first level and they do room service… I honestly can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was.

Fantastic rooms, excellent location. My biggest concern is that the main suites are not very kid safe. Shares in the kitchen are light enough to be easily moved by a 2 and a 1/2 year old and low enough to be climbed on to. There is also the matter of sharp kitchen utensils and open packs of dishwashing detergent under the sync. The hotel itself in the amenities are fantastic but those concerns were very large for me.

I got a suite lots of space everywhere. Even the ceiling. Kitchen looked great didn't use it. I ate out. It also had a breakfast table with chairs. Modern look through out the suite. Everything looked brand new I appreciated that. The King size bed was very comfortable. Found the closet when door slid over closing the restroom area. Check in was breeze and checking out also. Wished we would have stayed longer. Maybe next time and do some swimming. I didn't know they had a heated pool. Super close to the Disneyland Park Resort.

The hotel still feels new over a year after opening. Everything is extremely clean and modern. The room was comfortable and quiet and well appointed. Location is great, right near Disneyland and the convention center. The $18 nightly parking fee is annoying but the only option. Thankfully it's easy to get in and out. Breakfast was pretty good every morning. Some type of potato, some type of meat, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, pastries, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this Resort. The room was exceptionally clean and up-to-date. Everything was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was top-notch! I can't wait to come back again to visit Disneyland. I will recommend this resort to everyone who asks the best way to visit Disneyland.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was new, clean, and really impressive. It's located right next to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast (free/included) was also really great, with tons of options. The only downside was the noise. Since it's a Disneyland location, there were tons of screaming kids. It's also along a busy street, so there's tons of outside noise. Either way, it's a great hotel in a good location!

For the most part it was a great stay. Booked a king room and was put into a double. Also put in a room next to a parking center so the lights were really bright. Front desk had changed my rate upon check out but didnt even call to tell me. Was planning on staying a second night, but not after my rate changed.

I love this hotel! The rooms are so nice and clean! Perfect for a long stay because they have a nice kitchen. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom is nice. Best part about this place is it's so kid friendly. The pool area is perfect for families and at night they did a movie for kids with popcorn. I will definitely be back!

Large spacious hotel. Modern look and professional staff. Wife loved the full kitchen and kids loved the bunk beds. Large selection of breakfast food items. Not to mention it's free and all you can eat! This has become are go to place to stay for all our Disneyland trips.

New hotel with very clean rooms. Would stay here anytime we are back to the Disney area. Extremely friendly bartender is worth noting as he had a ton of knowledge of the area and was super friendly. He even stayed open late for us one night! Breakfast was free and had a very good selection. All in all I would highly recommend this property to any one.

Great hotel while visiting Disneyland. Good pool area and hot tub and they also show evening movies on the patio for the kids. Rooms are great considering all you really do is sleep in them. Comes with a deluxe continental breakfast which was better than expected given the price we paid for the rooms… eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, hash browns, juice, etc. I would totally recommend this place and will come again.

This place was awesome. Our room was clean and spacious, and even with all the kids the room was quiet — no hall noise or noise through the walls. The staff was nice and being so close to Disney, with a complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning in the lobby was a great combination! Price was good too! Would totally stay here again!

My whole family enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Great location (close to convention center & Disneyland), awesome breakfast, great staff and very spacious well equipped suites. Loved the kid's suite. Of all the residence inn we have stayed in the country, this is the best by far. Would definitely recommend it to everyone specially families with kid's.
