The maid are nice, only they don’t understand english. They are friendly.

Extremely clean! Rooms are spacious! Beds so comfortable! Black out curtains! Heard no noise from any neighbors or from In the hallway. Loved the extra mini sink near the coffee, tea, mini fridge and microwave! Plenty of room for luggage and out of the way! Pool and spa looked nice! We didn’t have a chance to use it! I still can’t get over the entire couch in the room! Like a living room area! On the other side if the 2 queen beds! Such a big room! I was pleasantly surprised! Continental breakfast had so many options, especially for picky eaters! Tons of seating for breakfast! All staff from valet, front desk and everyone house cleaner was beyond kind! Close enough for us to walk to Disneyland! Valet was so helpful! They do charge for parking, but who doesn’t around there. Cars are parked nearby off site. I had no problems what so ever. When checking out car arrived quickly once I called for it. Definitely would stay here again!

Holiday Inn just took $190 out of my account for a room they gave to somebody else and now they refuse to give me a refund. I have to go and challenge the charges with my bank because they don't have the good decency to refund the charges for a room I was never there for. Disgusting.

Never again. To be called a liar not once but twice. You guys are on a roll. We never signed a thing for parking didn't even get our valet ticket till the day after we checked in.

I hate to say that I don’t recommend the hotel because it’s not terrible, but there are enough flaws to keep me away on another visit. The parking is ridiculous, it’s valet parking only, $18 a day, but it’s a cluster. I waited almost 40 minutes to get my car last night.
The rooms with the conjoining door has no noise buffer, as I write this, I can hear the family next door laughing and playing at 6:20am. Nothing wrong on them, I don’t think you shouldn’t have to whisper in a hotel.
I took a shower last night, had the curtain inside the tub, when I was finished I stepped out and there was a puddle of water on the floor so either the shower curtain didn’t work or there’s some kind of leak, (more likely the shower curtain needs to be replaced). Water pressure on the shower isn’t great either.

Our stay was amazing very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the staff was super friendly. I'm definitely staying here the next time I take a trip to Disneyland. Thank you!

This hotel was terrific! It was all as advertised and a very nice place to come back to after a long day at Disneyland. It is worth the extra five minute walk to get to this place! All the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was private, and the accommodations modern and comfortable. Their breakfast was also good and helped us save on eating out. All this and their price was cheaper than the small, old run-down motels across from Disney. I highly recommend!

This hotel is about a 5-8 minute walk to Disneyland (depending on how fast you walk). It is one of the newer hotels in the Disneyland area, and has a nice modern, yet cozy feel. A complementary hot breakfast is provided which can serve pancakes, sausages, toast, oatmeal, etc. This hotel also provides a business center in the main lobby. The rooms are quite spacious, the one I stayed in had two queen sized beds and a pull out. Overall my stay here was quiet enjoyable and surprisingly quite. They also offer valet parking, which I highly recommend, considering that you will have trouble finding a spot when you park yourself. (All close spots are valet only).

The location is very good for visiting Disneyland. The rooms are spacious, look nice and are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. The self parking is a bit far.

Brand new hotel. Overall pretty good. The rooms are kind of damp not sure what that's about but can't beat the location.

Location was perfect for a Disney stay! Very close. We booked a room for 6 and the space was perfect. The beds were very comfortable even the pull out bed. Room was clean/hotel was clean and friendly staff. Very large eating space for continental breakfast, that was a plus! Only down fall for me is parking. Having to pay for parking at hotel you're ready paying for doesn't make sense to me and it's a very tight space for parking… Overall I enjoyed the stay and worth the amount paid. I would stay here again and reccomend!

Great location If you're going to Disney. It's about a 10 minute walk. My only complaint is the sound is not well insulated between rooms. I could hear conversations from people in the next room very clearly… And I bet they could hear ours.

The hotel was awesome. The rooms were amazing and clean, the pool was nice. I just wish there was more of a restaurant or bar. The hotel is right across the street from Disney Land which is great, but not so great if you wanna do anything else.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Anaheim area. I spent a lot of timing searching for a hotel for our 6 day Disneyland trip and so happy with my decision. My main priority during our stay was location, complimentary breakfast and of course price. Location was great it was a short 10 minute walk from hotel to Disney gates. A short walk is better than parking cost and Disney park garages are still a shuttle trip there and back. Breakfast was key for me and not having to find a breakfast spot every single morning and definitely save on 1 meal cost on our trip! The breakfast area was never over crowded since they have a large time frame for it 6:30-9:30am. There were a couple days we came down later and still was fully stocked to the last minute of shut down. Other things I really like on the hotel was indoor access to your room vs others who have outdoor halls and room entrances. The bathroom and room size of our room was very spacious and loved the bonus sitting area in the room. The hotel is new, modern and clean. I was able to use their complimentary business area to check in our flights and print boarding passes before heading out. The pool area was smaller but enough for a quick dip and relaxation since our main focus was Disney. All staff members always greeted us with a friendly smile and more than happy to help with any questions we had.

Stayed at hotel during a Disneyland trip. Excellent location in relation to the park, 5-minute walk to Disney entrance. Very spacious rooms, good continental breakfast, good service. Parking was $15/day valet or self-park, and self-parking was a bit of a nightmare as the parking lot was shared with the adjacent hotel, and spaces were compacted (had to valet). Some power problems as room USB plugs were not operable. Overall, excellent alternative to the higher-priced Disneyland Hotel options.

Great value within easy walking distance to the park. The price was lower than other hotels just 100 yards away, and it included a continental breakfast. The rooms were just as nice or nicer. We found the best price was found by booking directly rather than using one of the "discount" websites. We will stay there again next time we go to Disneyland.

Room was comfortable and adequate for my small family's needs. Service was professional. We made use of the small coin-operated laundry to dry some wet clothes from the rain. Overall a great experience.

Nice place, I'm enjoying my stay. Great breakfast, comfy room. Was worried about freeway noise, but didn't hear a thing. Quiet room. Gave four starts because USB ports were broken. Someone probably thought it was an outlet.

Very clean hotel, well maintained. Had no problems or issues during our stay. Very close to Disneyland but may be a bit far for kids to walk before starting and ending a long day at the park. Parking is $15 a night.

This hotel is amazing. It has complimentary breakfest, a pool, and a gym. It is also a short walk away from the Disneyland resort. I would recommend to all.

My husband and I go to Disneyland at least once a year and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at! This was my first time here and we will definitely be staying here from now on. I was impressed. The rooms were clean and the staff was so friendly and always welcomed you on your way in and out. They had a full breakfast in the morning for us which saved money. The pool and hot tub were well kept and so nice after a long day! They got us checked into our room early and held our bags when we checked out so we could go play in Disneyland! I highly recommend this hotel :)

Great place to stay. We loved having a little kitchen with microwave and fridge for our family. Housekeeping was incredible with bringing extra blankets and sheets when taking care of the result of a sick child. It was nice to have a 10 minute walk to Disneyland too!

Our flight arrived very early from Australia but was accommodated immediately after a room was available at 1130am. Staff was really considerate as I have a 4 year-old who is very tired from the very long flight. We are staying for 8 days hence a laundry facility is a plus. Breakfast is good but not much variation in the last 4 days we were here. Very clean hotel and the noise from the freeway is barely bothersome even though our room directly faces the freeway. A fair walk to the Disneyland gates but not much an issue for us. Overall a good experience.

The Holiday Inn Signature 1411 South Manchester in Anaheim was fabulous! Thank you for helping us celebrate our child's birthday. I can't say enough about how great this hotel is. Thank you Rachel and your staff for the amazing service. Clean, bright spacious rooms. Great breakfast selection! Also within a 10 minute easy walk to Disney. Best hotel near Disney!

Very nice hotel, just one thing is wrong… from 7:30 on at night my room vibrates off and on making it very hard to fall asleep. Like it literally vibrates a lot. I can look at my water bottle and the water is shaking. Front desk seems to get this complaint a lot after talking to them. It's my first time tonight sleeping here and I don't think I'll be doing a lot of sleeping. I went down to the office and complained. Can't be moved until tomorrow. And I will be moving rooms… hopefully to a room that doesn't vibrate.

Place was great location and great value. Room was big and spacious for a family of four or more. Hotel was clean and staff great. Offered breakfast each morning that was quick and good. Walking distance to the Disney parks. You do have to valet your car… but they did a great job.

Clean hotel. Like everything else in the Area. Mostly way overpriced. They dont tell you about paying for parking when making reservation. I think it was 20 bucks per day. Standard free breakfast. Clean rooms. Decent staff.

We had the pleasure of staying here twice around the time it first opened in early 2016. The furnishings and decor are beautiful and new. The bed and sheets are extremely comfy and the rooms are spacious. Staff was very courteous and the breakfasts are very good. So far, this is our favorite Holiday Inn Express location. My only gripe is the parking situation. They share a small lot with the hotel next door and even though there's valet, you don't dare move your car midday or you might not get a spot. They do charge for parking but they have been good about not rushing us out after checkout. The walk to Disneyland is very doable. We usually go back midday to rest our legs before heading back to the park in the evening.

Staff is awesome. Place is clean. Breakfast is consistent. Parking costs $15 a day but it is valet. Pool is small but has a fun little spray park. Noise from the road is pretty loud, even with bathroom fan and A. C. On fill blast but all the hotels there probably have the same issue. They enforce a quiet after 10pm and before 7am policy which is very nice. Elevators are slow.

This hotel appears to have been newly remodeled. The rooms are all large, we had 2 double beds as well as a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. It's a little bit of a walk from Disneyland and the main restaurant strip, but because of the size of the rooms, and the nice breakfast, I still think it is a good choice for families. I am knocking off one star because 14 people from our group were stuck in one of the elevators for 40 minutes, and then rather than shutting it down or posting a warning, they let people keep taking that elevator. The next day a big group with small children were stuck in the same elevator for over an hour. According to the paperwork posted inside, it was over a year past it's inspection due date.

Came here for a week-long class and what a treat! This hotel is very stylish with a very friendly staff and is spotless. Very impressed and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Miguel & Ty at the front desk were incredible! They made sure our stay was comfortable and that we were happy with our room. We had to change rooms because of noise and they were very accommodating. We had a room that was a city view/back of hotel, farthest from the freeway, room 502. I would stay at this very clean, new hotel again. Breakfast is very good with healthy choices too! Short walk to the main Disney gate, and it's close to the freeway entrance/exit. Only thing is because it's a new hotel, taxis and Lyft/Uber rides do not realize it's there, just be sure they know the location.

Free breakfast has a good selection of food. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is great, a short walk to Disney.

Front desk staff and valet staff were nice but the hotel left a bit to be desired. Stayed 3 nights. I would probably be back, especially if they can fix a few issues. Pros: — Very close to Disneyland — Large clean rooms with sitting area — Nice clean pool — Nice hot breakfast, when stocked (see below) Cons: — $15 per day parking or you park somewhere else. Also, the "TXT us for your car" (before you leave your room, so it's there when you walk through the lobby) was very inconsistent. — 4 staff to keep "free breakfast" stocked but they were constantly out of one thing or another because staff was too busy joking in the kitchen and not keeping track of what was running low. Every single morning. — Dead bolt on room door (#320) did not work because the door lock and the strike plate are not aligned at all. Contractor and inspector should have gotten in big trouble. — Housekeeping could not get the room cleaned before we returned at 3pm for a quick rest. Every single day. Overall, a nice looking hotel with either some inexperienced staff or some lazy staff.

Hotel was wonderful. Staff were really friendly, specially the morning staff. Facilities were nice and clean. Our room was excellent. (2queen beds plus a pull out couch all very comfy and convenient when you have 3 kids along. ) It had a very nice big TV plus a sink, microwave, and fridge in room. The coffee was good, the breakfast ends a little early but with Mcdonald's and ihop so nearby we didn't mind much. Wifi was free and easy to connect to. All in all a wonderful stay. We almost didn't want to leave and with Disney such a short walk away that's saying something!

This is a wonderful hotel. It is very new, only open a few weeks when stayed as a guest. Parking is a huge draw back. The lack of parking is pitiful. Regardless, it is a beautiful property, no views, just of other hotels. The parking is shared with another hotel property, only option really, is valet, and then if valet is full, it is double/tripled parked behind self parked vehicles and handicap spots. So if you need to move your car, not a good idea unless you really need to. You will have to wait while the very courteous valet service moves others cars from behind you before you can leave. Yet you are charged for parking. The rooms are very nice. Breakfast is ok, express breakfast for sure, the sitting area is spacious and beautiful. Breakfast is hot items are in a steam pan located in lucite style cabinet with heat lamp. Cereals, pancakes, juice, milk and few other items. Staff really tries to work with you. Very Accommodating. As most hotels, there is a small area with snacks and amenities if needed. Which is a great perk. The luggage carts are fairly small for more than one person's things. The lobby is very nice, everything here is great. Definitely would recommend if arriving/taking shuttle, walking, biking, public transportation, self parking could be a long wait and walk from the actual hotel itself. Three stars only because of parking. Otherwise great stay!

We just stayed 3 nights at this beautiful new hotel! Would highly recommend this location. It is a very short walk to Disneyland, breakfast was great, valet was very fast, staff was very helpful and they all went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. They are working on the pool area still but we were able to enjoy the Hot tub after a long day at Disney. Akul at the front desk was amazing from the moment we walked in the door until we left!

The front desk is awesome, the hotel is modern, THE ROOMS ARE HUGE, and the location is great! Only a 7 min walk from the Disney entrance! I heard a guest complain about parking but what is 15 dollars compared to disneys 18 also you don't need to take the Disney tram to the park! Again the front desk is so accomidating destiny, Rebecca, Roy, Frankie, Johnathan were great! Will be staying there again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here… we arrived two days after they opened and the staff was wonderful … everyone went out of their way to make sure our family vacation was great. Can't beat the location… a 10 — minute walk to Disneyland… So convenient. Of course there were little glitches with a brand new hotel just opening, but the staff and Mr Flores, the manager, were on top of it as soon as we told them of any issues. The expanded continental breakfast was great … Really nice selection. I am very happy we lucked out getting this hotel and will make it our destination hotel on future visits… thank you!

Best HIE I've been in. Great rooms, huge tvs. Breakfast even seemed marginally better than the rest. Great staff. Valet was a little weird but you have to pay 15 to either self park or Valet so you might as well valet.

Amazing Hotel. Brand new and feels like it. Everything was so modern and design with families in mind. The staff were excellent and you cannot beat the location. Also — dont worry about any previous reviews that they were not open. They are open now.

Complete lack of integrity in this business. We booked this trip and made reservations 6months ago… We by chance called to confirm after seeing some bad reviews and sure enough… they took my money and reservation with no room available. We are booked to arrive in two weeks and no hotel to go to! At what point would they have bothered to inform us, after our 7 hour drive with two kids in the car? I don't understand hoe Holiday Inn could lend their name to such a shameful enterprise.

Like others my reservation was canceled due to the hotel not being opened yet. I'm giving it one star because of the time frame of when they notified me in relation to the date my reservation check in. My biggest question is the 5 star ratings that's seen here by a couple of "customers". How can u rate an establishment 5 stars before they're even open? You cannot possibly rate anything that you've never experienced. Something's fishy with the ratings…

The hotel is not even operational in Dec and accepted bookings in October. I had a shock of my life when I accidentally chanced upon reviews by others a night before I was due to head there. I had confirmation from IHG that its duly booked in October. When I called after finding out its not opened, the customer service staff just asked me to write an email to the gm. Guess what, I have written for more than 9 days, no soul from IHG (I wonder wheres the gm, has he Gone Missing (GM)? ) has contacted me! What a shame! I had to scramble for 3 hrs in a foreign country trying to fix my accommodation, çustomer service can't help me because I booked through third party, third party said they were not informed about the non-availability of the hotel. Come on IHG, you should not even open for booking when you are not prepared to open! Care to explain?

Why would you be booking rooms and then not let people know that you won't be open in time until 2 days before check in?

My reservation was cancelled today due to poor planning on their part… I booked it online a few weeks ago. Today I received an email with a reservation number not familiar to me, and a minute later I received another email with my reservation number… "Due to unforeseen circumstances the hotel delayed its opening date… basically — you need to find an alternate place to stay, they did however offer to assist me in making "alternate arrangements" but after leaving 3 messages, and talking to someone that didn't have a clue about what I was calling for — I GAVE UP! They did wish me "A GREAT DAY" as did the person that left me the voice message. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Planned on taking my kids to Disneyland 12/5/15 for first time (my son's birthday) … not looking good : (
