Really saddened that our second time coming to visit, Disneyland has closed and I am not able to receive any portion of a refund. Things that are beyond our control. Airlines giving refunds, concerts, but nope not this hotel.

Love this hotel nice breakfast and pool and close to Disney.

My family and I were absolutely excited to stay at a hotel so close to the Disney park, little did we know it would be an absolute disaster in less then 7 hours from when we checked in. Our room was called AFTER 10pm only to ask about $2.50, none of us knew what they were talking about. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the office staff myself who tried to blame my family member for breaking their dryer. My family didn’t even know there was a washer/dryer here. As I walked in to speak with them a second time, they took three people that walked in AFTER me and would not speak with me. This hotel is trying to blame a broken dryer on someone who did not even know there was a dryer here. I asked for video footage, there is none. I asked to speak to the worker who said it was my family member, and was told no as they left for the day. They will no longer speak with me and I have to wait until a manager gets here tomorrow. Spend a little more money and go to a QUALITY HOTEL.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and so close to the park! Perfect for families. The continental breakfast was a big help. We will stay here again. Keep up the great work.

I stayed here for 5 days with my daughters and it was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean rooms, right across the street from Disneyland so just a 5 minute walk to the main gate! Great continental breakfast with boiled eggs, pastries, toast, bananas, apples, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. Will definitely stay here again!

Walls are paper thin. Don’t waste your time. Terrible breakfast. Just book another hotel and save the hassle.

I use to love Desert Inn and Suites until today! They charged me for 1 night. They said I booked back in March, which I remember and cancelled because we let our AP expired and had no plans on going. We booked in Feb that I called in next day that they verified. Then I have a cancellation email from them on April 10th. They are telling me that email was from Feb booking. How is that so when he verified I called in the next day to cancel the Feb booking and I never got the cancellation email? Then he tells me the April email is for Feb?!? I’m confused here. I save every email and reservations in folder. How are you going to give me cancellation email 2 months later? I’ve stayed here many times and booked here and never had an issue. But definitely won’t be staying here again. The staff over the years has changed and just rude! They would also double charge us when we check out.

I loved the staff very helpful in ndoor pool I like their family sweet fits 10 people.

I do recommend Families to stay here so convenient but the only downside is no oversized vehicles 15 passenger van which put a damper on our stay especially because other people with oversized vehicles was allowed to park here. My family had to park next door which meant paying more for parking.

Friendly staff and good sized rooms. Love watching the fireworks from the rooftop patio. Best of all… location location location!

Can't beat the walk to Disneyland from here! Rooms are some of the nicer verses hotels around the park. Concierge was helpful and valet was extremely polite. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and the AC worked nice. The parking lot is very small and the breakfast could be better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My family has stayed at your hotel for many years now and it’s the only place we will stay! The staff treat all the guests like VIP’s. The rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable and better than any 5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. The continental breakfast in the mornings are fantastic and they have plenty of selection for guests of all ages and likes/dislikes. I love the valet parking— nothing beats pulling into the front of your hotel and letting someone else park the car after a long day out and about… and the valet attendants are extremely welcoming and full of information about the area… love those guys! Housekeeping staff are courteous and very thorough… in all the times I’ve stayed I have never had one concern about the cleanliness of my room… they kill it every time! The front desk staff are warm and welcoming and have a “can do” attitude. They are always willing to accommodate our requests and they offer flexible service to adapt to individual needs. Honestly, I never expected to find such a gem of a hotel in such a highly visited area… nothing is run down and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It truly is a treasure and I feel right at home when I stay, and I’m always treated like family. I can’t wait to visit again and again and again… and I won’t even consider staying anywhere else! Hats off to everyone that makes this place so special!

You can’t beat the location. It’s right across the street from the South Harbor entrance to Disneyland. It’s definitely an older place and could use some updating, but it’s clean and reasonably priced. We usually stay here because of the their “Parlor Suite” options which have a smaller room connected to the main room which has a closing door. This is a WONDERFUL option when you have little ones that are used to their own space and you don’t have to worry about waking them.

Made a reservation for adjoining rooms and didn't get it. This is not a luxury hotel, but the rooms are pretty decent in size. It's all about the location though. Across the street from the walking entrance to the park which is awesome. They also have roof access with some patio furniture so you can watch the fireworks go off.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Extra electrical outlets were very nice. Even had a light-up light switch as you enter the room. Great details. Employees were polite and helpful.

Check in was easy. Location is great! It’s a very easy walk to Disneyland and many nearby restaurants. Walking from the lobby to the crosswalk to Disneyland is less than a minute. Breakfast was set up to easily keep line moving. We never had a long wait over the 4 days we were there. There was a selection of fresh fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee and orange juice. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping good. There is also a fireworks viewing area on the roof. Parking was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Complete incompetence with shipping and receiving of packages. They are rude on the phone and inconsiderate, placing blame on guests when internally, they cannot competently relay a message. I ordered a package to be sent. It arrived and was signed for on 6/13. The hotel left a message for the guest and when the guest called the front desk, she was repeatedly told they were unaware of any package for her. One week later, after the stay was completed, the hotel emailed the guest about the package, and said SHE could pay to reroute the shipping. This is preposterous because the gift arrived on time while she was on vacation and just wasn't put in her hands, despite repeated attempts of her reaching out to the desk for details. Nothing was mentioned at check out, nothing was brought to the room. Do not trust this hotel with receiving anything of value, especially not a gift for a guest. They are semipolite on the phone but will not assume even the slightest blame for their own process inefficiencies.

Nice and close! Free breakfast and it's still one of the best priced places! Even with getting a suite, so the kids get their own room.

Very reasonably priced hotel directly across the street from Disneyland. So glad I discovered it. We stay here every trip now. Not a 5 star hotel but a clean place to sleep. Refrigerator, microwave and free continental breakfast. What more do you need?

We have stayed here twice now. This hotel is very nice having suites and family suites which are great for our family of 4. The kids have their own room with their own TV giving us more space than a hotel room. The staff is friendly and I like that they will check you in hours before your room is ready, so you know there won't be any problems when you come back from Disneyland to get your room keys. The hotel is directly across the street from the Disneyland entrance. The walk across the street and into the park is shorter and less of a headache than parking in the Disney parking lot and waiting for trams to drive you to the entrance. The free breakfast is self serve. Pastries, toast your own bread, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. Fairly simple but not bad and enough to fill you up before going to the park. This hotel is our favorite as we cannot afford to stay in the park. We will be coming back here.

Great location. Great place. I didn't give it a 4 because the pull out mattress was horrible along with the under the sink. The pipes where not fitted correctly so much 6 month old hit it and water leaked out. Yet for the price it was great. My family paid under 170 for a family of 6! I do also wish the had a better pool. It's a inside pool… in California… really… that needs to change.

If you don’t catch one of the available parking spots, you will have to valet your car. Mandatory valet. No choice. Valet pulls our car up this morning and there was some damage to the rear bumper. Brandon points it out and they immediately hand him claim paperwork. He takes a picture of it, walks around to the other side and the side is torn apart. Dented, paint gone, wavy. It’s awful to look at. They hit a cement cylinder and kept going. Super amazing. So to deal with this while on vacation was really fun. Took all morning, since it’s private property police wouldn’t come so Brandon had to drive to the police station to file a report. He missed out on most of our day because of this and it really makes me angry. The valet company clearly lacks the judgement, and driving skills needed to be dealing with the volume that they get. I understand, it’s not the hotel — but it’s the company the hotel contracts, and the hotel didn’t seem to care one bit — even management. So even though the hotel is in the ideal location, their lack of their ability to handle this situation is insane. Who wants to go on a vacation and deal with this? Their car being so insanely damaged and there was nothing you could do because you TRUSTED a company to take care of something you take care of?!

Very family friendly. Breakfast could be better. Parking is by valet when the lot is full, they are very quick to get your car. Pool was cold and a little smaller than we expected. Incredibly convenient for going to Disneyland. We would stay there again.

The room accommodations are average for hotels that are in close proximity to the parks. The continental breakfast delivers as advertised. For those parents out there, keep in mind that there was a $10 per night charge for a crib. We reserved a two bedroom suite that fits our needs; however, these rooms do not block outside and neighbor noise at all. We are right above the hotel laundry room, and you can hear a loud humming at all hours day and night. We are located on the third floor and you can hear every footstep the upstairs occupants take. Even with a sound machine, this room did not make for a restful environment, and for that reason I am only rating this motel 3 stars.

No frills budget option for your next visit to Anaheim. The amenities are extremely basic and the rooms are a tad outdated. My bed was somewhat firm, which is okay because that’s how I like my mattress but I think lots of people will probably be uncomfortable with how firm it is.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it has always been an enjoyable experience. The property itself is well maintained and I’ve never had a complaint about my room. I stayed here for work and a vast majority of the guests are Disney park goers so it is a more family oriented crowd with lots of kids, but as long as that doesn’t bother you this is a nice option to stay at.

This is really a nice hotel option for a family Disney Vacation. Even though we didn’t stay here my husband and I did some recon while driving around to check out some of the other hotels in preparation of our next Disney family vacation. The rooms were all very clean and modern and I know that the kids will love the pool that’s tucked away behind the building and feels very private.   The front desk attendant was very friendly and was more than willing to answer any questions we had about the property. Assuming we can get a good deal on it we will likely be staying here next year when we visit again!

Stayed here for the first time this past weekend and It was very clean and perfect location for our trip to Disneyland. Located Directly across from the entrance to both parks. The beds were comfortable and the suite with 4 queen beds was perfect for my large family. Would definitely stay here in the future.

The location is great. The rooms are clean. My family enjoyed the breakfast. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours after check out and visit downtown Disney while we waited for our ride. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was very spotty. Sometimes you could get on for a couple of minutes, then it would be gone again.

There was toothpaste on our sheets indicating that they weren't changed. The furniture in the room is very beat up. You have to pay for parking unlike the Parkview in next door. There are many nearby hotels that I have enjoyed more.

Rates and location are great! Rooms are clean. Valet did a good job. Our a/c didn't work as well as it should, but technically functioned (not really a problem since its January). Would definitely stay here again.

The place is clean, the bedding is pretty nice, the workers are very nice. There was very little water pressure and it was lukewarm at best in the shower. Pool is closed and we weren't informed so that was a bummer. Keep in mind you'll be charged an extra $11 per night if you have a vehicle however you can park yourself and if there's no self parking the valet parking will do it for free. Breakfast includes Bagels, danishes, cereal, eggs, fruit including apples and oranges, oatmeal, and drinks like apple juice and orange juice.

Excellent location right across from the main Disneyland entrance. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Swimming pool a little cold for December. Decent continental breakfast. Maid service great. Clean room and plenty of air conditioning. Also super close to restaurants nearby, Dennys, IHOP and others.

The staff was very rude! Very noisy place to stay could not get any sleep! We checked out early because of rude staff! Had to miss a day of Disneyland to look for another place to stay! I am looking for the corporate number!

Hotel location was awesome. Rooms were decent for the price paid — dated, but certainly great for the $$ we paid and they were clean, functional and we found the beds comfortable. Quiet at night and we slept great. Only reason we didn't give a five star review was that there was mixed service at front desk. One person would be great, helpful and friendly — next person would be surly, annoyed and definitely not helpful. So, luck of the draw on front desk. Maintenance and maids were very nice. Had lack of hot water one day and fixed immediately. We had a suite, so just used the 2nd bathroom that day. Those things happen and they handled it perfectly.

It is very close to Disneyland. Definitely good for walking distance. The breakfast is simple, but I hop and Dennys are next to the hotel. Also walking distance to McDonald's and panera. Furniture is a run down but otherwise clean. The noise from other floors is audible so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. And last but not least the comforter could be a little thicker. So if you are looking for a basic hotel and going to Disneyland I would recommend it.

Like other reviews, this place is a little dated but for the price and cleanliness it can't be beat. Staff was friendly. Parking is little tight. Stayed for 7 days and had a great time.

I cannot give this hotel 5 stars, because it is a little rundown. That being said, it is very clean, which I appreciate. The location is more convenient than even the Disneyland hotel itself. The pool is indoor, which is strange for socal, but all in all worth the price, and much cleaner than legacy or the candy cane inn.

Your staff needs work and furniture updating. The valet the day I arrived were rude and disrespectful as was one of the "gentlemen" at the front desk. You need to inform your guest that there is onw car per room and then have your staff be professional about it. The front desk person did not bother to see if I could get a key said come back at three. … and waived me off about an additional car. I spoke to him again the next morning and he was just as rude and miserable. The staff in the evening at vaelt were a delight as well as the female working the front desk who did get me a room before three. Your location is great but your staff lost you a customer. Don't be complacent because of your location.

Someone was pounding on our door at 1145pm claiming he had been assigned that room and that we needed to leave. Problem is we had checked in at like 3pm and had been in and out of the room all day so clearly we were in the right place. They started violently shaking the door which woke my two toddlers up in a panic because they thought someone was trying to break into our room. They finally left after 10 minutes of yelling and shaking the door. Then the front desk calls to ask us what's going on. Uh. Well I'm guessing you guys double booked the room number because the person pounding on our door didn't seem drunk or otherwise intoxicated. They then asked if we were sure we were in the right room. Well… You have us room keys and told us a room number and it's been working all day. But just in case the chaotic seen outside the door to our room didn't totally traumatize my toddlers; the phone ringing super loud totally finished them off. No one from the hotel has communicated with us at all today and unfortunately with the trick or treat stuff at Disneyland all the other hotels are full; otherwise I would have checked out today and gone to any other hotel. My toddlers finally calmed down and felt safe enough to sleep at around 3am this morning and it has essentially wiped out a day from our Disneyland trip because they are so beat tired. The experience was terrible enough.

Our room is very nice and clean and the staff is friendly! Valet parking is available since the normal parking is full. They brought our car up very fast, within about 5 minutes! The best part is we are right across the street from DISNEYLAND so we can just walk!

The proximity to Disneyland is the best part of this place. The continental breakfast was decent and the access to a hot tub was great. If you have to use the roll out couch bed I wouldn't recommend it as the springs are very hard.

Great location, great deal, perfect place to sleep, close to restaurants and across the street from Disneyland. For the rate you can not go wrong. We even got free breakfast included, and they gave us coupons for restaurants. Room had two tv's, one in a small living room. Furniture is a little dated but still in good condition.

This is our family's go-to hotel when it comes to visiting Southern California. We never enjoyed any other hotel besides this one right here. It is right across from Disneyland, so you could literally walk. There is an iHop and a Denny's right nearby. The staff were very welcoming and did everything they could to ensure our week there would be pleasant. Parking wasn't much of a problem as it was last year. The rooms were clean when we arrived and we didn't have any problems with the maids (actually, they had outdone themselves. Room was spotless) We will totally stay here for our next trip.

The location is great if you want to go to Disneyland. It's only a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are nice and roomy for the price. The service it good and also offer free Wi-Fi.

Stayed here for three days and three nights. And I was very nice. Quick access to Disneyland and great maid service. Also very close to restaurants. Definitely will stay again.

It's a very nice room and hotel. The people are nice and the room are spacious and comfortable. With accesses to the roof (where the Disney fireworks can be seen) and pool and spa, it is a very relaxing and family friendly environment.

So, the location is awesome for spending a week at Disneyland and California Adventure. It's right at the parks' entrance. The service was also awesome as any need was quickly addressed. So those are the highlights… The reason for 3 stars is that the accommodations are in desperate need for updating. The place is very run down. Our A/C unit's fan didn't work and they had to bring us a large fan to push the cool air into the room. The shower head had a bad leak and soaked the bathroom floor the first night so they had to replace it. The towels, carpets, furniture and bedding was in horrible condition and need to be replaced. All in all, for the location and great service along with the price, I'd say, nobody would be upset with their stay here but like me, a bit dissapointed over the accommodations but VERY PLEASED over the location and service.

Incredible location for access to Disneyland. Very reasonably priced. Clean enough. It is obvious that furniture and the like have seen better days. However, seeing as one is there only to put one's head down and shower, who cares. Staff nice and responsive as well. Luxury hotel it is not but I do not think you can beat the value and location.

I stayed here with my sister in a parlour suite, this place was great, staff were friendly and very helpful and were efficient in our requests. The facilities were great with laundry, pool, spa and vending. Location is awesome both for tired Disney feet as well as food outlets and groceries. The only downside is the room was dark and a little dated but the price reflects this too, you're not paying for a Disney hotel after all, All in all yes I'd stay here again and yes I'd recommend the accommodation to others. So far everything is clean and well taken care of. BreakfaSt could be better, buy overall things are great. Walking distance to disneyland doesn't hurt either.

Excellent location for Disneyland! It is right across the street from Disney entrance… couldn't be any closer for a non-Disney property (no shuttles, no buses, no BS). Parking was easy (if they have open spots) … we got there at 8am and were able to park right away, even though we didn't check in until later that day… $9/day. Room was very clean and had fridge/coffee maker. Large room was more than adequate for 2 adults and 2 kids. Would probably be fine for 4 adults. They got us a room at 2pm (1 hour before check in), so it was perfect for naps before we headed back to Disneyland and stayed till close at 10pm. Breakfast is typical continental… nothing special here. However, there is a Denny's right next door and an IHOP one block down and a McDonalds 2 blocks down. We started at Disney at 9am… stayed till 1pm… ate lunch at Dennys… and then checked in for nap time at 2pm… then headed back to Disneyland at 5pm and stayed till close. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Place is nothing special but — the property is clean and well maintained, the rooms were clean and big, everything worked, and the staff was courteous. The price was reasonable considering location — $168 total for one night with parking… although this was off season and Thursday. If you are looking for classy, this is not it. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to rest your head while concentrating on maximizing your Disneyland adventure, this place is perfect for that.

Stayed for two nights, decently clean hotel. Horrible pillows and the bed, might as well sleep on the floor. But the staff is nice and rooms are nice. Suuer close to Disneyland!

The Anaheim Desert Inn is directly across the street from the entrance to Disneyland. It takes less time to walk to the hotel and get back in your room than it did to wait for a shuttle to the parking lot or to some of the more distant hotels. The rooms are adequate and clean but feel a bit dated. The free breakfast and Wi-Fi are nice. The park-yourself parking is limited but they also have free valet parking. When I come to go to Disneyland this is where I stay. A friend has an annual pass and comes here often and has tried all the other close ones and recommend this one.

This was very close to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking costs $9 a day because they use a valet company to help with how tight the parking is. The pool is indoor. The hotel says it is a heated pool but it was cold. The breakfast was cereal, juice, coffee, tost, boiled eggs, oranges, mini muffins and danishes. Not much at all compared to other hotels I have been to.

Location: Right across from Disneyland was perfect and no one in their right mind can complain Service: Everyone was polite and ready to help Rooms: Acceptable, clean and kept but that's about it. Disappointed that the family suits only had one shower for two conjoined rooms. Continental Breakfast: Terrible much better off bitting the bullet and going to one of the restaurants that are walking distance away.

Rooms are clean, free inroom Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, tv, hot water, and right across the street from Disney! Not anything fancy, but they have everything you need! I would stay there again!

The location of this hotel is by far the best feature it offers. Its directly across the street from Disneyland entrance. Also has a few restaurants very close by like Dennys, Captain kids buffet, IHOP, Cold stone creamery, McDonalds and Panera. The rooms are clean and offer a refrigerator and microwave. Another big plus for us was the laundry facility we had a child throw up on our way there and we were able to wash all of the soiled clothing! The free breakfast was ok I wish they served more protein other than just the boiled eggs. All the staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay there again on our next Disney trip.

The location is perfect, right across the street from Disneyland. The rooms are very clean and never smell bad. Service is top notch. We have been going to this hotel yearly since 2001 and loved it every time!

The only thing I liked about this place was that It was right across the street from the Disney Parks and next door to Denny's and for staying at this hotel we received a 10% discount. Other than that my experience was HORRIBLE starting with the parking. They don't have a lot of self parking slots, and the ones they do have are very compact. Luckily they have valet parking at no extra cost, however it was inconvenient to have to go down to the parking garage to get items I forgot to bring up. The Room I booked was nothing like the pictures on their website, and the carpets were extremely dirty and smelly! The beds were hard and the pillows were even harder! The room I stayed in was on the second floor, and fairly close to the elevator, which I though was great until I heard the elevator beep every time someone went up or down ALL NIGHT LONG! The "continental breakfast" was nothing more than pastries, cereal, and hard boiled eggs. If you still do decide to stay here after reading this review make sure you are constantly checking your bank account because on top of being charged for the first nights stay two days prior to my arrival, and again the remaining balance upon my arrival and check in, I was charged half of my room cost AGAIN for an unknown reason the day after I checked in and AGAIN for the full amount when I checked out.

This is the best hotel and staff you can get here and disneyland is right across. Rooms is very clean. Breakfast is not the best but be happy desert inn supplies it for free, at lease you got food to start the day, its better than driving some where or go next door and spend more money on breakfast. Save your money for the turkey leg in disneyland you can feed 2-4 bodies with it. Lol need to stop thinking like the american way, we have to eat eggs, oatmeal, bacon, pork links and hash brown etc. Proud to be an american, but with the economy like this its all about survival and keep our kids happy and enjoy the vacation.

Rooms are decent, clean, comfortable and great for very large or small groups. Really, really easy and quick acess to the park. Plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby.

Do not leave anything behind at this hotel and expect any customer service. The established practice is to lock away items in Lost and Found but not keep a record or call hotel customers the day items are found. If you call about your lost items you are not told if they have been found and if the room is rented again there is no assistance to check if item has been found. The current occupants may be left with your item until you are able to speak to head of housekeeping only during certain hours. If you should happen to speak with Scott, be prepared for answers such as "Well *I* wouldn't have left my items behind". Thank you Scott. Did you learn that at a top business school course? Close to Disneyland, but close to non existent customer service practices when they count, when you've already left and paid the bill. This must be a cash cow because no management or owners can be reached or contacted outside general daily business hours to assist.

Was there last week of july 2015. Suite for 6. Room was great. Clean, staff did great job. Will be returning.

I booked here for my vacation from Arizona to Disneyland. First let's say the good thing about it is that it really is directly across the street from Disneyland so no shuttles! When I arrived at 3:30 (check in is at 3) my room was not ready. Check out time is 11 am so I don't know what happened. They had to give me a whole new room. Now, you would think for the price of this hotel and it's location that they would serve a HOT continental breakfast. The only thing served here is danish, toast, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Um… wtf $309 a night people. Valet… don't get me started. No parking what-so-ever. Now valet is free so you don't have to tip or pay them; but when they move your vehicle seven times over 3 days you gotta ask, "excuse me, is gas fuc## free? " When the gas pump is $4.79 you don't move my vehicle. They used a whole quarter tank of my gas moving it as many times as they did. The pool looked unsanitary as well. The only thing wrong in my room, which was a suite for 10 people, was the carpet. OMG wear socks. The carpet is never cleaned and there are stains everywhere of God only knows what. The pillows are super hard too. You can punch them and break your wrist lol. So bring your own. Not worth the $1500 spent.

Convenient and reasonably priced. Our room had a microwave and a fridge, although we didn't use either one. Bed was not that comfy, but I was tired after surviving the Disneyland Diamond 24 hr kickoff so I knocked out pretty quick regardless. I'm convinced that the door actually makes the outside noise louder inside the room. I could hear everything clearly. It was very distracting and not pleasant. I'd stay here again if I had to, just because it's so close to the walking entrance to Disneyland. Other than that I didn't enjoy it.

Ver Clean, Very Nice Staff, Close to Disneyland Theme Parks. And free breakfast. Who can beat that.

You can't beat the price for this location. On Harbor Blvd right across from the entrance from the park! We comfortably slept 5 adults in the Parlor Suite (has a separate small room on the entry with a fold out couch and extra TV). I've stayed at many places along Harbor Blvd and have found that this is the best. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Amazing hotel. Lockers, indoor pool and jacuzzi, continental breakfast, gift shop. Literally right across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland. Super affordable, friendly staff. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We had the opportunity to stay here while we visited my sister and niece, a few days after New Years day. My niece really enjoyed the warm indoor pool, which we don't get to see for the affordable price we paid. The room was clean, smelled good and had the amenities we needed. It's directly across from Disneyland, next to several restaurants, making it's location very convenient since we were visiting the parks. The only thing that we should let other's know is to not expect a 'filling' breakfast. You can get a decent cup of coffee and toast, but nothing bigger than that. That said, management was great and the valet had awesome customer service.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, attention or say, clean rooms. My booking via the internet was cancelled until it arrived, but nevertheless supported me in the room, despite the saturated were. Widely recommended.

Location is excellent! Lobby and attendants are very nice and take care of requests immediately. At time of making reservation, I had requested a room that would be in a QUIET area. At time of arrival, I again, reminded lady at desk and she in fact already had a sticky note regarding it. When arriving to my room, it was situated next door to rooms they were renovating. I called down to desk and spoke with manager and he immediately arranged another room, which he upgraded us to a Suite at no additional charge. He brought the key to us. He stated that the people at the desk are aware of where the renovation is being done and he apologized for their error. I give it a 4 star; as trying to get breakfast is difficult, as it is such a small room. But as far as room 5star.
