The hotel is an average hotel that seems to charge above average prices for what it is. While staying at best Western will get you a few breakfast with a variety of items, there's no free breakfast here. There is complimentary coffee, though. We were awoken at some ridiculous early time like 2 am to some loud vacuuming in the hall. Also, our window, like many others, was adjacent to the parking. So all parking lot noises fill the room. The beds are too soft and the pillows too large, likely to give many people a hurting neck. I would not ever stay here again based on this experience, unless it were free.

It has been a while since I last booked a room here with my family. Before, the beds were old and out of fashioned. However, aftering coming back after a long time, there has been some positive changes to the place. The beds are now new and the sheets as well as pillows are now all white. I really love the changes because the beds are no longer tacky and old-looking. The workers there are great and very kind. I wanted to change my room 3 times because I was not satisfied with the view. However, they did not get mad but instead made me a new card each time the room wasn't to my satisfaction. The place is a bit expensive, but book before hand and I think you'll get your money's worth. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back!

This location is affordable and great if you're looking to stay around the Little Saigon area. The rooms are accurate to the photos posted online. However, the Wi-Fi is not high-speed. We constantly have problems connecting in our rooms and told the front desk to where they acted like I was stupid and didn't know how to connect. The guy gave me the number to IT services and did not help either. The bedsheets don't seem to be cleaned daily when new customers come. When we came to a new room, the sheets had stains on them that resembled period blood from a previous customer. It only looked new when we came in because the maids made the beds and "cleaned" the rooms. Also if you're planning to stay, request a room that's not on the side of the hotel with the old construction site.

It's a nice hotel with all the amenities we need, the ice machine is broken on our floor but the other levels aren't. There is also a gym with a few treadmills and other machines, as well as a pool to do some short laps in. The staff is really nice and understanding. The location is also really nice as it is close to the Korea Town and Little Saigon

My first impression from the outside was "Oh No" but honestly it is one of the cleanest older hotels I have stayed in. The front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. The jacuzzi was cold, which was a little bit of a downer, but it could have been a temporary mechanical problem. The picture of the pool online doesn't tell the true story about it's size but we had it to ourselves. The beds are comfortable and it's very affordable. You can tell someone really cares about this hotel. I would stay again for another basketball tournament.

Very friendly and understanding staff, very fun and interesting group of attendants.

The service here is amazing. Parking is plentiful, Wi-Fi is well put around the place. The service desk is very helpful. Would recommend to anyone

Good service. Parking and building is smaller than it looks but very spacious. Great place to have events.

Its a bit outdated, and some of the furnishings dont match well together. Its a convenient location and its kept relatively clean. Based on a 115$ price point

Nice staff and hotel in a great location. Needs to be updated to compete wit Hilton brand hotels

They said they would charge my card once I arrived at the hotel, they didn't, they charged it before I got there. Then for some reason the card didn't go through, although there was plenty of money in the account. I had to interrupt my trip to call them once I received a cancellation email. I called to rectify the mistake and got poor customer service. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was blasting music through the whole building; room was not very clean; TV didn't work; beds were too small; I reserved the room for 4 adults and we didn't get enough towels. Never staying here again!

Great location, not far from Disney. Very spacious rooms with a wonderful amount of counters and dressers.

Place is huge. Has vending machines for actual food like sandwiches, soda, snacks, etc. Has washing machine but you have to insert coins in for it to work. Had car rental service provided. Huge lounge area near the entrance. You can use your AAA for discount when booking for your room.

Karaoke bar attached makes for a terrible amount of noise in the parking lot at night. J was here for a Disney run and was woke up at 1:30 am by yelling in the parking lot. Holes in the bathroom towels to boot. Oh and since I was up at 1:30 am and ran a 5k at 4:00 am came back to sleep in afternoon. However, they failed to tell us the were testing the fire alarm system I was wkoe up by it beeping called to let them know and they were like yes its a test for about an hour. So much for sleeping I guess my race at 3:00 am will be super fun with zero sleep.

The houskeeping usually come to clean around 10am. Even though I didnt go out yet, she came into ma room several times.

I just went to i•Tango for a birthday celebration, boo boo. It's a loungey type of area, a bit small if you asked me, but it is easy to find. There's a stage and I believe two long tables in the center of the room with 6-8 lounge couches on either side.

I stay here often. There is two female desk workers that are unpleasant as usual. Other tgan that… Good location to stay.

Tam T.

If you can sleep with noises and wouldn't mind an out dated restroom then I recommend because the price is decent and really close to a lot of Asian foods. The AC is super old and very loud and it takes a very long time to cool the room. I would NOT come back.

Adriana L.

We like this place is clean and have a good location. I give them 3 stars because when we arrive I find a wet spot on the carpet, I call the lobby and someone arrive really quick to clean it. No more problems after that.

Anh-thu L.

The room is really nice with the soft beds and having the sink separated from the shower and bathroom. The room looks modern and well furnished. I liked how the lights were automatic, it makes night time trips to the bathroom easier if needed. My parents enjoyed having the Vietnamese channels to watch on the tv. The location is nice in how it is next to everything I need. The only complaints are the Wi-Fi was bad, some towels or pillow were a bit stained, and our room was not cleaned when we were away.

Good hotel. Definitely a safe place … clean and quiet

If you're in California to check out the many wonders or theme parks, Ramada Plaza in Garden Grove is definitely a solid place if you're mainly there for the overnight stay. It's got all the standard stuff: cleanliness, comfortable beds, a shower, a fridge, and a TV, though some rooms may be slightly different depending what you pick. As far as the basics are concerned, there aren't any problems. However, there are a few things that aren't guaranteed to brighten your stay or always work. The Wi-Fi provided isn't always smooth or quick, and there is also a large construction project that has been abandoned for many years now, standing right next to the plaza. While this makes Ramada very easy to find, it doesn't make the view entirely pleasant if that's what you prefer in your overnight stay. Other than that, this place has what you need if you're visiting the area for a couple days or so, so go ahead and give it a go if you're in need of some overnight lodgings!

Hotel is OK. If you are looking for a place for you and your family to stay for a few near all. In a prime area next to alot of amenities. Close to Disney. Room was decent. Just do like we did and ask to stay on the highest floor and you won't even know the karaoke bar is downstairs.

Tran L.

Rooms are nice, second time staying here and have great experience. The services js good as well.

Sean N.

The room, I could sleep in there all week. It's so comfortable.

Han L.

It has been a great experience so far staying at the Ramada Plaza. The service is great, especially the housekeeping. The only downfall is that it can be somewhat loud at night due to there being a lounge at the hotel and many drunk people loitering.

Anthony T.

The new remodeling is very appealing to the eyes. The customer service is amazing. Only a few complaints. The AC is weak, the pillows aren't very soft and the shower head needs a bit more power. Otherwise great hotel. Would come back. Would highly recommend to friends. Great low price

K1ller S.

Very loud parties at night but other than that it is fine.

Emily G.

I've stayed here several times, with the construction sometimes it can be confusing driving or otherwise accessing the hotel. The scene is pretty good and busy, this W is a bit more dated than others in the lobby/bar, but the rooms are very nice. The staff is excellent here.

Tracy P.

There's construction right infront of my hotel room.

Kyle R.

Basic hotel, could improve my adding in some breakfast

Christine R.

If you're not Korean, look elsewhere because you will feel VERY out of place here. Customers and staff will glare at you. Don't bring kids here, there is a small night club in the lobby and often a pack of people smoking outside the only enterance to the hotel which is also the entertance to the small club. NEVER returning!

Amanda M.

It was pretty great for the price. Reminded me alot of the Marriott in Huntington beach… xcept way less expensive… only odd thing was that I found a few extacy pills under the bed… wouldn't advise taking your kids here… thank god I found it and not someone's kid… maid service is lazy apprently.

Liem L.

Cant use other card, horrible customer service. And manerger wasnt helping at all

Dan D.

This is a hotel in a very ethnic part of southern CA, mainly Vietnamese and Korean. English is not a requirement for stay which brings in very interesting characters and scenes. For 100$ it is passable, clean bathrooms and decent service. The pool is smaller than the photos 20x20 feet max and it is close to a freeways. If you simply want a place to sleep at night this is fine.
