A MUST place to visit! Offers several different water areas for all ages. Being a disabled senior the one thing I enjoyed and was grateful they had were wheelchairs that you could take in the water. They also had lifts in several area's. The rooms are nice and very clean. Our room had a small refrigerator, microwave and a small basket of snacks which my grandkids loved. The staff treated everyone with such kindness, very polite and professional. Once you arrive you NEVER have to leave the property because they have it all. From food, cocktails, bowling, miniature golf, arcade games and much more. There's truly something for everyone. I know I'll return and hopefully with all 11 grandchildren next time! Enjoy, I sure did!

So fun! There is so much for the kids to do they have arcade, quests, build a bear, and of course the water park is great! Amazing customer service. My daughter scraped her knee and they had a person designated to tend to her. Will definitely go back we became grandparents of the year! I can go on and on!

This place is pretty great for a family vacation! Only stayed one night (over the weekend) but we had plenty to do — we liked it so much, we might make it a yearly thing! Everyone was polite and courteous (except for this one employee who was kind of rude about the wristbands). The food was pretty good and my nephew was able to get pictures with the characters at the breakfast buffet! We stayed in a suite and it was perfect for the 8 of us.

Travis at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful, even though we had an odd reservation. The water park was very fun, my kid had a blast! Jacqueline at Scoops was very pleasant, and Mauricio at Buckets helped me find the perfect drink for my evening. The room is clean, nicely furnished and cozy. There are a lot of people, and it can seem daunting at times, but there are enough elevators to keep everyone moving. It was a very pleasant first day. Oliver is adorable, by the way.

We went with our daughter and grandchildren. This place is AMAZING! Water park for all ages of play until 8:30; dance parties, yoga, face painting, various fun activities etc. Right off the lobby for the kids all day up until 10 p. M. You never have to leave. There are several places to eat at the lodge — or use your in & out privileges from the parking garage to go elsewhere. The quests keep the kids busy, running, thinking and cooperating. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Great Wolf Lodge. This is our 4 visit and each time the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Our little girl loves Great Wolf Lodge and always picks it over Disneyland! The restaurants are good, the rooms are nice and clean, the water park is a blast. We did the character breakfast and it was a lot of fun. The characters each take time with you and make the kids feel special.

My family and had a great time at the Great Wolf Lodge. There was tons to do and the staff was super friendly. We had a blast at the water park. I wish we would have known a little more about the resort before going. I would have booked more than just one night. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was really nice that our wrist bands worked as keys to our room so we didn't have to worry about carrying around anything. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great time! We took our 4 grandsons (ages 8 & 6-triplets) for a one night stay. The room was great — clean & comfortable. The water park was fantastic — the kids loved the wave pool & the Crooked Creek. You have to get to the park early to get a chair. There wasn't very much instruction on the big slides, so we just followed the crowd. All in all, we loved it!

Rooms were nice, but the room service could be much better. I requested blankets, and received them 5 hours later. In the morning found out why they kept bringing remotes to our room. The remotes were supposed to go to another room that was on the same account. As a hotel, it was a 1. The water park was amazing with reasonable wait times for slides, plus kiddie area for younger kids. Overall, it was fun for the whole family.

Rob B.

Fun for the kids. Very loud inside the water park. You can not hear one another if you are trying to converse. Not enough seating if you want to try and relax. Water rides very fun. Inside the water park is warm perfect if you are going in and out of the water. Food is not bad. They have gluten free foods. Prices for food typical for an amusement park. Room we were in was a standard room and was nice with large flat screen TV. Rooms are clean. Again, kids will love the water park.

If you plan on getting your water park passes around 1:00 before you check in you should expect to wait at least a half hour in line. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The price was good for the room and the included water park passes. The basic room was good, the other themed rooms are much more expensive and not worth it in my opinion. We saved money by bringing our own food into our room. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. The food we did buy from there was pizza which was okay. I suggest visiting the water park early in the morning and taking a lunch and maybe a movie break between 1-4 to avoid the large crowds and return to the water park after 4 until it closes. I was not happy to see an $18 parking fee on my bill. Overall, this was a good trip but I suggest getting a special room rate by booking early or looking for a promotion.

I’ve been wanting to go here since it opened and finally did. We got a room with the little den for the kids and they had a blast! They loved the water park, they did magic quest, the build a bear type thing, played in the arcade, got candy from the candy shop, danced at the bubble party, and did crafts too. They wanted to live here forever. The other guests here were friendly. The staff was attentive and thoughtful and dealt with our little hick ups beautifully. I really really loved being there for four days for so many reasons. However, the negatives were really negative. The beds are terrible, like cardboard. The towels were really Small and smelled like chemicals. We ordered the birthday package and it was on the wrong day, the cake was smashed, and two of the balloons were deflated when we entered our room. The rooms were not cleaned conveniently. I went to the housekeeping cart and got the things I needed and used the vacuum the second day we were there. Everyone woke up with a scratchy voice and a cough after the first night and it escalated from there. The last afternoon there I started to get sick. My eyes burned and my body ached. My voice was all but gone and I couldn’t stop couching. Four out of the six people in my family have been to the ER so far because we’re so sick. Everything coming out both ends, can’t breath, can’t stop coughing, eyes watering and burning so you can’t see. This is the worst sickness I’ve had in years.

It is very fun place for the entire family spends tudia so fast I recommend it

This place was just okay … Kids had fun. The actual water park is small, and very stuffy and hot inside. It would have been great if the roof opened up to get some fresh air in there! The rooms were spacious, however they seemed old, and not upgraded or updated at all. It's very expensive to stay there with limited food and entertainment options. I'm glad we went although we won't be returning there.

Christiam S.

This place is Great! I came with my family to spend a few days and we had an amazing time here. Staff is super friendly. Prices for food are within reasonable. Breakfast buffet is delicious a wide variety for adults and kids. Waffles are yummy! They have characters wandering through the tablets waiving and taking pics with you. Heads Up, ask for a room near elevator area, otherwise prepared yourself for a loooong walk to the elevator area. There are 6 elevators however the way is layout the building (T shape) all the elevators are grouped in one area. Don't worry about parking fee (self parking) just hand ticket in at front desk and they take care of it. Food inside is not overpriced and very good after hours of been having fun in the water park. Hotel also have an "assistant" who will text you once you check in. You can ask any sort of questions like Disneyland tickets, shuttle to Disney, almost anything. Go with your family. I recommend this place 100%

My three-year-old twins enjoy Great Wolf Lodge and this was our third visit. Our previous visits were fairly flawless. This last visit went mostly well. As a clean hotel to stay overnight, it's great. As a fun destination for kids, with lots of activities, it's great as well. Where it missed the mark for us this time and ruined our overall experience was dinner at their Lodge Wood Fired Grill. Completely terrible customer experience from beginning to end. We are normally easy going, but it was so bad, that we had to bring up the issues we experienced and observed to the manager. The manager was very apologetic, assured us he would address the problems to improve things going forward, and offered to comp us breakfast the following morning. For their sake, I hope he followed through because we honestly do enjoy visiting Great Wolf Lodge.

Susan L.

Very friendly and helpful staff member checked us in. She was quick, but still made time to chat with each one of our 5 kids. The water park is clean and safe. They periodically do drills to test the response time of life guards by sneaking a child-size dummy into the water. Very pleased with response time of the life guards. We brought our own food. You are allowed to bring a cooler to your room or around the hotel, just not into the water park.

David B.

I had heard of Great Wolf Lodge before but have never been. We went for a birthday party for one of our son's friends from football. They all had so much fun. Kids whose birthday it is get a special headband that says birthday on it and everyone tells them happy birthday, super cool. Fun all around for the kids and the grown ups. Dare I mention the full bar in the water slide park there's also an outside pool when it's sunny for kids to play in. We took advantage of everything including the wave pool and had a super fun time with the other parents while the kids all played together. Definitely worth every penny and a must see if staying in the LA area.

Kaylee N.

Such a fun place to take the kids! We spent one night here prior to doing the whole Disneyland experience and it was fantastic. My kids were pretty tired after about 3 hours at the water park each day. It was much less busy later at night around 7 pm (Thursday night) but even at its busiest (during the day on Friday), the lines really weren't bad. Definitely recommend if you have time to go here during your Disneyland vacation!

Jezzy V.

It’s the greatest water park ever. Indoors and nice. The rides are awesome and the endless activities keep all the members of the family busy. There is something for all ages. And the food is delicious. We recommend it a lot and will definitely come back.

Monica S.

It is a good Place for the family. It is very fun, have a lot to do. It has many options to eat. You get a option to register by phone, halo because when you arrive you go to a special Place to pick up your keys and not having to wait in line.

Julia M.

Ecxelente service. Very friendly all the staff. Preferred.

London N.

My kids loves to swim which is why they love Great Wolf lodge. One of my son celebrated his birthday here last year and this year and still wants to go back net year. They just can't get enough of the place. It's a nice size with small children since you don't have to walk around a big water park just to get on rides. It is also clean and affordable. Parking is free too for overnight guests

Abram T.

Great place for kids in the summer. Their whole water park is indoors so the weather outside doesn't really matter. If you're sensitive to the smell of chlorine it's really hard to stay inside for too long as a smell really gets to you, but I understand why it's like that because of the amount of people that are in the pools. They do have an outside pool for you to hang out at with a bar and a small food area outside. The service is wonderful and the food choices are pretty good for a hotel like this. My kids had a wonderful time and we would definitely be back sometime again.

Marcus R.

Great place for family. Kids and adults will have fun. Overnight stay isn't necessary especially if you're local, but if you do, 1 night should be sufficient. Remember water parks are exhausting. There are plenty of other options if you don't want to go to the water park. All in all great place for any budget.

Eugenia T.

Excellent family place, highly trained staff good maintenance in the water especially in children's area we will be back soon if God allows it.

Mike N.

The water park was fun as always. Short lines and friendly staff. Rooms are great. It's fun just walking around the hotel and exploring everything it has to offer. Grab a wand and search through all the floors of the hotel to complete the quest. Can't wait to go back again next year

Andrew R.

Great Wolf staff is very professional and the location and services were excellent

Rod R.

We had a great time, lots of neat water attractions that are fun a safe for all ages. The lifeguards are the best I've seen at any water park. They were watching all of the kiddo's whether they had a guardian with them or not. Constantly walking back and forth with their heads on a swivel gave me great comfort. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Stephanie C.

Great Wolf Lodge was everything we hoped for. The rooms were large, fit 4 with more than enough room, and clean. We were highly impressed with the water park and their life guards. I watched the life guards at the wave pool and never saw then take their eyes off the pool. Safety is a bug concern when you have small children. We will definitely be back again.

Super C.

Very good, a little expensive but well worth it.
Various games for the whole family; They should give more specials, the water always at 81 degrees. We plan to return this January 2018.

Prachi R

Huge indoor water park and arcade. Good hygiene and administration. The complimentary breakfast was great and lavish. Kids love it. Lots of parking but guests have to pay for it. 4-5 restaurants on site. Shopping complex across and adjacent to the facility, so we can cross the street and eat at McDonald's if we don't want to eat inside. Magic quest, movies, character appearance's, — a wonderful holiday experience. Will definitely visit again.

Robin S.

Fun place for the kids. The water park makes you feel like you're deaf with the droning sound of each water area and kids screaming. But it was a great place to visit. Tons of activities for the kids. Never felt too crowded. Just be prepared for those less considerate of others. Young adults and adults that feel they can treat it like the place like their own or don't look out for the younger ones. Keep a close on your own and stay watchful of others.

Leah K.

Kids had a blast… It's like Vegas for kids. Was surprisingly relaxing for parents (we sat and chatted and drank while the kids ran around, and then would join them for slides and fun). I wish they had waiter service at the water park, but it was great as is. We went over Christmas break (sold out) and it was fine (not too crazy). The only line that was really long was for boogie boarding. The water is pretty warm and it's warm and sort of humid inside.

This is a great place to bring the kids and even all of us grown ups had plenty of fun. My family and I spent two days there and even though we were all exhausted we still never got bored. Pretty exciting. The restaurants were quite good too. And the rooms were plenty nice also.

Suzanne D.

Check in was quick and easy and the room was ready before 4. The room was clean and stocked. The water park area had an ample supply of towels. Multiple lifeguards were stationed at each section. Crowds weren't too heavy. Service at dinner was a little slow and we did encounter an employee who was not aware of the hotels activities. Overall, it was a good experience and the kids had a blast. Would definitely go again although resort fees were a little steep.

Ryan S.

Definitely one of the greatest experiences I have ever had at a hotel! There is so much to do here, for kids and adults. Of course the water park is amazing but so is the arcade! And they have mini golf and this wand experience that had is running around the better part of the hotel finding all the places we could use our wands. The food is also excellent, although not on the healthy side. Prices were totally reasonable, even the parking wasn't too expensive. We have stayed here two different times in 2017 just because of the fun factor and we live only 15 miles away

Kendra F.

Had a great time. Lots of fun activities for kids. Like story time, arts and crafts, and dance parties. Not to mention the indoor water park. Just feel it's more of a tourist attraction due to you must stay at the lodge to enjoy the water park and don't get too much use out of the room. Shower then sleep.

Julie B.

This was our first time at the garden Grove location (we've been to Charlotte and Colorado springs). It was my son's 6th birthday and he wanted to do the Magi quest. We spent most of the day there (it's about 7 hours to complete the whole game) and had a great time! We ate BBQ slow cooked meat at the restaurant and it was delicious! We were there in December so they had the life sized gingerbread house that you can reserve to dine in, and "snow" several times in the lobby for kids. We will definitely go back.

Gail H.

Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was amazing! All of the staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the resort and all of the activities they offered. The room was spacious and included a mini fridge and a microwave, which made it possible to pick up dinner for one of our children who was arriving later. We will definitely be staying there again.

Joyale G.

This was wonderful family trip. Great wolf didn't disappoint at all. Family friendly with adult & children amenities. The kids cabin was spacious and clean my kids love it. And the staff was amazing. We will be returning soon. Just one more thing there is a self parking charge. Parking is not free!

Kat S.

Was there for a conference for work. Great place. A little pricey for food and such inside the resort, but within walking distance of other food places. Rooms were nice but pools were crowded. Lots of children all over. Loved the giant balloon spider!

Tricia T.

Severely understaffed! We arrived at 2 am because of a delayed flight, could not get into the parking structure, rang for help and 10 minutes later finally someone came down to let us in. The buzzer to enter the hotel is broken so we were stuck out in the parking structure 10 more minutes until we got the idea to call the front desk because banging on the door was not loud enough. When we got in the girl told us we just needed to beep the front desk we informed her that it was broken multiple times but she never apologized just kept telling us that we needed to push the button. TWO of the 4 days we were there our room was not cleaned! After the second time I went down to the front desk to inform them, this is where I was told that we needed to “request” cleaning service! I ask them when they had informed me that I needed to request it… They did not tell me that at check in and it is not online anywhere but somehow I was supposed to know that I needed to “request” to have my room cleaned! We were paying over $300 a night and we had to REQUEST to have a room cleaned? I have stayed at hotels for $30 a night where they cleaned my room every day! I went up and ask the maid if they were to clean every room or just the ones that were requested, she informed me they were to clean every room so they lied to me did not apologize but told me was my fault for not requesting to get my room cleaned!

Erik H.

Like Vegas for children. The water park is tons of fun for the entire range of children and parents. The hotel has a fun story time at night, and the arcade was pricey but entertaining. The best part is the courteous staff all throughout the hotel, dining, and water park. We had an excellent dining experience where the sous chef more than accommodated my family's multiple food sensitivities.

Al D.

Great water park for family with kids. There are activities geared for smaller kids. Older kids can enjoy the slides and wave pool. Wished they had a deeper pool for adults. Clean rooms. Safe and relaxing. Close to other restaurants if you prefer to dine out or stay in the hotel to eat.

Amy S.

So much fun the staff are all super nice and very accommodating. If you create an account online you get a discount and a 50$ good voucher! The water had a ton of chlorine in it but that's good because of the amount of people in the water. My kids loved it. Definitely worth the money!

Aaron M.

Kids love it here! Lots of activities for them to do and of course the water park is fantastic. I would say be wary of the arcade 10 bucks buys you about 5 plays. Kind of pricey. Otherwise our stay was great and we will be back.

Naomi G.

I went to this hotel for a leadership conference through UCI. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we had 200+ people at their event. The decorations throughout the hotel and rooms are unique and cozy. The water park is also extremely fun. I would recommend this hotel for families with small children

Asucena R.

Very beautiful and clean the place

Stefany H.

I love the place, this closed if Sete forgets the blocker is no problem, has slides, waves a river, pool on the outside, games for young children, the rooms are clean, the staff is very hamaable and especially you speak Spanish, the food very rich. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Yolande B.

We took 4 girls on a weekend trip to say it's was the highlight to the year is an understatement they swam from 9am-9pm for 3 days! This has to be one of the best holiday destinations for children age 3 upwards. We booked the kids den and all they did was sleep in it. If you want to pay for the extras that's up to you! The magic wand takes 6-8 hours to complete so make sure your there for at least a week! Because we went on one of the hottest weeks in LA and the only place to be was Great Wolf Lodge! Fantastic we have already booked our next trip!

Debra M.

Food was amazing. We have a combined total of over 20 allergies and the chef did a great job on feeding us safe and good food. The reason for only 4 stars is the room. We had a family suite and it felt smaller than a standard hotel room. We had 4 adults and w kids. There were no towel racks for wet towels and no where to hang wet bathing suits.

Sarah M.

Great experience with our kids. It will be more fun once they are all a little older. We enjoyed a fun staycation here. The kids loved the water park and arcade, and pajama story time. We only stayed one night would love to see the resort fees go down some. You pay a lot already for the rooms and other attractions. Great place though would definitely recommend!

Matthew M.

It's a mixed bag from 2-stars to 6-stars… Lodging : 2-stars. Basic room. Smaller than anticipated. There is a sink but, no sink in the bathroom! Could also use more storage space, cabinets and drawers, for extended stays. Water Park : 4-stars. Lots of choices for kids of all ages. Well organized. Attentive staff and life guards. Doesn't get 5 because either needs the A/C turned down or water temp turned up. Dining : 6-stars! Allergy sensitive and super friendly Executive Chef and staff means safe and delicious food every visit. Freshly caught yesterday Salmon, amazingly-fun entrees and fantastic sides (Eat your veggies, with bacon! ), with Sweet Raspberry Tea. Kids Fun : 5-stars. Dance Parties, Kids Yoga, Kids Spa, Kids size Bowling, … Kids are occupied here. Amenities, Experience, Etc : 4-stars. Standard level amenities, covered parking garage, front desk staff is competent, lodge logistics are unclear but manageable. Good overall stay.

Ken T.

Its a nice local stay-cation. First of all, very well staff for water safety. Every 25 feet your water parameters are surrounded by a safety staff. The wave pool is a bit small. All geared toward folks under 5 feet. Unlimited pool towels. The food inside the pool area were extremely reasonable price. Double burger just under $10. Family size fries was $8 serve in a paper tray 9 inches by 5 inches or so. The only pricy thing was the locker in the pool area. $15/day. The slides are cool especially those labeled with as thrill rides. Toilet bowl, the drainage funnel, both were fun for the family as they could accommodate 2 to 4 persons per ride. Do learn which line require a special floatation device before lining up. The outside (dry) restaurants are the shockers in my opinion. $30 for dinner ea.

Estela R.

Very fun and very nice!

Mr S.

Worth Every Penny First time here with the kids and family. THE HOTEL is nice and clean. Great staff and very helpful. The water park is amazing. Nice a d clean, great for all ages including seniors. One thing that caught my attention is that at anytime you can leave the water park without anyone checking your wrist or your child's wrist for security reasons. There is not 1 single camera at the water park that can record everyone including if a child went missing. Food prices are very reasonable and good. Great alcohol and the wood fire grill restaurant was delicious. A few tips, you must check in about 1 hour prior to your check in time because the lines are long. And if you want to have a great dinner at the Wood Fire Grill, you must reserve ahead of time because everyone starts reservations from 5_8pm. So reserve your table around 5 so you won't have to wait 1. 5 hrs.

Miss G. F.

I loved it, the kids had fun, they have activities, machines games, places to eat inside the hotel, they have shops. The whole family has fun from the biggest ASTA the babies who have their own area they

Esther D.

My son (12years old), another friend with her kids and me, we spent one night, two days. We had a fantastic time at Great wolf lodge. Kid had so much fun. The employees where very friendly. Food prices a little expensive, but any place is the same. Room very comfortable, clean.

Jefferson G.

It was so easy to find. The kids love it a water park for all year long. A lot of activities especially for the kids. The food price is reasonable. Parking is convenient and they also offer vallet. There is early check in and the room number will be text to your phone after the room is ready. I will definitely come back here with my family.

Koreanarcangel A.

Service was not necessary but to fix irregularities with electronic devices or to control the conditioned air in the rooms of meetings. They were very attentos and easy to access.

Genny O.

Great family hotel. The kids loved it. The place was clean and the staff was great. We visited the buffet for breakfast and dinner, and it was delicious. The free activities are fun, but are aimed at fairly young kids. The biggest issue was the elevators. We constantly are waiting for one, many times only to get an already full car and have to wait again. Surely there's a more strategic way to run them. Other than that (minor issue) we had a great vacation!

Ms E.

This place is so much fun for kids… and adults. We took our almost 3 year old and she had an incredible time. Although she was limited on what slides she could get on, there was still plenty of stuff to do. We stayed one night but that was not enough time to be able to take full advantage of all the activities they have to offer. We will definitely be going back.

Saul G.

Excellent place. Very fun spectacular to spend a very clean weekend. My family and I were delighted and wanting to always return
