So this was a very stressful situation. My house had a leak which somehow resulted in the entire place being ripped apart. So stayed here as I have hotel coverage with my insurance.
The hotel itself is pretty zen. Most of the staff is amazing. The managers however need help. I have a disability that requires a service animal. He's a nine lb Brussels griffon. We were sat for dinner and then they seated a family with a "special girl" next to us. The manager made …a point of moving us inside because ms special noticed the dog and chose to have a fit. The specials father came in and threatened my bf. I had a bit of a fit and asked for the police to be called. In the end they are local police who took the managers side (Enrique Martinez) and walked us back to our room. They even asked for my LV connect! Only in the town of the liberal rich. Basically I have 8 months of homelessness. I will not be staying here again. Not until Enrique is gone; and until they get rid of their liberal millennial politics. Never go full retard. They went full retard. Andpick which disabilities they want to support. Flash back to SERVICE ANIMAL The next day it continued when I asked Chris, the manager to refund my dinner that I never ate. Instead he became extremely rude and aggressive. Later, despite having asked for a late check out, he found me at the pool at exactly 12Pm and had me kicked out of the hotel. This is after spending over $1200 during my two day stay. Clearly this hotel really knows how to take care of its guests and make them feel appreciated. Not. I’m sure he’ll counter with a lame excuse. However he again called the police trying to have me arrested. That didn’t happen. I just went to another hotel. There are many in Laguna, and so cal in general.
THE sad part is having clinical depression, anxiety and ptsd (the reason I have a service animal), this experience has left me suicidal. People who are mean have a huge affect on me. What's worse is when people make it a point to push buttons I react in ways I hate. So instead of getting away from stress of a flood, a house in shambles and contractors, I over paid for service that was never provided and am left sad and broken.
