We love the resort itself and the location. We go a few times a year during summer time. The staff is great. They tend to our needs as quickly as possible. Sadly, I don't like that we need their services once checked in. Seems the ice makers are frequently out of service so we have to call front desk to bring us ice.
This last vist ice maker didn't work, and a wheel was missing from the dishwasher rack. Also, one of the handles on the bottom drawer of the nightstand fell off as soon as we pulled it open. Additionally, the carpet was filthy! Never realized how dirty they were before we brought our 9 mo old grandson who's little legs and feet were black as coal from the moment we put him down on day one. Ew.
Elizabeth, the front desk associate who checked us in was incredibly kind and professional! She was great! I also just spoke with her on the phone because I called to report my lost eyeglasses and she was super sweet as usual! Thank you Elizabeth!
The A/C rocks! The space is nice and we just love it there. We highly recommend this location.
I don't recommend becoming an owner though. Especially if you are low-medium income. They charge for everything! Wifi, name change to check in ($129.00! ). Many of the rules are not in the owner's interest. I'll give that review on another site.
Have fun in Angel's Camp. It's a beautiful locale and much fun and relaxation to have. Also, the deer are people friendly. Chances are pretty high that a bunch/heard what have you will cross your path or show up in your back yard area. Lovely.
