Nice hotel. Our room with a king bed is spacious. Everything is clean. Has 2 chairs and a desk like table. The only complaint I have is the terrible reception of the TV. Price is also good. We would stay again.

This is not the usual type or class of hotel we stay at. Usually we stay at a chain that cost 2x's this amount. Because of the good reviews we thought we would give it a try. This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in this year.

Cleaning staff needs to do the job. Had to take my dirty towels to the front desk 4 days out if the 7 we stayed and was treated as if I was bothering them.

Staff is super wonderful towels are super nasty. I have long blonde hair and I know the really long black hair hanging from the towel and the bathroom isn't mine.

The staff was friendly and the room was super clean.

Found out that this place was recently remodeled and all the rooms have mini fridge and microwaves. Very comfortable and the staff was very willing to please. Granted no pool, but well worth the price.

Not a food place, beds are uncomfortable, smells which I can live with since it is a budget hotel. My 10 year old left her backpack with all her new clothes in it and her shoes, on top of the bed, we called as soon as we noticed it was left behind never got an answer for two whole days! Then they said it was thrown out since no one claimed it?! They had our phone number on record, most decent/honest hotels and staff call people when house keeping finds things in the room. I'm sure they kept her stuff and her new back pack! Definitely don't recommend this hotel.

The service was good and the staff were friendly. The room was clean. The only issue was the attendees in the room above us were loud. Otherwise the hotel was good.

Service was great, the rooms were very clean and well kept, the only problem we had was, during the middle of the night a couple next to us was fighting loudly and the cops were called which kept us up for an hour from 4 am to 5am but that wasn't on the motel. Overall the Red Roof was very nice to stay at!

I stayed here for 1 night as a place to sleep on a long road trip. We got in at 11pm and left 7am. At 1am the couple in the next room started screaming and cussing each other. I called the front desk and told Ebony of the the problem. She assured me that she would take care of it and in minutes she did just that. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. The ac was cold. I felt safe in the area. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

I'm easy to please, but this place was the worst motel I've ever stayed at. I was going to drive the 500 miles home, but I slept so horribly that I had to stop half way home to get a good nights sleep (at another branded hotel). The walls are paper thin. I checked in late and I was woken up at 6 by someone pounding on the door like he was trying to break it down 2 rooms away for a whole minute. Then the staff was rolling a noisy cart down the sidewalk outside and talking loudly, so no way was I getting back to sleep, but I tried. Then the people next to me woke up and the woman who I felt really sorry for coughed really hard for 15-20 minutes. She must have COPD. After that, I could hear the people above me stomping. Like I said, there is zero sound proofing. Later when I complained, I thought that the front desk said that they had given the guy the wrong room number, but the owner later said he had the wrong number after getting my survey email, which as you might guess, was not good. And if you have a dog, there is nowhere to walk it. There was an empty grass lot next door, but it wasn't cut and flooded.

Absolutely the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel or motel. The place is filthy with lots of unscrupulous characters hanging around outside. All night long I worried about the status of the motorcycle and trailer I had been towing. I was pretty shocked to see that they were still attached to my car in the morning. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the walls are so thin you won't sleep anyway, as all kinds of racket generates from other rooms and the parking lot at any given hour throughout the night. The absolute worst part, however, was the outright shady and dishonest maneuver that the management tried to pull off. My husband had booked this room (sight unseen of course) for me, as I was driving from Philadelphia to Texas and needed a planned stop for the night. He had already paid for it through Expedia and gotten the payment confirmation. When I arrived to check in the desk person said the credit card had been declined and refused to give me a room unless I paid on a different credit card. I called my husband who was livid because Expedia had already confirmed the payment. He told me to go ahead and give them a different card so that I could go rest and that we would straighten it out later. Sure enough he later saw that the original room fee HAD been successfully charged and the money had been taken from our checking account, in addition to being charged a second time on my credit card! What crooks these hotel people are!

Dont know where the hell you all stayed at. My room was clean. No bugs. Bed linen was fresh and had a full cable listing of channels.

Rooms are clean, beds are ok and heat/ac worked. For the price I expected a national top rated hotel/motel would have had a light breakfast service, but no, just coffee. I would stay again only if nothing else in that price range was not available in the area. I would give a 3 1/2 stars.

This was a really nice location. The lady was nice, and was really cool. The rooms were clean, and I was always able to get a room. Got my free bottle of water (which alot of them dont hand out). It pays to be a redicard member because how much I stay at them for work you get a free room in no time.

I thought the room was really nice and the front office staff was really friendly.

Nice and clean. Big tub. Coffee and juice all the time. Very nice people, owner always around and very nice guy. Not the strongest water pressure but it HOT! Good TV about 10 channels with hbo. Heater was great and we'll lit. Sitting chair and 2 beds fridge and microwave desk and office chair and dresser. I've stayed here on business a couple of times. Nice and quiet.

The room has bugs crawling around, to list seat very loose. Staff was very rude when it was reported. No maintenance showed up to fixed it.

Great room! Very clean, and they make the beds daily. Very quiet area. Great deal for the price.

This is worst place I have ever stayed. When I first checked in the first room they put me in had no working water. The second room had all types of bugs flying around the room had a horrible smell. The third room I woke up to the people next door fighting. The people at the front desk was very nice but I will never stay there again worst experience ever. The only reason I gave it a star because it wouldn't let me post without.

Clean and neat, updated but tops were dusty… bathroom doorknob loose and beds hard. Double double only. Did like the wood laminate floor. Oh and no coffee in room.

The Wi-Fi sucked, no TV channels that it shows on paper in rm, which for the price of rm, it could of been better displayed. No grab holders on tub (& we were in handicapped rm), only had a night table on one side of bed. Tub Was black all on bottom. The 1st 2 red roofs we stayed in on our way to memphis, were excellent. We appreciate corp giving us the rm we got, but I really expected so much better.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Satisfied customer here!

Rates are decent, but you are are in the shady part of town…

Didn't expect to have water turned off two days in a role early in the morning I will not come back.

Very nice hotel. Right off interstate before Memphis. Only real problem we had was what most hotels have the curtains let a lot of light in. The bed was a bit stiff and the pillows to light for my taste.

Great staff and great location! Please, the lovely girls upstairs… would you stop stomping? If you want to party, all you have to do is to come down and join me…

No carpeting and I loved that! No extra fee for my dog! Very friendly staff! Convenient location.

I tried a smoking room to see if it was up to par with the nonsmoking room and it wasn't. The bathroom was disgusting, behind the door looked like hand prints and brown drippings running down the door. The tub looked like it wasn't clean. The towels were hand towels. The night stand wasn't wiped. The person who should have cleaned this room should be fired. I like red roof inns and I wouldn't stay in this hotel ever again! If the smoking room looks like this, then I could imagine what the nonsmoking rooms looked like.

The price was the highest I would be willing to pay for a motel style room. Other then that the night staff was very welcoming! The rooms were clean and accommodating. But most important. The coffee at the desk in the morning was great.

Reasonable price, nothing special but clean and comfortable. We were having trouble finding a hotel that allowed pets. Red roof Inn allowed our fur baby with no extra deposit.

Room smelled. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Bug guts on the wall. No safety latch and bed bugs or something that bites n can't see it. We got bugs n are going go through the process of cleaning out suitcase n vehicle… Tried to make reservations through 1-800-Red-Roof but they are not affiliated with Red Roof. So had go in person n check in n get room. Now we know why.

Alarmingly bad. There were stains on the bedsheets when I arrived. I asked for clean sheets and was told I could pick a new set up from the front desk "if they have any" available. The towels felt like a cheap, coarse set taken from one of the nearby truck stops. The TV remote barely worked. The heat had two settings: "not warm enough" and "summer day in Phoenix". The room was quiet until construction woke me up an hour earlier than intended. If you're staying in this area, save yourself $15-20 and stay at one of the other one-star motels; the other places can't be much worse.

The carpet felt damp and sticky. The refrigerator didn't work. The TV was okay and the bedspread was bright and cheerful. We just needed a place to sleep for a few hours, so the lower price got our attention. If we were going to stay longer, I'd go somewhere else.

The only saving grace is that there's room to park a couple trucks here, namely mine. Other than that, the beds in the double are both are great if you like sinking in and feeling like a taco. No shower curtain, and the mosquitoes, I had to get a can of Off and spray the room down as I could not keep up with them. I stay in motels about 25 nights a month and have to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere when returning to Memphis area.

Red Roof Inn, was so far something I can count on to provide a certain standard of service. The Red Rood in West Memphis was one of the cleaniest and friendliest ones I've visited yet. If you have pots and want easy, clean, friendly, inexpensive accomodation on the road, Try Red Roof Inn.

I am not sure if the room smelled like a really dirty house or a dog. The wall wad so thin I could understand every word a man in the parking lot was saying while talking on his cell phone at 3:30 am. I knew when the attendant lauged when she handed me the key I had gambled on a cheap room poorly. My advice. Pay for a real hotel room.
