Very clean and spacious rooms. And the lobby and hallway very clean.

I wasn't checked in my room but for a couple of minutes and noticed baby lizards (2) on the wall, I called the front desk clerk to the room where she attempted to catch them (she caught one). Then I asked her to be moved to another room, when I made it to the other room the bed had stains on the sheets and comforter and the toilet was nasty. I went back down to the front desk and asked for bedding to be replaced. I was very upset! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! It does not deserve any stars. Just nasty!

At check in I was given a room that appeared clean. But once pulling sheets back it was unclean. Went back to front desk advised of dirty room so I was quickly given another room. Now front desk staff was always nice which is the best thing about this hotel. They are very nice… moving on to room bed was clean But carpet was filthy. Bed also had cover on it with dried blood stains. Bathroom was usable but the door was nasty the walls looked as if they had not been cleaned since the hotel was built. It was not a very comfortable stay at all because it just felt nasty. We were in town for family business thsts the only reason my family stayed. Plus I called holiday inn next door and they were out of double beds. But for the money you pay here you will not get your money worth at all.

Very nice place to stay. Well priced, clean rooms, friendly sevice. Clean pool and good continental breakfast. Only downfall is no truck parking.

Suspect sheets weren't changed (see photo). Bathroom counter top had heavy smear streaks on it, and something white stuck in the drain. Floor had some popcorn, crumbs and lent in places. Have stayed MANY times at Quality Inn, but this is the first time we wanted to ask for a refund. Front desk woman was very nice and also graciously honored our request. We even left an item and she called to tell us.

Great customer service. Complementary breakfast is included and late check out on weekends.

It was a nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Clean rooms and bathroom. Pool was good. The front desk was great. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Morning staff was very helpful with directions. The room I got was what I would consider a standard room but it was nice and quiet. There was a very nice hot breakfast the next morning. Biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, fruit, yoghurt, and cereal. My only feedback would be for Quality Inn to do some regular checking to ensure lights are working properly, shower heads/taps are good and not leaking with good water pressure, and that room heating/cooling is clean, serviced, and runs quietly.

Room clean, loung area was clean, pleased nevertheless! Thank you! Our 2nd trip to Arkansas in the past 2 weeks. We had the pleasure of meeting Chiman Mistry & his wife Prabha! These two people are amazing and they should teach a class on how to interact with guest and how to get the job done! We were so impressed with their pleasant nature, for life, & work ethic that we simply could not go without making it known! We had an issue with our room & the two of them came together like Superman and Wonder Woman, they didnt throw anyone else under the bus (when they could've), instead they sincerely apologized & handled it like they were doing it for a family member! them dearly! In the morning we had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer & Nadia (Storm & Rogue, shameful I love X-Men). These 2 were bright, bubbly, & perky in the wee hours of the morning! Jennifer went out of her way to make sure that I got the right directions to get back. Home (Columbus Ohio) … she was a lovely addition to our trip! Overall, for these bright sparks we will make this our go to hotel for our stays in Arkansas! Even though the Mistry's, Jennifer, & Nadia will probably never see this, I hope that we let them know and showed our appreciation while we were in their care & we were definitely in caring hands!

Beautiful room. I appreciate the late check in and the friendly lady at the front desk. She was very helpful. Only issue is the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke even though there were "no smoking" signs. However the room smelled nice and fresh.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby, and a good breakfast. Price was a bit high but still good.

The lady working was very friendly and even gave suggestions on restaurants in the area. The lobby was very nice and clean! Our room was very clean, had a microwave and fridge, and a very comfy bed! Most importantly our room was truly non smoking, which is a requirement because of ashtma! Rooms have blow dryers, iron and ironing board, coffee pots. The breakfast was quite good as well! This will definitely be my hotel to stay at while in the area!

Nice clean room. Breakfast was the usual terrible hotel lobby food. No better or worse than dozens of others.

I arrived beck at my room to fine my room door WIDE OPEN! Housekeeping had cleaned and made the bed and left my door standing wide open until I returned around 9pm. Fortunately my suitcase was still sitting locked in the room, but anyone could have walked in and taken it! Calls to the front desk and to corporate customer relations were met with absolutely NO CONCERN ON THEIR PART!

We were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was clean and the decor was nice. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. We were in the first room and we were afraid it would be noisy but we never heard anyone. It was very quiet. The breakfast had a few hot meal choices which was nice. We would stay there again.

Check in was easy. Room was nice. Refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was a good eggs and sausage.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice now, both times were in the same room, the jacuzzi suite. While we were in Memphis on business last month, I decided to book the same room, that I had booked a couple of years ago, knowing that it is a very nice room. One of our favorite room layouts that we have ever stayed in. Wonderful size for relaxing or working. We also loved using the jacuzzi on our first stay, that's what led me to book this room again. However, this time there were a couple of issues. The refrigerator in the room needed to be changed out. It was working, but when the compressor would kick off, it would make a loud noise that actually sounded like someone was trying to get in the door of the room. Therefore, all night long, it kept waking my wife up, startling her. Since we had gotten to the room later the night before, we opted to use the jacuzzi in the morning, before checking out. When we turned on the water to the jacuzzi, it was so brown and nasty that there was no way that we were getting in that. That meant that we didn't get to use the thing that really enticed me to book the room. When I booked the room, the manager gave me a discount for having Arkansas Farm Bureau Insurance, and because of this discount, she told me that she couldn't discount the room any further because of the refrigerator or the horrible water. All she could do was offer to "make it right" the next time I stayed.

This place was very suitable. No complaints here. Sure the check in later could be friendlier but she's harmless after she's comfortable. Room was nice. Bed and sheets were clean. My 9 yr old daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazingly comfy bed. Great service. Jacuzzi was wonderful after such a long drive.

We had to sleep in a room that contained gnats and/or fleas, semen on the comforters, hair on what was suppose to be clean towels, dirty refrigerator, coffee pot had been left so long that the coffee bag inside had started to mold, and a smoky room when it was suppose to be non-smoking. When I spoke to the owner he stated that all he could do about it was refund $50 out of the $216 spent on this mess. The breakfast contained biscuits that were hard as rocks with salty gravy to boot. Please be very careful because this was not a healthy nor restful place to be at all. If not for us traveling from Texas and my credit card already being charged we would have left. I will be including pictures of what I saw. I would love for the owner to do better than $50 for all of my inconvenience. Hopefully he won't erase this but I will be posting this to every site that I can.

Room was clean. I wasn't able to connect to the Wi-Fi on my computer in the room. It worked well down in the lobby though.

Good place to stay for a weekend getaway. Only 10 minutes from downtown Memphis, which is super convenient. Hotel was quiet and overall clean, but can do better with washing sheets with bleach and clean under the vanity. Breakfast was average. We will comeback unless we find a cheaper hotel closer to downtown Memphis.

Great stop-over for a family of five heading south. It is right on the frontage road, so road noises were loud enough I slept with ear plugs. The breakfast had coffee (decaf was burned smelling), light and fit yogurt, toast, waffles, fruit, egg patties, and cereal. The front door is not handicap accessible, but has to be pushed open. Clean hotel with outdoor pool (we didn't use the pool).

My family stayed here for one night. My husband was called in the morning by the front desk to inform him that his truck had been broken into in the hotel parking lot. The police were called. It was very evident to whoever it was that alerted him that the truck was a complete mess with all of his stuff thrown around and broken glass everywhere. Not a single person from the hotel staff came out to assist me in anyway. As a hotel guest, would it have been too much to ask for them to offer him a vacuum so that he did not have to sit in glass or maybe a trash bag and some tape so that he could cover the window. Once the truck was broken into he could not leave it alone in the parking lot so there was no way he could go in and out to the hotel. He could not leave our child alone either. The police told him this happens all the time in this area so beware. It sure would have been nice for someone on staff to have offered a little help or to show some kindness.

Everything was perfect. Clean. Great service. Soft comfy bed. I left content.

Could have been a nice room, the decor and size was nice, flat screen TV mounted on wall, fridge and microwave in room too, but I wouldn't walk around the place barefoot, it didn't seem as clean as it could be, ice bucket, glasses, and coffee maker were in bathroom counter, which I find unsanitary. Ice bucket was cracked with water in the bottom and a hair that was not mine. Bed was nice and comfortable except for the ugly thin blanket We removed immediately. We were only provided 2 towels, but got more from front desk. No elevator, but 3 enclosed capeted stairwells. I would stay there again in a pinch, but would bring antiseptic wipes again too.

No Elevator. Breakfast bar VERY limited. Room way very big CLEAN and neat. For the price ok.

Enjoy my stay… hope to stay there again.
