Bed bugs. This is a pathetic excuse of a hotel and Is a disgrace to our country to have the word “American” in its title. I stopped here with my church group on the way home from a mission trip. All the rooms were in terrible disarray in that the floors were obviously uncleaned, the beds were made, but with old sheets as evidenced by the hair we found in them, BED BUGS, two rooms had disassembled smoke detectors and were rank with dank, pictures were falling of the walls, there were huge gaping holes in the rooms, BED BUGS, the refrigerator was frozen over, and the hair dryer almost caught on fire. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The only way it could possibly be “best value” is if the rooms were buy one get one free at $10. Don’t stay here. There’s a super 8 right next door. When the police patrol and circle this building regularly you can tell this isn’t a pleasant place. This is your warning. Enter at your own risk.

Nice lady at front desk. Check-in was easy. Rooms are basic, but cleaner than most low cost motels. I'd stay again.

It was worst hotel ever! This is not a sufficient remedy to this case. We experienced the worst service and conditions that no one should have in renting a room from a site your organization endorses. We made this reservation on Orbitz based on its organization and the hotels they deemed suitable for staying. Here is just a list of the problems we incurred along with pictures of the issues: 1. We asked for handicap accessibility for my 84 year old parent who cannot walk and has handicapped equipment, the room had none. 2. Electrical covers for socket where not there or hanging off the walls in numerous places throughout both rooms 3. Exposed wiring, while when pick up, sent fire sparks in my face 4. Major paint peeling from ceilings and walls, including the bathtub 5. Rust stains in both bathtubs 6. Toliet paper roll holder coming off walls 7. Sheet rock separating from ceiling (wide cracks in bathroom more than a inch in diameter 8. Mold in and around bathroom 9. Holes in wall 10. No baseboards throughout the rooms 11. Smelling gas leak 12. Bugs/spiders coming out of wall near the floor in bathroom because of missing baseboard and major corrosion and holes of sheetrock 13. Broken toliet seat 14. No bathroom bathrug for floor 15. Had to ask for towels in room 16. Refrigerators needed for medical supplies, both rusted in and outside of the refrigerators 17. Had to repair TV in room to work, no picture or signal 18. Hanging ceiling tiles in bath sink area 19.

Wreaked of curry when we got to the "lobby". Drug deals going on all over the grounds… bullet casings on the ground… once we got to the room the outlets were falling out of the wall… drawings all over the walls, foam cups not wrapped… no coffee for the dirty coffee pot, no shampoo… AC worked great. Based on it only being 60 bucks a night, not bad, but the amount of "not right" is pretty impressive. Giving 2 stars because again it was only 60 bucks so no real expectations… needed a bed and AC… had it…

Decent Hospitality, need to supply rooms with shampoo. Cold A/C T. V. Works great Fridge is a nice touch to keep Beer and other items cold.

There was a bed, pillows, Wi-Fi, working plugs, and a shower. There was not shampoo and the floors were a little grimy. The highway noise was a little distracting. But, if you need a quick place to crash, this is it!

Not too bad of a place. I stayed long term & they wouldn't give me a price break. Shower head needed to be thrown away and replaced. So what did I do? Went next door to the Relax Inn. They gave me a price break, have better cable and showers. They seem to know how to treat a guy.

I guess you could say you got exactly what you paid for. Yes it was a cheap hotel but it had an older to it and was definitely run down. I only needed it to sleep for a few hours so it served its purpose but I would never choose to stay there again for something other than a quick place to put my head for a few hours.

Been here overnight. Still have the rest of the week to go. So far so good. The waters and the room is clean. Its quiet and no one has bothered us so far.

If you are traveling and just want a place to get a good night's sleep while you are passing through. This hotel is budget friendly. Also if you have a with you they are welcome also. Alot of hotels are not pet friendly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is about what you'd expect for the price. Fridge was pretty grimy but the room was relatively clean. Wouldn't trust the ice machine though. They offer smoking rooms also, which is nice. Close to Bass Pro Shop and right next to Waffle House.

This place is a dumper … after taking my money they won't answer phone when I needed the Wi-Fi password and the "vending"is just a ice machine. Never will I stay here again. Even bed sheets have huge holes and just horrible night stay but couldn't get a refund because again they won't answer the phone.

The room wasn't clean had black hair on bedding on cups in bathroom. Coffee pot wasn't there just the machine dirty walls dust all over. Did have reservations for next weekend on my way home cancelling.

This hotel was not worth the money. It was dirty, old, and stunk. I was afraid to even get under the covers, so I slept on top the bed spread. The towels were cheap and very scratchy. The ironing board was old and ripped. The coffee machine had no pot which didn't matter because I was not given coffee anyways. I will say that the mini fridge and microwave worked and was clean but that is the only positive thing I have to say about my stay. Overall it was a bad experience and I will be choosing another hotel chain.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS! And the staff was nonchalant and rude about it as well. She kicked us out in the middle of the night for bringing it up to her… It was a adult size dead bed bug stuck to the sheet when we were trying to get ready for bed.

Not impressed! Very out dated… old tv, 80s furniture, shower curtain was gross and yellow. The room smelt like mildew. The place needs a paint job, outlets were falling out of the wall. The floors were gross! I would never stay here again! One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The guy at the front desk was very nice though, if only the room was better. Don't waste your money!

Right off I40 and easy to get to, going East bound. Going West bound is a little more round about. Room was neat and clean but needs updating. For the price, I would stay there again if I was traveling alione.

Nice customer services acceptable bed but tube was stopped up parking lot was horrible and the so called breakfast was stale cereal. Would not recommend staying here unless there is no more places available and you can drive for breakfast.
