I love our resort. It is quite and family friendly vacation resort. The only problem is the bugs and animals but it’s in the woods so it’s fine

We booked a 2 week stay for June To celebrate our Anniversary & Father's Day. Right when we walked in the 2 bedroom deluxe we were nearly knocked over by a musty damp smokey old odor. Made our lungs hurt, our eyes burn & our sinuses go crazy. Instant headaches. Spent most of our first day here airing out the place & cooking good smelling foods trying to make it better. Loved the massive mirrored deep whirlpool tub in our master bedroom. Used it every day. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The flagstone fireplace was very nice but it was very hot outside so we did not get to use it. My husband loved that there was a big flat screen TV in every room. We loved the wooded area off of the back deck & loved seeing all the deer, woodland creatures & birds come around. The trees are very shady & beautiful. The shower tub in the other bathroom was cracked & not useable so we were unable to shower & had to always use the massive tub in the master to get clean. One of the big burners on the stove did not work. I did not like all the noise a workman was making in the unit next to ours for several days. Sounded like he was tearing something out with a sledgehammer. We were visited one time by house keeping after being here a week. She was very nice & gave us fresh towels & restocked our paper towels & toilet paper. I liked being able to prepare & cook every meal we had while we were here & wash & dry our laundry right there in the kitchen too.

Great room. Most TV chanels were fuzzy. Downstairs bathroom too weak to flush anything thicker than toilet paper.

Nice place. Very quiet. 2 golf courses on the property.

We love coming here. The room was very nice. We love the hiking trails around the area. Beautiful and relaxing. The library in town is great. They offer hiking backpacks to be checked out!

This is a great area for a short getaway. We love Arkansas for its friendly people and uncrowded natural beauty. The good: Large, spacious rooms with a mountain cabin feel, great views from large slider windows, many comforts of home — frig, stove, pots/pans, washer/dryer, (and trash compactor? ) My teen boys loved the twin beds so they didn't have to share a bed — just a bedroom. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and health center, the mini golf, and disc golf. Very hospitable staff. Great value for a resort-style place. The not-so-good: The heating/AC was quite loud when it ran as was the dishwasher and stove vent, sliders were pretty difficult to open and close, the master bedroom doesn't have a shower — just a large jacuzzi. That would have been pretty nice, but the water heater didn't produce enough hot water to use it to fill it higher than the jets. The neither good nor bad, just FYI: Much of our room had a well-preserved 80's feel, but it was clean. When we played 106. 1 Timeless hits, we felt like we were in a different time period. Kind of fun. Also, the county where the resort is located is dry which means alcohol isn't sold in grocery stores. If you want a nice cabernet with the dinner you cook, you'll have to bring some from home — or at least another county.

Couples retreat for enjoying each other and relaxing relating and rejuvenating. The dual size jet pool in the master bathroom is a great welcome to ease tension and set the mood for the week. Everything you need it's like a home away from home.

This area is great location if you need peace and relaxation. The best time is before summmer, during summer the pools open with more guests. The views are magnificent.

Very peaceful place to bring your family for some simple fun and quality time!

It may be a 5 star, but we arrived to flash flooding storms for all the days we were there so can't include that last star. No fault of theirs, just mother nature at her best. It is a nice area to explore. I would recommend it to people that enjoy the outdoors.

Nice neat, excellent attention

We always spend Thanksgiving at this resort. Right on the golf course with access to a nice gym and lap pool.

From the time we checked in on Dec 30 @845pm. The staff was friendly and helpful made us feel right @home. We called and told them that the toilet seat broke in the guest room. A Tech was there to fix it within 15mins. While in the massive jacuzzi we turned off two jets. It apparently flooded the building below us. They called and a Tech came and checked it. He heard what sound like football practice above us and asked if we wanted to move somewhere peacefully. He had me follow him. We needed a handicap shower chair in the stand up guest shower. He said the chair would be there before us. I went back to start packing and 10mins later he was knocking and handing me the keys to the new building. He said if we needed help moving just call the office and some1 would come help. Once moved and days later the dishwasher stopped draining. You got it, called and 15mins later the Tech was there to fix it. Last but not least the Mrs. Misplaced her earrings and realized it the night b4 leaving. We made a note of it as we were leaving and called back 2 days later as a follow up on Monday. Shannon gave us Janet Russ she called us everyday to give us a report. I was able to call Janet back and apologize for the Mrs. Cause she located her diamonds within her belonging. We had a great time there, they made us feel like family. We will be going back and bring friends so they too can meet our extended family and visit our new hidden jewel.

It's ok. But the city is corrupt in my opinion. If you aren't a "good ole boy" you're screwed.

Really nice staff. Condo was clean and well outfitted. Big whirlpool tub! Only odd thing was they request you take out garbage at departure. No big deal as dumpster is nearby. If you stay here, be sure to enjoy the rollercoaster like entry road. Wheeeeee!

Location is close to the lake which is nice. We stayed in what was basically a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment fully furnished with a kitchen dining area and washer and dryer.

Wyndham in Fairfield Bay offers a variety of units deep in the heart of the Greers Ferry Lake. The hiking trails add a bit of rustic beauty to your stay. Come visit soon!

Great place to go with family to rest

My wife and I absolutely love this Resort. We have been several times now. Always clean, the area is beautiful, we love the lake, and there are no Wyndham hard sell meetings to detract you from your trip. It has become one of our places to visit?

Blaine W.

The rooms are great and the staff is always really friendly. There are tons of things to do just within the resort. We've been here 3 times and we live 6 hours away. The kids love the place.

A gorgeous resort which is well worth the drive! Lots of things to do in the surrounding area, but you are away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life so you can truly relax in a beautiful setting. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been there yet!

Mostly updated but some of the fixtures look dated and the doors could be updated as well. The units were secluded and you need a car to get around. I went in early March so it was still chilly but I was able to play a quiet round of golf. Would recommend if you like more secluded resorts. Could see the lake from the unit but might not be able to once the greenery starts growing in the spring and summer.

The resort was good. Amenities pass was very nice. People were great. The only reason I gave it four stars was our heater broke so one of the nights we were freezing until I called in the morning and the guy was able to turn on the Emergency heat? It was still pretty chilly, but once I called the front desk, the maintenance guy was there within five minutes. Overall, highly recommend.

We loved this resort! So much for us to do. The kids loved the Bayview pool and the playground with mini golf. The lake is gorgeous! We rented a boat both days. Our unit was spacious and nice and had everything we needed. There was new carpet and furniture. Very clean! Only downside was the master suite had no shower! Not sure if all the units are this way, but that was a big design flaw. Would definitely visit again!

Kristoffer K.

Great location, nice rooms. Slightly dated and just one TV for a 2 bedroom appartement. Great view and the friendliest people you will ever meet!

Kim S.

We came into this resort at night in the middle of a storm and had no idea how beautiful it was until the next morning. The clubhouse was beside our unit. Made us sad we weren't going to be able to enjoy the pool! The unit was extremely spacious and very clean. The road to this place is crazy. On part they call the rollercoaster. They are not exaggerating!

I love Wyndham resort because it is located in a extravagant private neighborhood away from town to enjoy some nature or simply go swimming in the everlasting private like pool.

Maggie R.

The condos are recently renovated, pretty nice by they left old fixture which look stupid. This is definitely a retirement community, more geared towards senior activities than youth. The marina is nice and the lake is gorgeous, a beautiful place to spend a day.

Gino S.

Very secluded and not a flat road or any traffic lights at all. The people are very out going and friendly. Come and enjoy the great food and clean hospitality
