We came into the village on a family emergency. We were recommended this place and it was great! Clean, friendly and accommadating.

I love this place! Super big unlike any hotel room, it's like having your own condo!

Such a Beautiful & Homey place to stay. The staff was so nice and very helpful & the price was very reasonable. We are from Duluth, Minnesota and this trip was Definitely worth it. We will Definitely be back 😎🌺

We absolutely loved staying here. We wasn’t ready to leave after 3 days. So we extended another day. Staff was really nice. We will be back! I took my kids Sr. And 8th grade pictures down one of the trails. Very beautiful scenery!

Our 1BR condo is very spacious. The grounds here are beautiful and the lake view from our deck is gorgeous. The condo was very clean and has everything you could possibly need.

Had a great time with the family the place was comfortable and the outside view was wonderful.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Me and my husband were extremely impressed ad will be staying here every time we go to Hot Springs. The rooms were well maintained, the grounds were well maintained and the rooms had everything you need except food. And the prices are amazingly reasonable! I would recommend this place to anyone. Just sorry there are only 5 stars to give. Thank you for a great experience.

Had a really good time here. Nice place and we'll kept. We had it rain one day so they had games and movies we could borrow. Two pools with cold water. Only negative was the Wi-Fi tended to drop connections some. Nice room with a full kitchen and washer dryer even a balcony. A 30 min drive to Hot springs.

The rooms here are amazing and very beautiful. Lovely property and great location for getting away from the city. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star rating is because the staff treated my family and myself INCREDIBLY BAD. We paid months in advance for our reservation and when we arrive the staff wouldn't let us check in unless we showed them our credit card! They were very rude when we asked why since we had already paid for our stay and they said it was "policy". They were being very RUDE to us the entire time. When we finally spoke to the property manager she checked our reservation and gave us our room keys without checking our credit card. No one ever apologized for the rude comments and total disrespect. Horrible customer service. As I said before we paid for 4 nights we left and went to the local bathhouse, when we returned we found our keys didn't work and we were locked out of our rooms! We went to the office to sort out what the problem might be and they all but refused to talk to us. We explained that our reservation was for a Monday check out and they have made a mistake but they kept demanding we pay for an extra day! Again the staff we very rude and would not listen to us, so again we had to contact the manager of the property who once again. Checked our reservation and confirmed they had make a terrible mistake and let us back into our rooms. Again NO ONE APOLOGIZED Or offered any kind of compinsation. Our children.

READ MY REVIEW and SEE THE PICTURES, before considering to rent this place. This is very very DUSTY and BED SMELLING place. First at the check in desk they are not friendly and didn't welcome me!. Then, when I step in the unit there was a bed smell and everywhere very DUSTY and DEAD MOSQUITOES in the kitchen. The next morning I called the housekeeping service but no body picked up the phone. Then I called the called the front desk. I told them it is very dusty and the floor is not clean as well because I can not breath well in a dirty room. They said they will come and clean but nothing changed. The unit that I am staying I think they have not been cleaning for a long time. I don't suggest anyone to come this location. I thought this is gonna be good holiday for me and my family. But it is not. There are many beautiful place near Balboa beach. You guys better look place there. I would not suggest any of my friend to come this dusty place. You do not want to spend your money for dusty, bed smelling and not clean place.

The most wonderful place on earth to visit or live. Very safe, people or friendly, homes are beautiful and affordable. Hot Spring Village is what's happening.

The price was very reasonable and it was a clean/comfortable place to stay. The room was pretty small and no boats were allowed for people staying. We were not told this until we arrived.

My family and I stayed at Los Lagos for the second time a few weeks ago. We love the spacious and affordable accommodations. We have four kids, so it was very nice to be able to spread out. The views and scenery are just gorgeous! We love how quiet it is. We enjoyed the nice small town of Hot Springs Village.

Very Friendly. Waypoint Marina was wonderful. Sara, Brenda, Charlie, Mattie, Barbara, were great! Food was good. Los Lagos was good, relaxing, the Townhouse was roomy and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Check in was pretty as smooth. I had a 1 bedroom with let out couch in sitting area. It was very large, nice and clean, and everything worked. My family enjoyed the pool area near the 2 bedroom area, and it's not far from downtown Hotsprings. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

This was the best place to stay. Close to everything price size and friendly people working. The size was amazing. So much to do here. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were good but needed a little minor maintenance and inventory. It would be nice if something was available to help scrub dishes, or most importantly, the George Foreman BBQ grill — would have been tremendously helpful. Other than that, we enjoyed our peace and quiet, and privacy.

Great one week vacation. Loved the mountains and pine. Much to do in nearby Hot Springs. Nice clean lakes. Arkansas State Diamond Mine worth the drive. Nothing else like it in North America. But once was enough.

This is a time share resort. Some of the condos have a lake view, most do not. Condos are well maintained, clean friendly staff. We have stayed here many times. Los Lagos is located inside Hot Springs Village and is only 15 minutes from Hot Springs.

Staff was awesome. This was our first time in Hot Springs. We really enjoyed staying at Los Lagos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The area had plenty of amenities such as Wal-Mart and restaurants. Great trails and beautiful scenery. We are looking forward to going back this summer.

Los Lagos at Hot Springs springs is a nice little hotel resort. Each room is it's own Villa like building. The rooms were very clean and nice. The bed and couch was comfortable and all the amenities (stove microwave and dishwasher) all work and separate this from room from other hotels. The only thing I didn't like was there was no place to get ice outside of the shell and the check in lodge closes way to early.

Large suite with full kitchen and washer/dryer for the price of a motel. They expect you to clean up after yourself and be considerate about noise. I had a good stay here, no problems.

Spent my honeymoon here and loved it enough I came back with a group of friends. The resort is still lovely, however, our first night our heater made this horrendous noise and would only stay on for a few minutes at a time and only came on periodically. Maintenance came out said he would have to call the hvac guy and that was that. It's gotten into the 30s and 40s every night with no heater. Got up this morning and it's 53 in here. I'm disappointed and cold.

I will definately be back. Beautiful and clean condo with lake view. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff. Andrea who works in the office was awesome and helpful during my stay.

When we booked our stay it was to enjoy a fireplace lit weekend but when we arrived it wasn’t working. Called for maintenance the following day and he was really clueless as to what was wrong with it. He informed us that he would let them know that it had to be checked by “professionals” well that never happened so we were very disappointed. Those kind of things need to be checked out prior to renting them out.

Just spent a week getaway in a great two bedroom unit. Staff was exceptional and more than happy to help with all questions. They were even able to help with my computer. Turns out I needed to add another browser. Great place for family to spend quality time. Anyone looking for a quite getaway owes it to themselves to give Los Lagos a try. You will not be disappointed.

Love our nice condo everything is perfect!, view is breathtaking!, everything was provided like pots pans silverware cups. All you would need is grocery’s. And we have our own balcony. The jetted tub is great and fireplace is a plus!, very cozy and comfy we love it for our first time!, we will be coming back!,

We stayed in one of the older condos but it was still really nice. It had a big master bed room and a huge bathroom with hot tub. Great community hidden in the woods.

Condo is nice and clean. The area is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The room was a great value and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very quiet location for a family get away. The condos could use a little updating along with areas to grill. You can only use an electric grill at your condo. Charcoal BBQ areas were provided, but they were not the best. Make sure to ask for a deck or you will have nowhere to sit outside.

Beautiful getaway! Rooms are updated and very clean! Very peaceful and located around the lake with a trail! Stores are not far away if needed to pick up a few things. The people that work there are very helpful! Definitely a place to come back to just to get away for peace!

Beautiful views, quiet, and relaxing. A great place to spend quality time and freely walk with my service animal with out the harassing questions, even though it's supposed to be a pet free place! Just wonderful! There were huge flying roaches and Beatles that make there way to the houses… Especially at night! Bring mosquito repellent. Other than that great!

My family and I had the WORST weekend. We had been in several hotels around the US, latin america and Europe and NEVER had such a terrible problem. They told me that they will call the police. The lady at the front desk told me that 3 times and then someone call me to remind me they will do it. WHY? because I was angry. Yes, I was but I did not tell her a bad word, and I wasn't in "her territory" as she claimed. I just left my purse in a table next to the front desk, since there were more people waiting and I don't want to bother them. I was standing closer to that table while I was looking on my cellphone the confirmation number… I don't meant to be closer to her… like being "in her territory" … that make no sense. She doesn't have any patiente with us while I was translating my father {since he doesn't speak english}. She wan't nice at all, she was concernd about the rest of the people waiting. They don't gave us the 2 cabins that we reserved. We ask for 2 places with handicap facilities, in the 1st floor. When I let her know our problems, she told me "I can give you a refund", when I did'nt ask for it, I was asking for a solution, and also for an explication. During the whole time, she wasn't paying attention, she was worry for the other person that was waiting… She could call somenone else to help us, but she just offerd me a refund and then she said she will call the police.

This was a beautiful surprise for my family. I booked what I thought was, a hotel room, but get here and its this gorgeous gated community! Staff is there should you need them but give you your space! It is worth the money and I will be coming back! Perfect vacation!

Hello everybody here is some of the great places for your summer break even any time of the year, with nice views, boat rental, great spaces at really good price, best than a regular hotel, you can cook in the apartments because are like your own home with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, and a nice bath so check it out! Hola a todos aquí uno de los grandes lugares para tu descanso de verano aun en cualquier tiempo del año, con bonitas vistas, renta de botes, grandes espacios a un precio realmente bueno, mejor que un hotel regular, tu puedes cocinar en los departamentos porque son como tu propia casa con 1, 2, o 3 recamaras, cocina, comedor, sala y un bonito baño así que checalo!

Very nice condos, we were located right on the lake, the neighbors were very friendly, and the clubhouse on campus has activities planned everyday that you can sign up for, which can be good for the days you don't want to drive 40 mins to hot springs (which is where all major entertainment is located).

Stayed all last week and loved it! The staff were very nice. Was close by to the quartz mine and downtown hot springs. Also loved how there are walking paths going along the lake. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed July 8 thru July 10th the first night was good the second night we went swimming and couldn't swim because people we're getting sick at their stomach for some reason and that night the air conditioner went out tried calling the front desk no answer they we're closed I couldn't find my emergency contact number to get a hold of them our room got up to 97degreez the fridge would not cool good and when I told the lady at check out time she was rude I will never spend another penny there again.

Rooms are OK, however since Festiva's take over there have been no updates to the rooms and less amenities are provided.

This is perfect if you bring kids, with enclosed apartments A and B. Knowing that they are safe next door, you can check on them without having to go outside. Rooms have everything you would have in your home for standards uses. They put a lot of thought for your convenience, even washer and dryer…

Nice big suites for a good price. Located close to the Crystal mines and the springs bath houses. Nice gated community.

This is the second time we've stayed here for vacation and both times have been absolutely wonderful! The first time we stayed was in January so there wasn't a whole lot of outside activities to do. However, this time we've been able to take advantage of all of the activities. We rented kayaks from the Waypoint and paddled the entire lake, they were affordable. Also the trails in addition to geocaching were great! We will be coming here for years to come because it never disappoints!

Currently staying at the resort and my family is loving it! Excellent view of the lake, the staff has been 5-Star and the local people are very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again and in the future.

This was a great get away for my man and I. We left the city life ant the congestion for a lovely weekend in the Mountains. Loved the room very clean and cozy. The people that worked in the office was very professional. Had a nice time will be back.

I tagged along with my bff's family weekend and it was amazing! This place is soooo beautiful and very affordable. They have 3 beaches and 2 swimming pools on the property. It's very nice for kids and adults. I will definitely be back.

The unit was very dusty and had only one tiny over the sink window in the kitchen/living area. Very cave like —

While making reservation was made to feel like we really were not welcome. Snobby attitude. Clean but well worn accommodations with 70's decor.

Beware! Removed cushions on couch to unfold bed and found crack pipe and other drug paraphernalia. Nobody to call after hours, had to leave message and wait for return call, police, etc. Not offered a different room or anything at all for inconvenience, just "it happens"… Nice large jacuzzi tub, but not enough hot water to even fill half way. Too far away from Hot Springs to drive each day. VERY disappointed!
