I like this place but their some employees are lazy and rude to the costumers, but its a nice Hotel to stay and pet lovers.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly and the hotel bar was fun. Makes long business trips go by faster.

Home2 Suites in Tuscaloosa boasts a convenient location, a gracious and attentive staff, and super comfortable beds. Their breakfast bar was also so delicious—if I could, I would wake up to their coffee and fresh oatmeal and berries every day.

Had the most luxurious, relaxing stay at Home 2 Suites in Tuscaloosa, AL. Huge, comfy beds and pillows, a super nice kitchen, tons of storage and so many amenities! The free breakfast was delicious and decadent and they even had plenty of office area in the lobby so we could get some work done. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here Sunday to attend a concert. The Amphitheater is around the corner within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious with the feel of a studio apartment. The hotel is pet friendly and I saw recycle and trash bins in several areas. If you’re in the Tuscaloosa area I would highly reccomend Home2 Suites right in downtown! The room was beautiful and spacious with a great view, super clean, a bunch of handy amenities, roomy bathroom, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We checked in late at night and they were super kind, and checkout was a breeze and Nicole at the desk gave us a great breakfast recommendation! It was right near the venue I spent my evening at, and made the trip so much easier. Also thank you Ignite Hospitality Services for the help!

Touring comedian Shaunak Godkhindi was in town performing and was very excited to see this property on the itinerary! They enjoyed their time spent here with it's very nice and clean bedroom suites, laundry facilities, indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast every morning! We traveled to Tuscaloosa for a festival at the amphitheater. This hotel was extremely close & convenient to the venue. We arrived early & the hotel was very accommodating in getting us a room as soon as one opened up. Hotel was very clean & modern with a wonderful pool & gym. Loads of great restaurants & bars all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Included breakfast had great options for the whole family. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was very large and clean. Highly recommend. Great bang for your buck. Pet friendly!

Rooms are wonderful and big. Very clean. My pillows weren't what I am used to so I was unhappy with them. I also had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi. Location is very convenient to the amphitheatre which was why we were there. It is a short walk.

Great room! Clean and orderly! … but watch out for the charges on your credit card because we were charged more than $500 extra after our stay. We have talked to the staff and manager, he assured us that he would rectify the problem within 2-3 days but it's been a week now and we have heard nothing from them and nothing has been done to correct the error. Very frustrating. We were also given the run around by the corporate office and told us to speak with the manager again.

What a perfect stay in downtown Tuscaloosa. Roll tide. I actually took a stroll around the property 8n downtown Tuscaloosa. Delightful brand new modern sleek the whole property was awesome. Living by its name, the ambiance is like your own home. It is a home away from home. The staffs are nice and all the facilities are clean. Above all what I like most is that they have a policy of donating some money to st jude research hospital for each day that the guest forego cleaning of the room. It feels fulfilling to know that I contribute in my own little way. More power home2.!

This hotel was fun and cool and the staff was friendly and inviting they even shook my hand after I checked in. One of the first things I noticed is the safety with the elevator and how you need a key to get in and out of the elevator. I felt very safe when I discovered that. The room were spacious and comfortable and cool looking. It had a little kitchen in which it made staying there very convenient for me. My bed was super soft and cozy. I would stay here again.

When I came out to tour UA, I stayed at Home2 with my mom. We arrived at dinner time and the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. After settling in, we headed back down and asked for dinner recommendations. The man behind the desk was so helpful and gave us quite a few different places that varied in price and type of food. Would love to stay here again if ever needed!

Home2 Suites has consistently been a positive experience for me regardless of location and the one in Tuscaloosa is no exception. The courteous staff is welcoming and friendly with a smile, genuine conversation, and the offer of fresh apples upon check-in. The rooms are spacious and cozy, set up like a studio apartment complete with kitchenette and sporting modern decor and fixtures. The beds are so comfortable I bought a set of sheets for my home! Other facilities include well kept indoor swimming and workout areas, an outside patio with use of gas grills, and an open lobby/breakfast area. The breakfast itself was unique offering breakfast sandwiches, cold and hot cereals, fresh fruit, and plenty more. I was particularly happy about the watermelon water! One other asset to the Tuscaloosa property is that it is well placed for access to the town, university, dining options, etc. I hope to stay here again on my next visit.

The good, nice facilities, very nice staff, pet friendly, large room very well laid out with kitchen and work space. The not so good, $ 75.00 pet fee, ouch! Breakfast options better than most fix it yourself hotel breakfasts but at 7 am many people preparing and eating breakfast but almost no sight of an employee to restock heatable items, (eggs, omelettes) therefore we all stood waiting for food to be brought out. It is prepackaged microwaveable so one could have easily brought out more food quickly if the staff member assigned to this task paid attention and did their job. There was no hot food being prepared like bacon or sausage so I can't imagine what food staffer was doing when he should have been keeping food readily available for guests.

The location is very nice, but breakfast was always missing items. It's good that they offer it but if there is nothing to eat… Also this was not a one day problem it was every day. There was not even an omelette. Obviously their after not planning accordingly.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms and common areas are modern and clean. Close to all the fun on the Strip. Nice breakfast spread — fresh waffles, real oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, microwave omelets and biscuits, plus all the fixins — brown sugar, dried fruits, nuts, powdered sugar and an assortment of syrups to put the finishing touches on your meal. The noon check-out time was nice touch after a night out.

The hotel staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere was friendly, bright, and cheerful. I was there to visit my son, and we simply visited in the lobby. The lobby had public space but private areas where we could visit. I would definitely choose to stay here when given an opportunity!

We stayed here for a concert at the amphitheater. The staff was very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. They had a wide variety to choose from. It's location was within walking distance of plenty of places to dine and easy walk to the amphitheater. Would definitely recommend this place. We will stay here again if we come back to Tuscaloosa.

Really liked it, but bring your own soap and maybe bring your pillow if you are choosy about pillows. That's just the case with all H2's, but you get a big room for a low price. It's nice to have a Hilton chain property so close to the things — quite walkable from this spot. In fact, I walked only a short distance into the concert at the amphitheater. I found greek yogurt in the lobby each morning. This hotel was clean and brand new, and the staff were nice. I'd book it again.

It's a nice place to stay if you're in town for a game. Comfy, clean rooms and within walking distance of a lot of local attractions like O'Henry's, Steel City Pops, The Alabama Theatre, etc. Staff is nice, plenty of parking, very secure.

I couldn't believe how big the Home 2 Suites Tuscaloosa Downtown rooms were! They really are more of an apartment than a hotel room. We had a room with two beds and both I and the person I was staying with had room to sit and set up a little desktop station. Perfect for long time stays — our room even featured a dishwasher. Every amenity is provided by the wonderful staff. Would give it six stars if I could!

Everybody here is amazingly helpful and incredibly polite. Everyone was so friendly. The hotel provides a great complimentary breakfast. The workout room has a lot more than you will find in the typical hotel workout room. The hotel also has a good sized indoor pool. The room includes tons of closet and drawer space. The room has a cool, slick design to it that includes a full fridge, dishwasher and plates & utensils. Lost story short, it was great to be back in Tuscaloosa and great to be back at the Homes 2 Suites.

This is my second time at this property and It is still a top notch experience! We had an issue wth the number of beds (requested 2, got 1) and the staff immediately took care of it and got us the room we needed! Beyond helpful, the room was HUGE, comfortable and just what we needed for a nights stay! Thanks!

Hotel with friendly staff, inviting lobby, and comfortable suites. Decor is crisp and minimalist. All suites have full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, and utensils. Cooking surfaces are available on request. Great restaurants are in walking distance as well as the River Walk.

The bed was awesome! No hot tub and the floors were very sticky which they attributed to the chlorine of the pool guests but I totally doubt that was the real reason. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good but turkey sausage should have never been invented.

From the short distance walk to great attractions and food, to the 24/7 convenience store inside the hotel and the free breakfast. This hotel is an amazing place to stay for anyone especially travelling entertainers. Thank you for being such a great hotel, we look forward to staying again!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Staff and management were completely courteous and helpful. My room was big and comfortable and had everything. Full refrigerator and microwave and dishes. They also had blackout curtains which made the room nice and dark. It was easy to fall asleep after a 12 hour drive even though it was only 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The next morning I checked out the workout room with free weights and cardio machines. Really nice, really clean. And the complementary breakfast was just yummy! I would totally recommend this hotel! Just wanted to update this review and say that my second stay was just as enjoyable as a first! Even though the hotel was full I still received first-rate individual attention. I was told if there were any problems, no matter how small, to please let them know. They said we promise we will make it right. That's good customer service! My room was just as clean and comfortable as last time and the full kitchen was spotless. The hotel is also in a cool part of town with plenty of restaurants close by. This is my new favorite place to stay in Tuscaloosa!

Rooms are neat and expertly decorated. Front desk staff was very polite and gracious. Breakfast buffet was tasty and fresh. Hotel lobby and hallways were clean and well cared for.

Great accommodations and atmosphere. Rooms had a full kitchenette. Amenities like the outdoor fire pit and bbq and indoor pool were nice.

Rooms are HUGE! not only are the beds comfortable but there is comfortable couch to sit on and relax and watch tv. If you work and travel as much as I do there is plenty of desk space to spread your work out. There is an indoor pool and laundry on site,. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of local events and sites to see. Best complimentary breakfast I have ever had! There is a huge variety of things to chose from. From waffles to cereals and also fresh fruits like raspberries and blueberries! Great place to stay! Well done Hilton Home 2 suites — thank you for making me feel at home!

One of my favorite properties to stay while on the road. I've never slept in a bed with pillow cases and sheets sooooo soft! I could've laid in bed all day during my stay. I love the clean, modern, yet home-like atmosphere at this hotel. It's a joy to stay here. I also love the coffee, tea, and green apples available 24/7 in the lobby. The gym is an amazing, smaller version of a fancy, high-end fitness center with HD TVs, free weights, medicine balls, kettlebell, balance board, mats, cables machine, cardio equipment, towels, headphones, and water cooler. The breakfast is a highlight for me. They have gourmet-style sandwiches and interesting, healthy choices such as coconut, fresh, mixed berries, watermelon water, vanilla and chocolate soy milk, and buckwheat waffles. Can't wait to come back! I really LOVE this place!

Felt new and modern, if not a little cheapo depot. Rooms were comfortable enough and breakfast were decent if not a little busy. Texas shadows waffles are always a big plus. Gym was above average for a hotel.

This place is awesome! Kueregs in the room, full size kitchen with everything except for a stove. (Even a dishwasher) Power outlets everywhere, everything very spacious. Everyone is very friendly and location is close to many restaurants and pois. Definitely going to be looking for home2s for future vacations.

Brand new hotel and lots of construction in the area. My vehicle got a flat tire in the parking lot and the whole, brand new, tire needed to be replaced. Hotel does not have any current programs to assist with replacing tire damage at their facility. A little disappointing a company that charges up to $500 a night was unwilling to help with any of the damages. Rooms were clean and staff was polite.

Great Experience. This is a loft type setting not your typical remodeled hotel. Rooms are spacious and mine had a galley kitchen. Furniture was comfortable with modern bathroom. Great patio with fire pit out front.

The Home 2 Suites in Tuscaloosa is a perfect place to get away for the weekend or to stay while in town on business. The helpful and staff and loads of complimentary items sets this hotel apart from the rest. The rooms are clean, large and furnished with fantastically modern accents.
