Nice hotel. For those who came to walk around the city and on excursions. Food is good, varied. It is a three star hotel. Only with a Wi-Fi problem. Will have to beat the nerves to sit on the Internet through it (maybe soon change the router). To the sea walk to go 200 m. No private beach. To lie on the sunbeds, will have to buy something in the nearest café. But there are also free from sunbeds places, that's where you can lie on your own towels. Towels cannot be brought to the beach from the room. You can buy everything you need nearby. The view from the window is lovely. We paid extra for a sea view room and didn't regretted. In the room Malenshij TV, a maximum of 10 channels, half of them in Turkish, the rest on the Russian. The bar has a small selection of drinks. An iron and safe at the reception. The safe is 2 dollars a day, but it can be used only for the whole stay in the hotel. The water is hot and cold from the cooler around the clock. Overall the hotel is not bad if you are not going there to sit for days.

Ascetic household conditions and accommodation. All below the minimum. The reception was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good.

The hotel has got a good location. It's a two-minutes walk to the sea. It hasn't got its own beach, but you can relax at one of the beaches next to the hotel. The food is simple, but delicious. We didn't ever feel hungry while staying at the hotel. If you want to go to the city centre, you can either take a bus or walk for about 15 minutes on the promenade next to the sea. There are a lot of different shops and markets nearby. The rooms are ok. Of course, it's not a luxurious place, but quite suitable for a short stay. The personnel is friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.
The food at the hotel every day whilst we lived was getting better and tastier, fresh vegetables, chicken fillet, mackerel fish, olives and olives, very tasty bread. No one was hungry, the kitchen was all happy, although there was not much variety.
The staff is very nice, always helpful, never denied anything! Minus it is their appearance, go in T-shirts and jeans, it is not normal.
The bar is very surprised, everything was delicious, and gin and wine in bottles and not in packs, beer bottle, soda, juices of normal firm. Alcohol does not interfere here! It's delicious and not the cheapest! Minus the bar is a coffee, coffee from the machine is terrible, Americano just do not drink, you only need to drink with milk to beat at least like that taste.
The room was clean. The windowsills do not wiped, under the bed the floor was not washed, but also dirty was not, cleaning on a quick hand.
The bathroom is clean and the food is very nice.
The hotel is in the city center, it is very convenient as well as the sea 100 meters from the hotel and the centre is a 10 minute walk away. Minus the location is that the hotel is near the mosque, and 5 times a day Donostjatsja very loud howling prayers, especially wildly waking up from this at 5am, light sleep.

Worst hotel ever. Definitely would not recommend. Last I heard was it got closed down, thank God.

The hotel was horrible, you couldn't for the love of God eat the food… "you will get a bad belly"… Also the staff can't talk english… the pool is too small… Horrid divan stained beds… No view at all also too close to a main road. All inclusive drinks are so watered down it is fruit juice. Please look at reviews from more poor people that traveled to stay here.

Nice hotel, close to the beach! Everywhere nice people, working in reception, with food and drinks and locking after the pool area. But we expected some more and different food for breakfast. :-).

I've stayed in this hotel for 10 days with four friends (ages 19) and it was great! The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, you only have to walk about 1 minute before laying on a sun bed on the lovely beach. The centre is further away, about 1.650 km but this way you have no trouble sleeping due to loud music from the bar street. The staff is incredibly friendly and more than willing to help you out with anything. Our shower head was broken and they fixed it the same day as we asked them too. Their English is not the best, but they understand you easy enough and want to help you the best way they can! The food is really nice, it's plain but it tastes good. The salads all sort of taste the same but the little cakes, fruit and warm dishes taste really nice. Especially the chicken schnitzel and the cordon bleu are really tasty! Rooms are cleaned everyday and you get fresh towels 3 days a week, which is more than enough. You can get drinks though out the entire day, and you can always order more food between the daily foodservice's: breakfast, lunch, snacks (cookies and tea+coffee), dinner and soup service. There is Wi-Fi in the lobby, and that works pretty good. The hotel is simple, it's not luxe but perfect if you want a simple holiday without any worries. I had an amazing time in this hotel and I fully recommend it to anyone who is considering going to Marmaris.

Hotel looks nothing from the outside, but must say got to of been 1 of my better stays food n drink excellent, staff great, but I do no that sam as left now so who knows? Xx.
