Had the best Holiday in marmaris, I highly recommend the club sun smile apartments. They where very clean and the staff are all so friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back soon!

I stay here every time I go to Turkey it's a lovely place staff are nice can't do enough for u and the pool is the best feature and the rooms are very nice and the food is outstanding wouldn't stay anywhere else x.

Amazing place, the reception / bar / restaurant staff are brilliant and so friendly. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we had the best time ever. Basic accommodation but so clean and the pool was warm! Not far from the nightlife but tucked away enough if you need the sleep Feeling so sad to be home, our little ‘dancing girl’ cried when we left, the staff became our family for the week and Amly (Amelia) surely misses you all. Will be back as soon as we can xxx.

Yet again, fantastic holiday, the staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble to assist you in every way they can, the food is good, rooms are nice and clean, looking forward to next year.

Staying here right now, second year, love it, very clean, friendly, helpful staff, food and drinks are great, great location for restaurants, shops, bar, beach or mariner.

Basic no frills (not complaining) friendly staff, and clean. Showers go hot and cold without warning. If you need a safe then it's just off the reception area. Not tried the food yet, but we arrived very late last night and they organised a pizza delivery which I thought was good. Wifi is in public areas only but you can rent a Wi-Fi box for your room etc for £5 per day. I've not tried it, so don't know how good it is. If your room is overlooking to the rear of the hotel, you may be woke up early by someone's chickens next door to the hotel. Aircon is limited to the bedroom and is also charged as an extra. All together for the safe and aircon for 9 days it comes to £51. Overall it's not a bad place to stay, I would say that's it's probably the same as most hotels in this area. We've stayed here before, would we come back? Yes.

Really good rooms clean my auntie stopped there she enjoyed it I recommend it to a large family really nice manager does show for kids.

Our usual hotel had closed 5 years ago so we found this on trip adviser… been back every year since — nothing is too much trouble for these guys, clean rooms, bills always correct, top service — a nice refreshing change to be here!

Had a great 2 wks in club sunsmile the staff the rooms and the cleaners where all brill cd do enough for you and the food is lovely chicken pakora to die for thanx again club sunsmile.

Lovely staff, always pleasant and often go out of their way to accommodate their guests needs. The number of returning holiday maker speaks volumes. You won't be disappointed!

Staff can not do enough for you. Food superb, if you order the fajitas make sure you are hungry portion is enormous. Michael Joseph Hastings would struggle to finish it.

When I was last here on the 12.05.18 me and my family were having fun and one of the staff said to my aunt your getting wet tonight to her she said I am not getting we because we are going out so evening comes and were having a little drink before we go out the staff grabbed my aunt and compleatly soaked her her brand new Hermes Birkin handbag that costed her £14, 950.00 and her brand new outfit and her expensive makeup got compleatly ruined they then pushed my auntie in the pool in the deep end and my auntie cannot swim with 6 inch heals on in water the staff just stood and laughed I jumped in and broght her to the side of the pool the staff laughed hestericly at my auntie she then ran away crying and ran into her room dripping wet crying not one staff member tried to stop her she goth changed walked up to the staff and demanded an appology which she never go we checked out of this hotel and booked into the titanic hotel and they said I should give a reveiw of this unexeptable behaivheor we will never be back.

Truly amazing staff who make u feel so welcome! A home from home! Nothing is too much trouble and still they smile (even at the end of a 14 hour shift). I loved every minute of my 10 day stay — honestly felt like part of the family. Cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back! Thanks again to all the staff for all their hard work & making me feel so welcome x.

Returning for our 4th stay in August, stayed in various apartments over the years and wouldn't stay anywhere else, the most genuine friendly staff, the best food, better than any of the restaurants we've been to so we pay for half board, rooms are clean and a good size, can't wait to see everyone again xxx.

Love the place — friendly excellent service. The place is clean and tidy and the food is out of this world. Would highly recommend — the cocktails are fantastic — especially love the watermelon frozen daiquiri — great place for all.

Best hotel we have stayed at in turkey. The staff are amazing and so is the pool, food and entertainment. Rooms are pretty basic but are still ok.

Having just arrived back from staying in the club sun smile we can honestly say what a fab place to stay in. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. We highly recommend this apartment building. The beach is only a ten minute walk away as is the harbour and the main shops, Marmaris is a lovely place to visit. We will be returning there again soon.
