Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Very nice beach, everything clean and stuff willing to help, but do not speak english.

We've been resting since 09.06 to 19.06.18. I liked the hotel. The restaurant's kitchen is 5 points. Grilled fish, liver, kebab, fried and baked chicken, whole tuna baked whole, as there was a holiday of Ramadan-Bayram baked whole lamb, turkey. There is a lot of food and delicious. There are no queues, there is enough space. Cleaning rooms every day, replacing towels every day, bedding every day. The area is clean. The beach is great sandy, the sea is sandy bottom. We loved it. And it's a 50-minute drive to the airport.

Stayed with 16.05 TO 26.05.2018. The hotel is made of minuses:
The room was clean, the breakfast was changed and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
-LUNCH ON THE BEACH! IT'S TERRIBLE! QUEUE OF HUNGRY HOLIDAYMAKERS! DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY NOT MAKE LUNCH IN THE MAIN RESTAURANT! HEAT, SMALL TENT, QUEUE ENDLESS, DISAPPEARS ALL DESIRE TO EAT!
-There is no special variety in the choice of dishes, soup one kind, porridge for breakfast only rice, salads basically cabbage, hungry certainly will not remain, but for 5 stars-poorly.
From the pros-it's the sea, Nice beach, sunbeds enough, green area, animation is present, ice cream near the pool, drinks are not bad. In general I would put the hotel 4.

The hotel is not worth its 5 *. The maximum is 3 *.
Cons:-Beach: Where there are sunbeds-sand with stones, with fine trash in the form of sticks, twigs.
— Food: Vegetarian Hotel. Mostly vegetables. For the meat almost fought with the attendants. He put one piece in a plate, and if you try to take another, he snatched the food from his hands.
There is almost no food for children. This hotel is not suitable for children. Otherwise your child will eat pasta, potatoes, rice, pizza for lunch and dinner. And for breakfast an egg and a pancake. By the way, pancakes flips with the same hand! Which breaks the eggs when it's fried. I'm sorry for the photo.
— Room: not cleaned every day. Not yet "led the handle" to be removed.
— A place to eat: In the morning there was no queue to eat. But! At lunch and dinner you had to stand in line for a meal of 30 minutes! And not the fact that it will be your turn, the food is still there waiting for you. The same, and tables free was not. It was necessary to stand and wait until someone eats and frees (as in Makdo at rush hour).
— Children's animation: if it could be called… Just a dude (an employee of the hotel) dressed in ordinary clothes for 30 minutes danced with children, drove the trains.

This hotel positioning as a 5*, but it didn't correct. Old hotel, small territory, no animation.

Compared to the latest reviews here is super. I walked around all the Suras. The barn is just super. More comparable to it sural resort-it is a little bit more interesting and there are small slides as in the water park. But as you can walk all over the territory that overpay meaning no-I live in Saray, I go on a roller coaster in the resort) in general highly recommend.

The hotel is so so deserves 3. To the five is not very good. Nice beach and nothing else. Poor cleaning. Not much of a menu. Terrible animation.

The Beach is very good. Also liked the walking track along the coast, very picturesque. But The hotel itself is mediocre. The Rooms are OK, but no more. You want to stay in a room with a sea view-pay extra. Food is so-so, but hungry will not stay. Overall A standard Turkish hotel. Since we are in Turkey not the first time, we knew about what to expect and not disappointed. Well, as we were going to relax, sunbathe and bathe, not to sit in the room and eat, we liked the trip.

Older hotel with some prints … the choice when eating was very manageous. Many regulars who prefer to be served by the staff. Room cleaning was only superficial.

Were here in early November. Very friendly and very attentive staff. The only shortcoming was the cold rooms at night.

1. Disgusting housekeeping
Very slow and poor quality
At two o'clock in the afternoon came from lunch, relax, the room was not cleaned, for all two weeks, we only once cleaned the room! And the bed linen was stained, towels too. The floors also remained dirty
2. Disgusting staff
No hotel has seen such boorish behavior
Bartenders poured each other behind the counter champagne, smoked straight in front of the guests, drank alcoholic drinks.
Also none of the staff, except Retsepshena did not know English, not the more Russian language
The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice.
When all the guests were sitting at the tables, not the Germans, they were not touched at all.
The food was very bad.

Very nice hotel. Wi-Fi works very hard. It is made so, that you can't stay connected for a long time and constantly you should log in.

Unfortunately, we had already dirty sheets and towels at moving into the hotel. The food was the condition in order, unfriendly.
