Sabit, Sevim & Sasmaz were very good staff! Was very nice stay.

Super attentive staff, very clean room, super clean kpl. Enclosure. The beach was always clean, there was no dirt or algae there. Everything was cleaned daily. Also enough loungers were available, the reservation, which some people like to do, was unnecessary. Someone was available around the clock. Meals sufficiently available. I highly recommend the hotel.

Eat the same thing every day. The food does not taste good. Drinks are not always available. There is no Wi-Fi at all. Animation Zero. I wouldn't recommend it and that's not worth 4.5 stars. We are not coming anymore…

Wonderful hotel — warm and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, great sandy beach. Large garden with palm and fruit trees — great for walks with kids. The first hotel in Turkey we would love to come back to.

The Hotel is in General OK my. The bad Service would be not. No waiter service. Drinks and Cutlery you had to get yourself. Not for a 5 star facility. Except Ersin at the pool bar in the evening. Always friendly and quick with the drinks. All should have a disc with him cut off. And unfortunately, too many Russians. Behave like the Sch. In Russia, there is probably nothing to eat. But if the Managementm does nothing; makes the staff of course nothing. A pity, but to Süral we go again. No idea come from where the many positive reviews.
