The hotel supposedly is a 5 star hotel, but the room we stayed in was not up to the standard, and the same goes to the rest of the hotel. We stayed at room 2101, just above the lobby. The entire section, where we stayed was noisy from 8 in the morning until 11pm with loud music. During the evening show, it was impossible to stay in the room, because of the noise from guest and music. Around 12 pm and till 4 am in the night, you can clearly hear the cleaning crew, vacuuming and washing the floors in the lobby and the basement. The food at the buffet restaurant was eatable, but it is clear that the food from dinner buffet was reused from lunch. Food at the pool restaurant is not eatable at all, the burger was served cool, with funny tasting meat; pizza was okay, the fries was cold and soft. The general language of the hotel was either Turkish or Russian, so if you are speaking English, can't recommend a stay at this hotel. We was expecting to use the laundry service, the jacuzzi, but like many of the hotel services, either nonexistent or broken. More so, the staff during the day was quite nice, but the night staff was terrible. One night, the night manager of the hotel, Abdula was threatening and very unpleasant towards me and my boyfriend, wanted to drag us out of the hotel, outside the view of the cameras. The night manager called for two very large security guard that was trying to drag us out of the hotel. All this because we wanted to complain about the way the night manager had just 20 minutes before been disrespectful to us, calling us names that should not be said out loud. The manager was physical towards me; tried to hit me when I toke a picture of him in connection with making the complaint, since he was not in uniform or had a name tag, and refused in the beginning to give us his name. After this incident, we contacted our travel agency, and had been relocated to another hotel.
