Nice place for resting and have fun.

Great place, very good food. Many attractions for children and adults. Nice atmosphere throughout the resort. We will definitely come back here.

The hotel staff is very nice and the helpful food is terrible. The standard rooms are very small. In general, it is a quiet and decent hotel, but it is an extremely Russian-oriented hotel. They already work with whatever you give the Russians. I didn't find much to eat. The system environment of the hotel is not bad, it is like a holiday village, part by part. Although I really like its architecture and concept, I don't know if I'll come back.

I’m writing this review while still sitting on the balcony of Octopus restaurant. I don’t have words to describe my satisfaction from the resort staff and from the service. Variety of food choices especially for meat and sweet lovers like myself :) excellent drinks choice, smiling faces on most of the personnel even when they don’t speak english its super easy to understand and to get what you have requested for. The animation team especially Deniz and the girl with blond hair (I don’t know her name) were excellent when it comes to always smiling and dancing — where do you find the energy?!
Going back to the amenities the resort it self looks like a small city with a lot of green surfaces. The room was on the second floor overlooking in trees which added up to the beautiful mornings when waking up. It was regularly cleaned to perfection. Some of the furniture can be updated but that was not affecting the overall experience. The beds are super cozy. The beach is huge and the water is crystal blue. Its minutes to the center of Kemer which makes it easily accessible and it gives possibility for walking and city-sightseeing when you want to do something different. Would I recommend it? YES Will I come back? YES YES Thank you guys for making my 11 days vacation worth-wile.

Just got back from vacation, had a rest in this hotel for 13 days. All very well, a lot of experience. The hotel itself is situated in an excellent location. Kemer town centre can also be reached on foot. The grounds are very well maintained, the pools are gorgeous. Super water slides (especially the ones in the first small pool). The food is very good, it was just much :) Drinks are Turkish, but the lobby bar is European so that you can find to your liking. The entertainment staff is excellent! The scene outside the restaurant every day a new show. Now, why put 3… Rooms clean… try to… But our room 3224 (notice of administration) for the holidays, 4 times he refused to operate the electronic lock, and the problem is not the card. The Hotel is decent. Overall we liked it. The Staff is very attentive, especially the waiters in the restaurant and in the bar. By 5 stars I would take the power of Ultra Ol. Lots of Food. And the food is different. You can Choose for all tastes. Food Availability is unlimited. Bottled water is everywhere and also in unlimited quantities. Large pools and grounds around. The Seats are enough. In General, the territory of the courtyard is quite spacious, a lot of tables and just benches. Because people are not crowded. The towel Change is daily (do you need? ). Safe in the room for free. The Beds are comfortable.

Hotel was nice and clean however staff members behaviour towards guests is atrocious they don’t know how to smile or behave with guests, constantly giving people dirty looks. The staff have terrible communication skills as they can barley speak English and always argue with guests. One member of staff said we can leave our luggage with them when it was check out time and use the hotel facilities while we wait for our bus to come and pick us up then a few hours later another member of staff comes along and says we have to pay extra to sit at the hotel and keep our bags inside he wasn’t willing to listen and had replied back with “in your country you kick us out of the hotel as soon as you check out” staff needs to be trained on how to talk with guest and they need to communicate with each other properly a great hotel ruined by rude, arrogant and ignorant staff members.

People just come here you can only feel good it's all right so get on your way and come to the Crystal De Luxe Resort and Spa to Kemer.

The hotel is 5 stars. In the room bathrobes, slippers, shower facilities (put new when the end), cleaning every day. Very friendly staff. On the 0 floor the pool is free, for children the room, every day painted different muzzles akvagrimom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, bar people were friendly but I couldnt do 5 stars. The guy on the counter at the spa either cant smile or just doesnt like foreign people and the entertainment guy has absolutely no humour walked upto me n my partner no introduction no smile and says "were u from"? Didnt know if the guy was trying to start a fight or wat u also see him around the pool being a creep for a 5 star place it needs more positive things.

I was there in December on a burning voucher for $200 4 nights. Certainly for such money everything is super. The food is good. One minus but this is not a hotel at the time of year. The hotel is luxury with excellent housekeeping and reception /front desk services under the management of the manager Mr. Avni Solar who is quitely observant polite and always helpful as well as his team of staff. Spa facilities are wonderful and food is moderate with rich menu. Animation and snacks mediocre. I m not sure really about hygiene as the hotel riddled with persistent flies and cats but flies much more worse than cats.

The hotel it self, good service and good food. Excellent facilities and near by the sea shore. The only dissadvantage is that drive from nearby airport is 1.5 hours.

Rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, the view of the mountains is great, afternoon sun on the balcony, wellness department recommended, indoor swimming pool as well, friendly staff although partly overtaxed at meals, although the hotel is not busy.
Unacceptable are the numerous stray cats in the restaurant and bar area who use every opportunity to get food from the dishes.

Nice hotel with a russian speaking stuff in the center part of Kemer. Good food, and SPA center. There is a small library in one of the bars. The place is not for you if you don't like cats and noise in the evening. The hotel's beach is over the street so you have to walk few steps to reach the sea.

This hotel is so close to the centre of town it is a little pricey but it's worth every penny. The shows aren't as good as some other hotels but it still had character, mostly international guests and up to international standards.

Good food but almost the same every day, bad coffee, low quality drinks, it must be the cheapest they could find, the staff does not speak English except the customer relations lady, the waiters and barmans lack the minimum knowledge of hygiene (they literally put their fingers in your glasses), the entertainment guys are ok, the rooms too, but this is definitely NOT a *****hotel, as they say they are.

Air conditioning 0 to 10 is: 0 it turns off automatically every morning between 3am to 4am when you are sleeping. That means you must wake up every single night to turn it on. Food 0 to 10 is: 8. Room service 0 to 10 is: 4. Alcohol and soft drinks 0 to 10 is: 2… The cheapest alcohol and soft drinks. Entertaining services 0 to 10 is: 3. Wi-Fi service 0 to 10 is : 1… So don't waste your money and never book this hotel at all.

The hotel is clean BUT everything else is below zero! Customer service is VERY poor, Entertainment is rubbish, children get bored! Food wise not good its repeat everyday! they turn the air conditioning off in the rooms! In the hallways it's certain time that's air con is on! Don't waste yours money! From 0 to 10 rating is 4
