An excellent place to stay with and without children. Perfect for those who do not want to burn under the sultry Turkish sun, the territory is all planted with huge pines. There are pools located in the shade of trees. For those who want to sunbathe there are swimming pools in open places. Every evening the show is a program, followed by a continuation of the evening at the bar with live music from local bands and then for the most active, DJs playing in the discobar. The water park is not big. 5 slides and a slow river that is not ringed. But everything is on a level. Water can be found near each pool. Drinks like wine and beer. There's also fast food. It's all inclusive. The bar pours free vodka gin and brandy. There is a hookah and not a pretty bad hookah for 10-15 dollars. We lived in a villa. It's better than a regular room in the main enclosure. The main thing is that the pitchfork does not live on the ground floor. It's pretty damp out there. The room has a mini bar. The big plus is the hotel grounds. Comfortable rooms. Good kitchen. But! We went to the beach at 9:30 came at 14:00 the room is not cleaned. The children had a quiet hour until 4:30 p. M. We've been resting since i'm 16.06 to 25.06.18, with a family of three, with a child of 10 years. It's the second time we've been there. They lived in the main building. The room is large, loved, cleaned well and efficiently. The hotel staff are friendly. Every night of performances for children, after it — for adults. The saunas, hammam and spa worked as normal. A bunch of bars and a few lobbies. The water park is about 5 minutes from the main building, and there are 2 elevators on the way. It consists of a small waterfall, centrifuges, children's rafting and about 4-5 water slides, there is a small trampoline for children, a pool with warm water. The grounds of the hotel and water park are almost all green, so it's not hot. To the sea take a small bus, about 2-3 minutes, then go to the beach for another 3-5 minutes and go by elevator 1 minute. In general, for 7-10 days the road to the beach does not strain, if more days, I would not advise, though who how. Beach for 4 (sand, pebbles). Group of four people, no kids. We arrived early in the morning, before the check-in time, we were invited to take a seat in the lobby or terrace and serve coffee, beverages or whatever we want, we had access to breakfast and lunch before check in. Staff was friendly and helpful, thet took the car key and parked the car, at check-in they took out lagages from the car and took it in our rooms. As a group of four we received rooms next to each other. We have rooms in the villa which is situated in a pine forest and green areea between the main building of the hotel and water park, villas are on two different levels around the hotel, there are some villas with a nice sea view, we preferred close to the elevator that are situated near the main pool and eating place. Room is spacious and clean, truth to be told, there are some parts including the room and all around the hotel where the age of this hotel is showing, no problem from my part on this matter, is normal. I see many reviews that people are complaining about many things, bugs, whether and all kinds of things… against bugs Don't leave the balcony door open… my goodness, it is normal that in the forest bugs will crawl inside if you invite them inside. TV with over 100 channel, Russian, polish, Turkish, romanian (tvr international) and many others.

Our 12-day vacation has been a dream. Previously written many times this hotel is not suitable for an hassle free vacation. It has lots of problems and doesn't worth your euros. Let Russians enjoy the chaos and free junk food. First of all three pools no place to sun bath Russian took all the sun beds at 3 o'clock. Management put rules not to reserve sun beds but cannot mandate there is zero governance. No foot at pool all Russians take all the foot from restaurant and eat next or in the pool and clean their hand and their kids dirty pads on pool. Pool is chaos in any way and you know that Russians give half the money you gave and you get all the stress. Btw there is free Wi-Fi or should I say Wi-Fi free zone: worst connection ever I saw in a 5 star hotel. Let Russians meet civilization here probably it is better than their country. Rooms dirty you need to fight to get a good room or they give you the cellar for what for the most expensive euro you spend why because they have good rooms to cheap Russians. Enjoyed staying at Utopia a lot! The views on the Mediterranean Sea, mountains, banana plantations, on Kargicak and Mahmutlar are spectacular and the landscaping of the hotel is very beautiful. The service, food, attitude … everything was good! In October there were tourists from Germany, Sweden, Ukraine and even Australia :) As for the things I didn't like, I would prefer the dishes to be washed much better!

Very beautiful area, very green, lots of flowers, walking birds, all well maintained and beautiful… are On site, so nowhere to go — seven restaurants, lots of bars and pools, a Waterpark, gym (small, but acceptable), sauna, Spa, kids club, games room, table games, night club, amphitheater for evening performances and much more! Almost all for free. Watered around the clock, fed from 7 am until after midnight! The food is varied and tasty, lots of sweets and fruits. The cherry and melon every day. Alcohol is not for drinking, but also included almost all. From 20:30 to 21:00 kids mini disco. Evening entertainment (animation) from 21:30 is good, especially liked the acrobats from Kenya. It is a beatifull pretty/clean rooms and a cool Aqua Park Hotel. But the workers and the animation people constantly talk in Russian, not many details and the reception. If this improves I think they might come.

Don't even think for a moment that the five stars on this hotel compares in any way to the five star standard of any European, Asian or American hotel. They try to sell rooms for about 250 euro/night but in reality they go for about 50 euros when purchased in a vacation deal. The guests are 95% Russian/Ukrainian and they certainly behave as expected! Be prepared to get runover at the food courts and learn to receive sharp elbows while holding your plates. Don't forget your earplugs or noise cancelling headphones, because they are LOUD! The service staff are rude and have no concept of what is expected of them. They take up too much room, they don't make any space at all when you try to pass them with plates filled with food. You can get ready to take some food from the buffet and suddenly they come and take away the buffet plate! What kind of manners is this?! They also constantly cut the food lines when they are hungry and receives food before the guests! I have never seen anything like it! We also had to take our daughter to a clinic to get an x-ray of her foot after she got tangled in an faulty pool ladder. It cost us 120 euros and the hotel offered an apology and a plate of 7-8 fruits!? (which otherwise are free). On our second day here we went down to the adventure pools and in one of the pools there were a human excrement floating around and nobody seemed to care. It was there all day.

We have the beginning of September 2012 two weeks in Utopia spent and I can the negative reviews, which in many review sites there are, unfortunately, only confirm it. It is, in fact, a predominantly Russian guests preferred Hotel. You had the feeling smoke would be a requirement for a room there to get. Absolutely does not meet * standard. Common hotel are areas not air-conditioned lobby and not the restaurants.
