Food. Standard three star, chicken, Turkey, chicken repeat but always something to eat, you won't starve.
Staff. A tip, we are on holiday and like to feel we are welcome a smile costs nothing. Staff constantly on mobile phones with plates and cutlery piling up on tables, this is not school dinners we should have some kind of service and should not be expected to clear our own plates.
Rooms. No complaints clean, modern with good air con.
Beach/pool towels. There are none!
On our first night we arrived at 3pm after a long journey, No drink no food not even a sandwich which meant for the first day we p I'd for we got nothing in return for all inclusive. Our flight home was late on our last day and all inclusive finished prompt 12pm no food drink or water after this time lleaving us nomadic for for 9 hours.
Pool. Fine, no complaints.
Entertainment, 1 night. The rest of the time a loop of the same. Droning songs.
I apologise if this sounds negative it is not meant to be but the hotel could be so much better with a few adjustments.
