The best hotel ever. Very clean, very respectful people that work there and the best VIEW EVER. I will be back for sure.

The best view of the sea and the most important mosques. Excellent attention. Amazing staff, attentive and friendly. Optimal cleaning. I would repeat. Although there is something I think the hotel to improve is the lobby, it does not have a living area other than the restaurant upstairs and at the reception it is not comfortable to sit and distract you for a while. Only if you go up to the restaurant can you do that. I would like if they added a recreation area.

Arcadia Blue is a lovely hotel with a glass rooftop restaurant overlooking the Blue Mosque, it’s simply stunning and the food is lovely. The rooms are spacious, we had a view overlooking the Blue Mosque and it was spectacular. The hotel is in the best location you could possibly want. It’s a two minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Restaurants, shops and only fifteen minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. We walked about thirty minutes down to the waterfront and across the Galata bridge, all easy to do with the hotel being in a fantastic location.

Great location, and most amazing view from some rooms, if you choose water view, otherwise phenomenal view from restaurant located at the 9th floor, with view of Sultanahmet Mosque, Ayasofya, and Bosphorus. Breakfast with a lot of options, also with variety of products for vegans people. The only bad part in our stay was our Wi-Fi connection was very poorly (7th floor), I understand thats not the most important, so definitely would be happy to be back to this hotel!

The hotel is located in Sultanhamet and it is excellent. Our room has an spectacular view to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. But the most important is that they have a restaurant on the top floor with a wonderful view, there ard no words to describe it… Gorgeous!

Stayed there for 10 days during our visit, perfectly located near a tram and blue mosque. The grand bazar, topkapi, blue mosque, hagia sophia are all walking distance. Safe and sound along with great beds. If its the summer ask them for a fan as we needed one in winter or just go buy it yourself from across the street.

The top floor restaurant has a good view, the hotel lobby is very small, the restaurant toilet has only one room for men and women, it is recommended to eat to the first upstairs bathroom, at least two more available,

Fantastic views of the Blue Mosque and Aya sofia! And good location, 5 minute walk to the sultanahmet tram station and 10 min walk to the marmaray station. Eminonu ferry piers are 15min walk or 5 min tram away, got ferries to basically every pier a tourist needs. Breakfast is lovely, with fresh fruits and breads and a few turkish specials eg pastries, cheese. Staff are usually friendly, esp the guy at night shifts always helping me with last min restaurant reservation! The arranged private shuttle is a bit costly compared to local fare, but I think is safer and more convenient than the public ones.

AMAZING Hotel! GREAT service! We loved staying here, we regrets having stayed 6 night at SURA Hotel, which is a “5 Star” Hotel and I do not agree with it! Arcadia Blue breakfast is awesome, the view from the 9th floor is astonishing! The lounge music there during breakfast was also great! Great Brazilian Bossa Nova being played! Last day we left before 6am and the receptionist had arranged sandwiches for us to take! Sooooo nice! The frigobar inside the rooms is FREE, the replace it everyday, water, sodas, juices and chocolates LOVED this Hotel! AMAZING view!

Amazing view! Not from our room but up on the terrace, was amazing having breakfast everyday looking over the blue mosque and the whole of Istanbul. Nice breakfast selection too. And comfy modern rooms.

The best stay in Istanbul. From a comfortable airport pickup ride, great in-guest service, variety of bfast buffet and lastly, to the stunning view of Blue mosque and Hagia sofia. Tqvm from malaysia.

Comparing to other hotels, I did not like the service in this hotel. Its rated 5 stars hotel, but I parked the car myself and I took my luggage to the room. I showed myself the room, and the next day they came and knocked the door, I wondered why they knock while the "Do Not Disturb" sign is there hanging on the door. When I opened the door, they told me it's time to check out! I booked a Sea View room but the sea is far away that I can only see the swimming pool.

Tavsiye ederim I recommend to everyone it's a comfortable and have great wives…

The location is the best thing about the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is stuck in the early 2000"s in terms of design, very unwelcoming staff and NO UMBRELLAS! which is quite frankly scandalous. The Wi-Fi is slow. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone I like.

Great location, wonderful views, and a very helpful staff. Make sure to grab dinner in the restaurant, it has even better view, great tasting food, and it's not as expensive as gou might think. The walking time to the Blue Mosque is about 2 minutes, and to Hagia Sophia it's about 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

Great location, easy access to everything in the old city. Walking distance to all the places. Hotel views from the restaurant in 9th floor had amazing views for sunrise and night view of the blue mosque. Staff are friendly, breakfast is must for unique experience.

Very nice hotel, has very mdern rooms, very tasty free breakfast, a beautiful view of Sultanahmet area, staff is also very nice, also have alot service options, and is walking distance to many attractions (topaki place, bosphorus, blue mosque, hagia sophia, and grand bazaar).

Frindly stuff and good location, you can walk to many attractions. Room is clean but very small. The special thing is the view from the restaurant in the 9th floor.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Its near to sophia and Blu mosque. The view from the restaurant is breath taking. The breakfast is nice but little repetitive but its freshly prepared. The staff are very helpful. We had problem with smell coming from bathroom (drain). They changed the room immediately. The reception would respond quickly. Location is very nice. The T1 tram is down the road. Bosphorus is just walking distance. No complaints just praise for hotel.

Perfect, very quiet location. Staff are very helpful and professional. The rooms are very clean and relatively modern. The views of the rooms and the restaurants/breakfast buffet are fantastic. Direct view of the Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmet Mosque. It's definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful view of the Istanbul skyline. Foo is affordable with drinks being a little bit pricier. The views easily justify the purchase.

The rooftop restaurant has probably the best view of both Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque in the old city of Istanbul. The service is also top notch. Unfortunately, the taste of dinner food does not match up the fantastic view it provides.

Good accommodation. Delightful hotel, location. I don't like the man at the reception, because he told me that weekend traffic jam, so to take 1.5 hours at the airport, I just spent 20 minutes actually. This is a dishonest act.

Best experience: in the Middle of the old town centre Restaurant incl. Roof terrace in the 9. Floor over the roofs of the old town — sensational view over the Marmara sea, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia — Topkin Palace, Golden Horn, Bosphorus and the Asian side. Breakfast is very good (in the Restaurant), Service very friendly and accommodating. Room despite proximity to the Metro stop Sultanamet (250 m) very quiet at Night despite the window open in 4. Floor very quiet (mosque-near provides, however, for repetitive Gebetsaufrufe (from 5:30 to 23:00) — didn't bother us. Very Central location: the Grand Bazaar is 10 minutes walk to the blue mosque 5 minutes to Galata bridge 20 minutes. Overall very good price/performance ratio. Highly recommended!

Location is just superb. Very friendly staff. The ninth floor restaraunt has the most spectacular view, especially at night. Rooms are clean and functional. Good value for money.

Central location for visits.

This hotel was recently completely renovated. It now has the ambiance of a San Francisco boutique hotel. The rooms have plenty of outlets. That's great for recharging all your gadgets. The view from our room on the Sultan Ahmet mosque was amazing. Breakfast was good. Yet only two stars: the fire escape was blocked with a chair and equipment. Also, it was lacking fire doors. Since there is a central open stairways, in the case of fire the building will be filled with smoke in no time at all, including the fire escape. Secondly, the air conditioning didn't work. We complained about it, but it didn't get fixed. Lastly, the shower was lacking a shower door or curtain, thereby completely flooding the bathroom floor. It'll be just a matter of time before the nicely laminated floor in the main room will be destroyed. I'd give it four stars when the fire safety issue and plumbing issue is fixed. At the time of our stay (July 25, 2013) It did look like fire doors will be installed soon because construction equipment was piled up in the fire exit.

New nice hotel, many defects in bathroom as clotted sink, floor flooding while showering. Still some workers inside working ; service ok, but you can notice they are new in this business. Breakfast is average. I think it will be a nice hotel, but they have loads to improve.
