Excellent hotel with friendly staff. We had a few problems with our room which were rectified quickly. Great location as only a 5 minute walk to the main square and the start of the shopping.
The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The only downside, you have to preorder your breakfast to have it ready for you coming downstairs. Would be better with a buffet style.
We will definitely be back to stay.
This hotel is well located, close to Taksim Square and the famous isticlal road. It's a peaceful neighborhood and there are plenty of nice restaurants around. The rooms are very nice, the pillows are quite fluffy and it's all very clean! The staff is very helpful and always smiling.
I stayed for three nights. Initially, I booked a standard room for the first night and upgraded to a superior room for the remaining two nights. However, the hotel graciously provided a complimentary upgrade to a superior room on the first night. I appreciate the friendly staff, the convenient location near Taksim Square, and the metro station. Additionally, the proximity to the airport shuttle bus stop is a significant advantage.
