Catastrophic, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, no air conditioning, poor food and no Wi-Fi.

I recommend this hotel great atmosphere.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel after having qq bad feedback. Hotel is very friendly with clean rooms; warm, with a breathtaking view of Fort Genoese and the sea. Very responsive staff, varied very correct food and the smile and kindness of Si Taieb the manager come to crown all this.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel for plsr reasons:
1 room sea view shared on 3 rooms, I asked at the reception, she gave me another room single sea view but this room very close to the restaurant suddenly the room was full of smell of meals.
2 the air conditioner does not work when I took the room, I claimed the agent who was the informed me that it only works at night. Indeed at 7pm I asked and 1 maintainer to pass to make it functional.
3 very old mattress and is comfortable from the tt.
4 dinner not so much is not varied and surtt not delicious.
5 they celebrated a wedding in the hotel so we could not sleep until 1am.
6 the beach is not pretty from the tt.

The hotel is top we had a good stay, animation 10/10 level atmosphere nothing to say frankly bravo, very very beautiful view of the sea, the staff is super warm it is fun we feel directly good, the food is not bad I will say 7/10 but very good 👌🏾 against the only problem remains the rooms which are in very bad condition, Everything is old it's a shame. The worst is that the cleaning lady did not change the sheets and the room was not at all clean, she just passed a sweep quickly and it could be seen that the floor was still dirty, in short emphasize the cleanliness of your rooms, it must be essential.

I love the service the welcome with a smile is the cleanliness in addition.

I've just returned from a stay at the hotel Itropiika. The hotel is top-notch thanks to the tt staff and especially the girl of the reception for that kindness… I recomande this hotel.

Hotel super. Acceuil excellent. Very clean rooms. Sea view friendly staff except if note fridge not available in the rooms. Connections Wi-Fi low-otherwise, the rest excellent.

I stayed at this hotel, the food was varied, however the breakfast was meager. The animation is interesting, but in the evening they start very late neck I've ever attended. The downside was the mosquitos which we were really upset because no single treatment mosquito spray has not been made. Another point that really stood out is the lack of a mini bar in a 4 star hotel. Otherwise the beach is good, the animation at the pool is superb I would like thanked sam and Alex.

He does not deserve these 4 stars lack of hygiene in the rooms, the high cost and then the reception has been disappointing on the first day. I've seen many hotels better than this I do sincerely will have more to say. NB : Improve your behavior with us Algerians. Thank you.

Warm welcome, during the weekend the food was very good, during the week not good ; it is necessary to revise the choice of the dessert, not fruit cake, not varied and very ordinary restaurant with very poor air conditioning, the TOILETS are clean, the cover beds are not (full of hair), rooms couples with separate beds ; 4* hotel without a mini bar in the rooms even if you requested to rent has 10 of the night no response, the halls are extremely chauuuuds, air-conditioning void, the reception is warm, the clims are closed, the bars are also too warm at 42 °C the clims are closed, one consumes juice has 10dt in the heat it was claimed several times they tell us tt in a row and then not answer to it ; animation is not good, swimming pool not functional neither day nor night : You do too much saving compared to your prices.

This is not a four star hotel we went to see the tourist office they told us that it lost a star for two years the rooms zero the pool too small very beautiful view mother and mountain restaurant very little choice but very good Breakfast also tunis ie Booking and Wanting this as a four-star me I feel it's hotel your two stars for me it's a nice scam I advise against hotel damage it could be better it could be a nice four-star if it's improved level of rooms.

Too bad there is no note zero! … This 4etoile hotel will not even deserve a star.! Hotel with conditions of catastrophic hygiene!. Cockroaches in the room, dirty bath towel, spider!, bed full of hairs,! Sheets yellowed by wear, alcoholic evening! At the reception until 1:30 in the morning, impossible to close the eye with the sound of music, brawl between drunk people at the reception, we talked to the manager the next day and to our surprise he was part of the brawl the day before,. At 9pm all the restaurant in the hotel are closed so we went to buy 2 sandwiches outside. Returning to the hotel the security forbids us to enter the hotel telling us that we must eat in the car and that we are not allowed to return with the sandwich what I understand if there had been possibility to eat in the hotel but it was not the E Case!
By talking to the manager the day after all this no reaction on his part it is not his fault but that of the employees! Professionalism Zero! To avoid even free…

First visit to this hotel service no carpeted floor in a state of catastrophic, no safe in the rooms and no mini bar either saying it is an extra that you must pay good personally I metterais more feet to the bottom ;) and forget the evening of new year's eve foods more or less it is going to rest of the receptionnistes, and a commercial director you look disappointed advent of security my daughter was sick she didn't stop throwing up suddenly in the evening a little later she starts getting hungry I bought him a piece of pizza outside and the shame the security guard, he has made a scandal na9es ytaradni good w dkhalet biha, as the same brief, it is a hotel to avoid disappointed of the quality 4etoile in Tunisia.

I am an algerian customer, and I just got back from this hotel that I visited in the summer, this time, I am very disappointed, the quality of food is very poor, no taste and variety, service leaves much to be desired, the servers are arrogant, absence of officials during the day, at night we see a large gentleman that I was told that he is the general manager but he is all the time busy with his friends, we may need to make an appointment to see it, otherwise the staff at the reception is adorable, especially the two women in the morning. Please ensure that this jewel I see that it is a deterioration compared to the summer and last year!

I wish I'd found a locker room with the indoor pool. : — (

This hotel merits 3 stars … Having stayed at this hotel for about 3 days, I really enjoyed my time there. The buffet is just awesome… the activities provided : in pool games, archery, soccer and volleyball are some of the activities. It is situated just about 50 meters from the sea.

3days stay in the hotel look like dream. Outstanding customer service and very kind staff starting from the reception toll the housekeeper. Thanks all our stay was amazing because of your high customer service standards.

Besides of the nice reception staff, most of pool, restaurant and room service staff are not helpful or hospital! It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Wont even reach a 3 stars hotel level. Despit of having families as most of the guests majority, they are hosting a beach parts just 50 meters away from guests rooms which is extremely laud… it is almost 2:00 AM and the noise is expected to be as is till 4:00 AM! The hotel has not even one iron or ironing board, the rooms has no fridge, no water bottles, most of the light are not working, electrical sockets are not working in 2 out of 3 booked rooms, bathroom is filthy. Cant wait till the sun rises in order to get the h**l out of here.

Honestly speaking it is not even up to 2stars standards, horrible and very dirty corridors, no iron and ironing board available in the whole hotel, whoever needs to iron his cloths needs to send it to laundry which is closed in the evening! I had the worst service by the pool from the staff they are very rude and unprofessional, I asked for a small table by the pool and they gave me a very very dirty table and when objected he said someone will come to clean it however no one showed up, there is no water in the rooms no mini bar, a very loud parth untill dawn, I have never ever had a worst experience that the one I had in this hotel, the only good thing is the receptionist Sana, she was very warm and cheerful.

Very nice view to the city center buffet varied but not very quiet.

August 2016 has often been with my husband Tunisia. Animation very bad and some more did not promise me. I don't know if the hotel deserves 4 stars.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The pool is excellent and heated. The food is delicious, but only the weekend. The week day food is leftovers from the weekend. Entertainment on Saturday night was fun. Live band, Singer, and dancing. Staff is friendly and professional, but are little too nosy, asking too many personal questions. But over all a great time.
